I still have four prepaid credits from years ago tied to an account you refuse to honor, simply because I won't accept a $9 credit. That's not a resolution, it's dismissive. This is exactly the type of pattern the Nevada Consumer Affairs investigates. Complaints like this don't just sit there, I will get my refund and encourage others to do the same if they are having similar issues. At this point, it's not just bad service, it's bad business.
