My sister got her nails done by a guy who was second to last row in the back. 5 minutes into doing her nails his coworker came and let him know his client / friend had shown up. He did her nails so fast that when I turned around to see her nails she was already gone. I called for her to go and show me nails, they looked awful! It was her second time getting them done so she didn't know what to expect. The nail polish had cracks, she had nail polish on her fingers, and the acrylic was thick. She said he was very rough and ended up with multiple cuts. He didn't even paint the tip of the nails and since they were a dark color it was very noticeable. We asked him to fix them and he started arguing with us. His friend got up from the seat and told them to fix them, he got mad and fixed them. First time I went I feel in love Max did my nails and they lasted over 3 weeks. I went back and he wasn't there and some lady did them and I have to say I was very disappointed. She rushed to refill and top polish. She had trouble with a very simple design. Although she did wax my eyebrows to perfection. I told the nail tech why was she charging me more this time around but she ignore my question. I decided to call and ask the receptionist about the prices and I received different information. She tried to tell me it was 40 dollars and up but as soon as I told her I paid 35 for the same thing and longer nails she change her response to (depending how on the size of nails it's 35 and up) I won't be returning due to them not having set prices. Don't let Instagram fool you ! When I came it was really packed due to proms and graduations , people were sitting outside waiting. I thought this was a good sign that they do great work. First of all, after waiting for an hour I get a cold bowl of water for my manicure. It didn't even have soap in it , just a bowl of cold water for my hands to soak in. Honestly the worst nail experience I have ever had. I came here on a whim because someone told me that this place was really good. I stepped in and the front desk clerk gives me the rudest look and tells me "what do you want?" And I told her I wanted a full set, manicure and a pedicure. She didn't even give me enough time to pick a color and rushed me over to a chair. After I sat down she spoke with the nail tech and brought over another customer, told me to get up and she had the new customer take my place. Which I didn't understand since it's strictly walk ins and the new customer came in after me. She then brings me over to the chair closest to the door and brings out a literal bucket with a plastic bag as my "pedicure". I was confused and asked her if I wasn't getting my pedicure in one of the spa pedicure stations and she told me no because I was also getting a manicure. Which by the way they charged me the same as if I would have gotten a spa pedicure. I should have left right after that but being myself I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued with it. My manicure and pedicure were the most mediocre things that I could have gotten. My hands are so dry, I didn't receive a massage and they didn't even put base coat on my nails. It's inexpensive but I honestly won't even come here because it's not even worth the money. Id rather pay more to get a decent job. Listen to these reviews and do yourself the favor of passing this place up. I would have given a zero if I had the option. read more

Horrible, horrible service. It was the worst experience at a nail I've ever had. I asked for a regular mani/pedi and the lady that was taking care of me insisted on me getting gel. She asked this question at least 6 times (no exaggeration). To make things worse, she said the colors I picked for my nails were ugly and made a horrible face. She told me this at least 3 times and I had to stand by my choice every single time. The worst part of this all is that I don't treat myself and do my nails very often so this experience was not at all worth my wait.
