They overcharge and don't want to work! If your going to charge as if your doing powder acrylics you better do powder and not gel! This place has really gone downhill. Not to mention the tech Tien she would come to my house during shut down and charge crazy expensive but I paid because everything was closed. Came to see her to salon and she tried charging me same prices. Like $75 for short French tip gel is not ok. Or 80 for a basic fill. Not to mention she takes forever with one person. Do not recommend. They want to charge melrose prices in Tj areas lol read more

The service is really bad . they do not ask you what do you want they just do what they want . and they're not practicing Covid guidelines and if you are getting a regular pedicure they will not be Addie anything To you're water . Are less you pay them $45 to add stuff in your water or on your feet. read more

Been here twice since the grand opening and I always get great service! My favorite nail tech is Nicole she is very professional works quite quickly with her acrylics! Also, I always get French tip with Gel and it never turns yellow they do use high quality products! Highly recommend! read more

Def not worth it. Came in asked how much for what I wanted she said 30-35$ so I said I'll do it. Then they start on my nails & tell me 40$. For what? Didn't get any additions or add ons. Didn't even get anything shaped or long. Then two days later a nail falls off. 3 days later 2 more nails fall off. Horrible. read more

I literally just came back from this place. This is about the 5th time I go. The last time I went my big toe nail broke so they put a fake acrylic on top but they made it so thick that my nail looked unnatural (I should've taken a pic) today I went back after 3 weeks and I asked them to take it off cause since my nail was starting to grow in, it looked weird. The lady literally tells me she can't take it off cause it's too thick... I gave her a look and said no I need it off it looks weird and there's dirt stuck underneath. She goes to get her stuff and it took her like 2 min to shave it down. She literally was just lazy. Anyways, after she started the pedicure she asks if I want callus removal and I said yes please I desperately need it... She barely did anything and still tried to charge $5 and I refused it cause it wasn't really a callus removal. I'm putting my ugly feet on the spot to prove that she did not remove any callus!! Guys this is my 5th time trying this place, I keep going hoping it's just the lady I got that time, but all of them seem to have to the same standards. I expect better especially when I go get mani/pedis and spend almost $100 read more

SAVE YOUR COINS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE The place inside is really nice the decor and interior flawless I usually go to the instyle down the st but decided to give it a chance BUT the wait is ridiculous waited 1 hour in a half and there was 3 girls in front of me they're short staffed 3 HOURS to do basic mani acrylic / pedi My nails came out uneven one whole hand the nails / shape was off one side was thick and didn't look like the set I'm used too the other side was fine. read more

Honestly the worst nail tech place ever gone there twice the first time my nails came out alright went for the second time my nails are super short my nail shape doesn't look the same as the other ones it feels as she didn't know what I wanted for a nail so simple the major of the nail techs here seems like they don't know how to do nails read more

Been here a couple times. Some visits haven been great and some very disappointing. Overall I would have to say it all depends on the person working on your service. Only thing I would have to say is sanitation is not up to standard. I did see a manicurist throw the soiled water on the sink and did not even bother to rinse, wash, sanitize the bowl. They do have complementary drinks which makes the visit more enjoyable. read more

First of all, rude. Came here the other day with my boyfriend so we could get our manicure and pedicure done and well as soon as we stepped through the door, "sorry we're closed". They close at 7:30pm it was not 7:30 it was 6:30pm. However they helped the lady that had walked in right before us. Doesn't make sense! The sad part Is that I usually come here. Now I gotta look elsewhere. read more

DO NOT GO WITH LILY!! Worst mistake I ever made. It was my 3rd time going I had to go with lily because the girl that usually does my nail doesn't work there anymore And everyone else was busy. It hasn't even been a week and my nail designs are falling off to make it even worse I had to try and fix them because she half a*** it all when putting them and my nails aren't even shaped well at all. I asked for something from the very beginning she lied saying yes she could do it and wanted to charge me $80 just for her to finish and tell me they didn't have the pearls I wanted but she will add some righnestones something I told her I didn't want. Didn't end up getting what I wanted and asked for from the start. Horrible job never again!! read more

By far the worst experience here. I had previously gone and gotten my nails done by Tina. Decided to go back but unfortunately she wasn't there when I went so they had lily do my nails and let me tell you my nails are disgusting. None of them are the same size nor shape. I sat done and my bf waited about 5 min to be sat to get a pedi and by the time they started on him she was done with me. She rushed and didn't even care, I was beyond pissed so I left extremely pissed. I needed to calm myself down before I could even say something, so I go back to take to the guy and let him know about what happened and when I showed him my nails he himself admitted they were horrible so he decided to give me my money back. I don't care if my nails are short and simple you should never rush just cause you want to do the long and cool looking nails. Screw this place. Never going back ever again. read more

I have been coming here for over a year now. Lam does amaaaaazing on my gel manicures. If it weren't for Lam I would've stopped coming here a long time ago because the receptionist is always so rude and very inaccurate on wait times. I always call before I go in to make sure there isn't a wait time, the receptionist tells me there's no wait, but when I come in after being told that there isn't anyone waiting, I end up waiting 30 minutes to an hour. read more

I wish i coild hive it NO STARS!So done with this place. I've been coming here on and off for 5 years and its really gone down hill. They jack up the prices but the quality and detail lack. I got a full pedicure with acrylic on top and the lady told me it Would be an additional $5 to paint my toes and I even brought my own nail Polish I thought that was a bit ridiculous considering I got the full pedicure which already comes with your toes being painted. Then I question her about it considering I got the same thing a month ago and it included my toes being painted and her and the receptionist literally started arguing with me while I'm sitting in the chair I truly felt so embarrassed I just paid and left I could not believe they were arguing with me when I was just trying to figure out why this time it was additional $5 to paint my toes when a month ago it was not. On top of that the pedicure itself was so rushed she did not even properly take off the cuticle or scrub my heel. She cute me multiple times I started bleeding. I went to get another pedicure right after at a different nail salon but they said the cut was bad and I should wait until it heals.. Don't waste your time or money coming here. read more

this place needs to be shut down my nails look like they bit them off!!!!!!!!! i am very disappointed. i need to see licences. my fingers are dripping blood and the man didn't clean anything so now i know he tried to use a dirty powder duster on my open wound. please do not come here if you care for a job done with cleanliness and professionalism. the man tried to put itch cream on my open wound. kept saying "pharmacy? pharmacy?" i am completely livid. i decided to come get my nails done to pamper myself for a recent major accomplishment and i am leaving in pain and in tears. 1 million thumbs down. read more

So I decided to check this nail spot out after noticing they opened a second one. Beautiful setting, lots more chairs and nail techs, figured what can go wrong. Well, my pedicure was amazing, Susan did a good job and even fixed my nail when I messed it up, with no problem. That is what I call exceptional service. But Toan, who did my fill, was very rude. He didn't speak when he started my nails, not even a smile, the entire time it was very awkward and quiet. Then, he used a toilet paper roll to prop my hand up, so now not only am I uncomfortable but I'm being pulled in every direction. Very rough with my nails and fingers. Then had the nerve to have an attitude with me because I asked, "why does my nails look like I already need a fill?" He said, "don't ask me why, just say you want something else." First of all MY NAILS SHOULD NEVER LOOK LIKE I NEED ANOTHER FILL WHILE IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING ONE! Second, if I'm paying for something I am going to inquire about why my nails look a certain way. I don't know if it was a bad morning or something but probably the worst customer service I've experienced in a while. I will probably not return to this nail shop because of that. I feel if every staff isn't on the same page, I don't want any parts of it. read more

I came here at the recommendation of a friend for a gel pedicure. I went in late on a Saturday night and got a gel pedicure. The price was right and I was satisfied. I will return for the large selection of gel colors available. read more

Honestly I came here 3 or 4 times everything was okay .. getting to know the place and what not.. well on my last visit I sat there for about four hours waiting to be attended to see Tien the lady in the front supervising everything had the nerve to put someone in before me .. saying the client was here before you but was sitting in the car.. when it's a first come first serve service. No appointments I'm pretty sure I read that. Well so then I was upset about to leave and they said okay you can go next and they sat me with a guy in the first rows of the salon and all I can say is that my fingers hurt disappointment at this place read more

I've been following this place on Instagram and I finally decided to visit their new location. I came in with my hubby to get pedicures only and let me just say this was the fastest pedicure I've ever gotten! It was probably around 7-10 minutes long. Not pampering at all! Very disappointed. Also when my hubby asked for a color, she screamed "you're a man you don't get color! You go wait for her over there" since she was yelling, everybody was staring at him. He insisted he wanted a color though so she laughed and then was like "oh ok". Lol sorry but men can get color too. read more

Hi I just wanted to leave a review for John who not only did a perfect job with my nails but more so because of the patience and the kindness he showed me with my 16 month old toddler who was screaming and throwing things and he never once seemed annoyed and even told me it's not your fault and reminded me everything was going to be ok after I kept apologizing. It's very hard for me to leave my son in the care of others even for just a quick nail trip which is why I havent got my nails done in over a year and I only do them on special occasions the last time being over a year for my baby shower and this really meant alot. Thank you John for your exceptional customer service and for the kindness you showed! And thank you for hiring workers like him. I will definitely be returning! read more

I was extremely disappointed with this place. I waited 30 minutes just so that another client could go before me because "she had an appointment". I want to start by saying I used to love in style and i thought that would never change. I hate that their customer service has been going downhill lately. Today I went with my niece to get her nails, the man who put them on was watching a video on her cell phone and didn't pay attention to her work. I cut my niece 2 times. So annoyed with this place and I'm a long time customer of there other location on Rosecrans! I came a few days ago to get my nails done and the back started to lift today it fell completely off so I came in to get it fixed I was told it had to be fixed by the person who did my nails the 1st time ok no problem she then sits Someone with him to get a full set and tells me I'll have to wait another30 mins after I'd been waiting 20 already to get ONE nail fixed really??? Yeah they have bomb nail art but it depends on the nail technicians.. they all have there own agenda and can be rude. Today I went to get some very much needed nail spa therapy only to be totally ignored after waiting patiently for over a hr. Of course the Lil lady in the front had the nerve to ask me "did you sign in??" I was about to blow up...(very stressful few days) because when I I got there I signed in, asked how long is the wait, was told not too long and literally was assigned to sit on #12 5 mins later to end up waiting a fucking hour and 10 mins.... I kept my cool tho and went on with the service. I always spend about $80+ here and in all honesty I am going to start looking elsewhere. They lack communication amongst themselves and the customer which means everything in this kind of business. read more

First of all this location is way better than their first and my second experience was way better as well. Tein is really well with nails and I'd only go to her. Love their new location...My nail tech is "Ten" she's been doing my nails for over a year, she's the best!!

they are not friendly at all. they point and talk about you people in there language witch is very offensive. i hear one guy he sits in the back man with short cut walking around watching everyone not doing shit with his time.saying big one big one big one as a lady walked away after beung happy about her nails an as you know she was a little on they heavy side. this is so disturbing and not ok i will never come bak here again yall fucking suck for that. they don't talk at all barley say hi and the lady who sits up front thought funny to entertain them like y'all weird read more

I came for my first time, and honestly disappointed, I got a simple powder full set, ( and let me tell you he just kept hurting me, and well he made alot of mistakes and going back to fix them, and wanted to get a pedi (my main focus) they took me for my set first, now 2 hours later, still gonna have me wait for my pedi, but taking other walk in clients, before me?
