We get in the tank and the light remained on for 5-10 mins. So I got up to turn the light off. I noticed this brown thing at the bottom of the pool and picked it up. I thought it was just a paper towel, maybe. But it was so gross! Slimy and giggly. I don't know if it's biohazard, a tampon, or whatever that is. I couldn't relax anymore after that and we showered and left within 30 minutes of the session. We let the attendant know and she said she's sorry about that. She was very nice. But of course the experience is ruined and I wouldn't ever go back! If you're going to come for the float tank, check it out before getting in, if you dare. Also, the towels provided are not very absorbent. Something to consider for management. Had to share the photo, because I would be upset if someone had such an experience and didn't share.

During the massage, I asked for her to lighten the pressure and her responses were clipped and she seemed annoyed. I did not feel relaxed after and felt like a huge inconvenience to her. I always go down to enjoy the spa and it honestly was chaotic this time. I always enjoy the sauna shows (Joli is amazing!). The common area was too over crowded and it was LOUD. I get it, it's a social area but the employees should be able to ask to lower the voices in a spa, right? Apparently not. I asked Rolli (he said he was a supervisor) about it and pretty much said that's how it is and I could go to the female only side for more quiet if I wanted. I then saw him approach a female employee with orange hair and they seemed to laugh about it as she looked over my way. Also, all of the warm stone chairs had towels/robes on them to block anyone from sitting while everyone was in the pool. So no one else could enjoy them and again the employees didn't do anything about it. Okay.... I felt unwelcome in that area with them so I went to the ladies side. The hot tubs edges had black/green goop building up. Half the showers are broken. There were dirty cups/bowls everywhere. The star lounge had dirty towels built up. I went to the desk (where they give you your shoes) and there were about 7-8 of them standing inside...men too! Why can they see into the ladies only side? Again, fine I'll move on from that...but they were all so so loud and just laughing and chit chatting. You could hear them in the locker changing areas and the couches where you enjoy the snacks. While the entire spa was a mess! I got changed and left. I didn't even want to mention anything at the reception desk. It was overwhelming and underwhelming all at the same time and just wanted to get out of there. I honestly won't be coming back. The facilities are not being kept up with anymore. The service quality is very low. It was such a bad experience, there are other spas that offer better value for your money.

If you need a quick energy and hydration boost I noticed a small refrigerator where you can purchase some drinks and snacks. Craig Maxfield is a therapist that I saw many years ago and I was grateful that my daughter (who is also in the profession) found he works there about three days a week! What a God send! He took absolutely amazing care of my particular aches and pains. This professional knows how to approach and read the body and stays in open communication while he is treating you, to make adjustments so that you are always comfortable. The therapy room, bathrooms and circulation are laid out efficiently and appointed in calming colours and decor to set the intention for healing and restoration. Unfortunately, I recently learned that IMR is now charging a 3% surcharge for credit card payments, and I have to say, it really annoys me. In today's world, paying with a credit card is the norm, and accepting those processing fees has traditionally just been part of the cost of doing business. Seeing that expense passed directly on to loyal customers--especially members--was disappointing. I truly enjoy supporting this business and would much rather continue my membership, but this new surcharge has honestly made me question whether I want to keep it. It's unfortunate because the quality of the massages has never been the issue. I sincerely hope they reconsider this policy, because it's the one thing that's making me think twice about continuing as a member.

They have a ton of services that you can choose from and it was a little overwhelming trying to choose just one. Some of their services that they offer are IV therapy/shots, facials, and core services. What I wanted to try was either their red light therapy or infused sauna service. I also looked into their facial services, but all facials here were booked for the rest of the month. I booked an infrared sauna session for 5/16/26 at 1:15pm, but since this was my first time here, I had to arrive a half hour early for a client consultation appointment. They had called me about an hour in advance to confirm my appointment and when I was asked how I found out about Restore, I told them about my gym's competition and had a gift card for it. The lady on the other end, Kehlani, told me that I could add on an extra service to fulfill my gift card, in which I chose cryotherapy. I met Kehlani once I walked through the doors, where I had to sign a waiver and provide any health issues that I may have prior to getting started. She gave me the tour of the facility and explained each service provided. Then I was directed to the sauna room with a shower inside. The sauna session lasted 45 minutes and then I was given about 10-15 minutes to shower afterward (all necessities included) before moving on to the cryogenic session. The sauna was great and it was all left to just myself. I was sweating some good bullets the entire time. The cryotherapy session, located around the corner from the sauna room, requires a beanie, face mask, mittens, robe, socks, and slippers. The entire thing was supervised by Kevin, where he took my body temperature before and after use. The most awesome part about this is that you can select a song to listen to while you're inside, where I chose Radioactive by Imagine Dragons. This was my first time using cryotherapy, so it did feel like I was standing in the middle of a winter storm for about three minutes, but I made it through the entire thing. Kevin said that my body temperature dropped from 83 degrees to 57 degrees afterward, which was not bad for a first timer. I felt amazing and more alert than usual afterwards, plus I ended up getting a good night's sleep that night. It's good to try something new once in a while and it was totally worth it.

The red light therapy was pretty cool room is a bit tight but got enough red light to help with my joints and looking beautiful. It gets pretty busy with just 1 room though. I started out last year with the basic package.. then upgraded to the elite one couple months ago because there's a Hotworx studio nearby wherever I travel to! It's worth the investment for my health and well being. Longevity for my body is priority now, so if you are for a workout that can be easier on the joints but powerful for strength, flexibility, mobility and recovery and just overall well-being --infrared training is a game changer!
