That's always nice- easy and user friendly. Parking was easy with a shared free parking lot. At 8p on a Saturday night, there were plenty of spots available. Walked in and greeted by the hostess. Kind and quick. Sat us in 2.5 seconds! Cocktails were very yummy. We ordered the Capri Son, Great Asp!, and Royal Grove. All different and all solid choices! Food was the star! We ordered the mezze board with the smoked eggplant dip, the beet muhammara, and the whipped feta. The whole board was great! Surprisingly, my fave was the beet dip, followed by the whipped feta. The balance of the spicy, sweet, salty, and crunchy in the beet dip was 10/10! The whipped feta was sweeter than I thought it was going to be but still very good. The eggplant dip was good but I don't think I need it again. The smokiness of it was lovely though! We also ordered the hot chicken. Spicy. Delicious. Must have! We ended up sharing the lamb burger. It's big and we were pretty full from the apps and drinks. It comes with Greek fries and a garlic aioli. So hearty and such great flavor. I just can't say enough about the food! Service was AMAZING! Shoutout to our server/bartender Megan. Super sweet, efficient, helpful, and just overall a great person. Such a great vibe. We'll definitely be back! Might be a regular. 100% recommend!

But…read moreoverall, the service is very hectic and it seems like the staff doesn't know what they're doing. When they started to bring dishes out to our table, they didn't even know what the name of the dish was! Lol. That was kind of weird, because it took us a minute or two to sort through which dish belong to which friend. But the recipes and preparation were not so great. One of the highlights was the mozzarella stick appetizer. It was huge and the red sauce is really delicious! But the minestrone soup was really disappointing. because you really can't even taste the vegetables. It was just like sauce with little pasta pieces. The meatball appetizer was actually COLD, and we sent it back, but it took them 15 minutes to bring us a new one (it finally came out when the rest of us were done with our meal). The Bolognese entrée was definitely a highlight! It was really delicious and well prepared. But the shrimp scampi was a big disappointment. It was literally cold. There was way too much sauce, it was almost soupy. The shrimp are tiny, and it's not like they are fresh at all. And you can't even taste the garlic. It just all tasted like cream sauce. Nothing close to a true scampi. If you go, definitely stick to ONLY the red sauce, because that is what they do well. And when your food comes immediately, check the temperature! If it's cold, send it back.

I love their food. Yes, they are on the pricey side, but it's solid Italian (at least for Atlanta). We got the lasagna (fantastic) and the special which was lobster ravioli with grouper and shrimp in a lobster vodka sauce. Also fantastic. We also got the caesar salad. The salad was very good. The dressing not so much. We will make our way back here.

I decided to sit out in the patio because it was a nice warm summer day. My waiter was very helpful and attentive. He was able to give great recommendations and tell me about flavor profiles for the appetizers as well as entrées. I decided to do the rosemary sea salt, focaccia, and I asked for a side of butter to go with the bread. Best decision I made. The bread was fabulous by itself, but the butter took it to another level. Not sure what kind of butter they use, but it is very high-quality and amazing. I also decided to do the broccolini as a side to accompany my oxtail rigatoni. The broccolini was cooked to perfection. Just enough char on it, but it wasn't soggy. I still had a delicious crunch to it and a little slivers of garlic on there were perfect. Lastly, let's talk about the pasta. My waiter told me that this pasta was one of the ones that definitely fills up the plate. And the oxtails was super tender. I definitely agree that the oxtail came off of the bone and was super tender. This restaurant definitely makes the top five of my favorite Italian restaurants in Atlanta. I highly recommend.
