Chicken fajitas bowl
Anabel G.

This restaurant was busy on a Friday night, but we were seated right away- staff was really friendly! Environment was live & decor was really nice, very busy. I had tried the chicken fajitas bowl & I think it lacked flavor overall & the tostada was also a bit stale for my liking. My friend tried the nachos & they were a lot better compared to the bowl personally. We thought the environment & staff were good, but food was not great. We appreciate the service .

Tourist trap located near the Eiffel Tower. We stopped here based on the menu choices. Turned out to be just bland food, slow service and basically a disappointment of evening. Go elsewhere and save your money.

Verde enchiladas

How do the french do Mexican food? With red sauce while unusual and definitely not authentic, the food was decent and I wasn't mad at those enchiladas. The verde sauce was good. The tacos and margaritas ehhhh we tried. lol the service was slow even by Europe standards. The price about average. Follow me on IG @lanisgrl

We were queuing to the catacombs and needed the lunch. So we tested this. And I must say these have been the best burgers in the town I have had! Service was good, waiters spoke english and the burgers were big & juicy. Definitely can recommend for quick lunch and a cup of coffee. Lots of other lunch variety too, which we did not test thou.

Our hotel was a block away from this cafe, so we went a quite a few times during our stay, however; its close proximity was not the only reason we frequented the cafe. Their food is fresh, healthful, and flavorful. My favorite dish was a salad (I can't remember its name) that had juicy mangoes, creamy avocados, fresh tomatoes, and other vibrant fruits and veggies. You can also find great deals during their happy hour. People watching on the patio while sharing an appetizer and sipping drinks was our favorite way to start the evening. My favorite drink was a mojito with a splash of champagne, and my favorite appetizer was the goat cheese quesadilla. Geez I miss Paris!

The pastrami burger - delicious

I never thought I would get one of the best burgers I have had... In Paris France. I have to admit I thought it just wouldn't measure up to American Burgers - but it not only measures up... It is one of the best I had. It was a pastrami burger ... And had some what I think is horseradish mustard that just blended the flavor perfectly ... The burger was juicy and delicious. Price in Euro was like 12-13 I think - I haven't paid yet haha Staff super friendly and I'm really trying to use some French words... I wonder if they think I sound silly haha

Started with drinks :)

Good food here! Ordered the steak tartare as seeing I hadn't had it yet in France. Maybe a tex-mex themed chain in France isn't the best option but ahah have it a try and it was extremely good! Father had fish and chips and wasn't disappointed either. The servers spoke perfect english and service was excellent (especially for France where 1 minute really means 10)! Afterwards had a creme brûlée and I think they might have burnt the sugar in small parts but otherwise it was very yummy and creamy :)

The most rude employees we have encountered so far. Limited alcohol options. From server to manager - rude, rude, rude. Avoid at all costs.

Perhaps the bar used to share the kitchen with the restaurant upstairs, but this did not appear to be the case during our visit in September 2016. My husband, sister and I visited Verjus with the hopes of enjoying a bottle or two of wine as well as some heavy tapas. When I mentioned seeing the tapas menu the bartender got confused and said they only offer a small selection of cheese and charcuterie at the bar, but nothing cooked. We attempted to make a reservation at the restaurant upstairs, but unfortunately they were booked solid. We each ordered a glass of wine and split several plates of prosciutto and cheese at the bar. Everything was nice, but we were looking for dinner and the bar was a bit warmer than I would have preferred so after we finished our wine and cheese we ventured off elsewhere. This tiny wine bar is very charming spot to grab a glass of wine, but don't expect to find any tapas here.

Call in advance to make dinner reservations because we did not and the only opening was at 9:45pm. So we opted for the wine bar downstairs, which serves tapas. At first I was a little bummed about not being able to dine at the restaurant upstairs, but the wine bar was FANTASTIC! Here's what we ordered, with the best being at the top of the list. 1. The GNOCCHI was to die for...the pieces were small and ever-so-slightly crispy on the outside. 2. The SPICY FRIED CHICKEN (yes, we order manfood staples when my bf is with me) was so juicy on the inside yet crispy on the outside. The chicken was bursting with flavor. 3. The FLANK STEAK with CHIMICHURRI sauce was surprisingly tender and flavorful. 4. We also had the CELERY ROOT GYOZA. This was hands down the best food that we had in Paris. I can only imagine what the upstairs restaurant serves! The bartender was super cool and was helpful in recommending wine pairings with our food. She poured samples to make sure that we were happy with our wine selections. She also speaks perfectly good English if you're wondering! Thank you yelp for helping us pick out a fantastic restaurant to end our week in Paris. Merci beaucoup!

We loved it! A real find that we were only directed to by our Air BNB host…read more It's a tiny delicatessen and wine shop, which is obviously popular with the locals. By no means cheap, but worth EVERY penny. No menu, just take a table (if you're lucky) and you'll be asked if you want meat or cheese or mixed. You'll get a decent sized platter with bread and fig chutney for £8-10 per person, and you can order wine to go with it. They speak great English and also sell a small range of deli items, from chutneys to chocolates, bread and more. And all the cheese/meat you taste!

A little wine bar up the road from one of the best boulangeries in Paris (Sebastian Gaudard)…read more If all of the selfie sticks at the Sacré Coeur are too much for you then head down here for a much more relaxed afternoon of people watching. The bar is full of Corsican wines, excellent sausage (some of the best), cheese. Pick your bottle from the shelf and pay a small corkage fee. Corsican whites are generally quite mineral, fresh and slightly salty (due to the island influence). They are a perfect match with sausage because the acid cuts through the fat nicely. They also have a range of wines by the glass but getting a bottle is far more social. The reds are juicy and spiced so again perfect with sausage. It's a non-debatable topic: you must get the mixed cheese and charcuterie plate. Its generous and so, so good. As I said above, it was some of the best sausage I had the whole time I was in France. And the whole shop smells of it too so it's impossible not to be hungry. Unless you are vegetarian- then maybe stick with the cheese.
