I had my first float this past weekend and OMG! I spent the first half of my experience utilizing the soft meditation music playing in the background to center myself, relax and totally let go of any stress. After that I found myself seriously loving the feeling of being weightless. It was amazing and the tub is big enough to drift from one end to the other if you want some movement. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. I've been to many spas and the facility here is definitely up to par. It's modern and very well kept. Casey did a good job of going over all of the instructions for use seeing as it was my first time there. I've heard of the many benefits of floating so I was curious. I went in and Elliott explained how everything works and I gave it a try. I don't relax very well because I'm always on the go, especially with my job. After showering and getting in the float tank, I felt like I was floating in space. When I was able to let go and fall into the float tank, I really felt how tense my body is and I was able to relax more than I can ever remember. The hour session ended much sooner than I thought and I definitely could have gone longer. Great service, great experience. I'll definitely try to make it a part of my self care routine. read more

I was so excited for this place to open. Elliott the owner walked me through a tour of everything & made some suggestions. I was so comfortable & relaxed immediately after I did the tour. I started with the sauna. The sauna allows you to control the temperature & volume of the music if you choose to use your mobile device for music. You have the option to change the colors of the light to red, blue, green, purple according to which mood you're feeling. There's yoga mats & towels if you want to stretch. I spent 1/2 my session doing yoga & the other half listening to Enya music while laying down. Immediately after I slipped into my robe & hydrated w/ a provided bottle of water & went to shower for my float. I've floated about 20 times before & was curious to try out their sauna & float tanks. They do not have pods, instead there's quite a bit more room to move around in & you don't have the strong scent of salt burning your eyes because there's a wider space all around. You're able to play music from your mobile device if you choose to. I floated for 60 minutes peacefully & drifted off into dreamland. My muscles & joints were completely relieved by the warm salt water. I was so relaxed after I left. This was very stress relieving & peaceful. The facility is very clean & decorated with beautiful art work & furniture. I recommend this to anyone looking for some personal relaxation time. read more

I tried floating for the first time and I'm HOOKED! My experience was amazing to say the least... I checked out a couple other float centers and I'm so glad I picked IMR Float. The other facilities I checked out only had small "float pods" and IMR had a large float chamber in a private room and also had an open float room for people that don't like smaller enclosed areas (my fiancé chose that one, lol). I went for the float chamber and it was perfect with lots of room. You can even do a couples float but my fiancé and I choose to do separate rooms our first time. All the rooms and equipment were brand new, state of the art and well taken care of. Each room had Private showers and all the amenities were provided. Elliott (the owner) greeted us and walked us through everything we needed to know to have an enjoyable experience... I was super impressed with his knowledge and passion for his business... I felt I got to "unplug" from the outside world for an hour to refresh my mind and body. I was able to meditate and rehab my body from a hard workout. I'm a business owner and it was nice to clear my head and not look at a screen or have to answer any calls for a while. After my float was over I got to go back into the Zen room and relax a little more and regroup. They also have a huge private infrared sauna, I'm trying that with the float next time for sure... I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend floating and IMR Float is the place to go! read more

I always love it here! First off- it's absolutely spotless. You can tell that the team really takes care of the place and takes pride in it being pristine without being awkwardly sterile feeling. I initially found IMR float when my regular sauna, Elevated, didn't have availability. We were a few minutes late, and I was completely OK with that time being taken out of our sauna time. Casey was very sweet and professional. All though I will I was extending disappointed that there was no TV,and no terms given to dry off. Also we weren't given the 10 minute window before our session, and we weren't given the 10 minute window to dry off. I literally walked out drenched in sweat. Overall we were disappointed with this facility. Elevated is by far the best infrared sauna we have been to in Las Vegas. read more

I went to IMR Float today and words cannot describe the feeling when I left. I started off with a 45 minute Infrared sauna session. The room was set up very nicely. Music inside the sauna as well as different types of low lighting. Once I was done with the sauna, I continued on to the float room. Elliott thoroughly explained the process to me and made sure I was comfortable and ready for my float. I showered Inside the room where everything was provided. Once I laid in the float tank Everything began to drift away. All my aches and pains, any type of worry or anxiety just vanished. I chose to float silent so I can go into a full meditation. That's exactly what happened. It was One of the most relaxing meditation while is drifting in and out of sleep. The hour ended too quick. I'll definitely Make floating part of my weekly routine. They took time to explained the easy process of showering, how to enter and position yourself, and asked whether I would like calming music or just silence. If you're on the fence about floating, do it. I felt amazing after I left IMR. I was really vibing with the peaceful atmosphere and decor in the place. The owner runs the operation himself and was kind enough give me a tour of the facility. He dropped some knowledge about the process and I could tell he really believes in what he's doing. Each tank has its own private room complete with a shower for pre and post rinse and the softest towels I've ever felt. The tank was bigger than I expected and gave me enough room to really starfish out without hitting the sides. I preferred complete silence and darkness, but if you wanna jam some tunes and have yourself a little solo saltwater disco, they've got music and ambient lighting controls in the tank. After a 60 minute float, I rinsed off and collected my thoughts for a few minutes in the zen room which was a nice transition back into the world. They also have an infrared sauna which I'm super pumped about using at some point! I love this place and will definitely be back. read more

I've heard many benefits of floating, so I wanted to try it for myself and I was very pleased. The office is brand new and staff is super friendly. I did an hour float and felt super relaxed after. They have a little floaty for your head, but I removed it halfway through and found that to be better. My neck and back felt amazing after. You can turn on music and lights if you'd like, but I suggest you put in the earplugs they provide and turning lights off and closing your eyes. It's super relaxing for the body and mind; I felt like I got a massage. Next time I want to try their infrared sauna as well. read more

You'll feel super comfortable with so much space on your room, their float tanks are huge, and there's even more space to shower and change. I'd like to start by honestly saying I had a good float experience. The female employee was lovely and graciously showed us the facility so we felt she deserved a tip despite the faux pas. The reason for my one star review is because the person I spoke with, who claimed to be the owner, assured me my special request (made in advance) would be respected. Upon arrival the request was privately reiterated for the third time and again assured it would be met. Unfortunately it was not and had the repercussion of causing conflict within our party. After the float we left relaxed but once reconvening at home it was clear there was damage control to be done because feelings were hurt. I later called and requested to speak directly to the owner. I expressed my disappointment and felt worse about the matter by the man's dismissive response which was in great opposition to his warm demeanor when I initially scheduled our group sessions. My request was out of concern for my partner's fear in this new experience and was told they understood and were happy to accommodate privacy. When they failed to do so and I brought it to the Owner's attention I felt invalidated like my request for subtlety was now unreasonable and "slip of the tongue" happens sometimes. I was surprised I didn't even receive an apology though he did ask "what can I do to fix this situation". I responded it would be great if we had a do over considering the request was around discretion on which couple gets the couples room. He definitively refused stating that was too much. He instead offered 1 free float to the person who's feelings were the most hurt, if everyone comes back and pays the 1st timer fee. As a small business owner myself, customer service is everything and I disagree with how this was handled. In the future, I urge IMR not to agree to what you cannot deliver. read more

By far the best floating experience I've had. Elliott is very knowledgable about the whole process from the epsom salt compound to the ultra-complex filtration that comes with the process, and he will educate you as necessary. What I love about these float rooms/chambers is the "roominess" of it. In other float spas, I feel a little caged in with most pod-based floats. This more open space, walk-in float chambers grant a much more peaceful relaxation environment for someone like myself. The non-slip floor for the open shower area is a great idea, and it makes for such an easy transition into the float. I'm a pure dark and no-noise floater, so I'd have nothing much to say about the music/lighting as I go without. After my incredible float, Elliott guided me to the zen room, in which the vibe was utterly tranquil. The masterpiece of a painting on the wall, the dim-lighting of a salt-lamp, and the float/energy related literature to soak yourself into made you want to relax as long as need be. Such a great experience and I'm looking forward to my next two pre-paid floats & trying out the Infared Sauna as well! read more

I did my first float today and it was AMAZING! IMR Float is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. There is the option to float with different colors of light (which you get to pick from inside the tank) or you can choose no light. You also have the options to listen to relaxing music on an mp3 player, connect your phone and listen to your own playlists, or float in silence. I chose the no light and no music option which I highly recommend. It was a wonderful experience the only regret I have is that I didn't schedule a massage afterwards! read more

I always sleep better after a float. Post float I feel more calm and relaxed. While I'm in the spacious tank at IMR Float, I'm able to release from outside input and melt into a deep meditation.
