As a reward for participating in my gym's annual competition (think of it like their own version of the summer/winter Olympics, but it happens every year), I received a $50 gift card for this place that was good to use for the entire month of May. They have a ton of services that you can choose from and it was a little overwhelming trying to choose just one. Some of their services that they offer are IV therapy/shots, facials, and core services. What I wanted to try was either their red light therapy or infused sauna service. I also looked into their facial services, but all facials here were booked for the rest of the month. I booked an infrared sauna session for 5/16/26 at 1:15pm, but since this was my first time here, I had to arrive a half hour early for a client consultation appointment. They had called me about an hour in advance to confirm my appointment and when I was asked how I found out about Restore, I told them about my gym's competition and had a gift card for it. The lady on the other end, Kehlani, told me that I could add on an extra service to fulfill my gift card, in which I chose cryotherapy. I met Kehlani once I walked through the doors, where I had to sign a waiver and provide any health issues that I may have prior to getting started. She gave me the tour of the facility and explained each service provided. Then I was directed to the sauna room with a shower inside. The sauna session lasted 45 minutes and then I was given about 10-15 minutes to shower afterward (all necessities included) before moving on to the cryogenic session. The sauna was great and it was all left to just myself. I was sweating some good bullets the entire time. The cryotherapy session, located around the corner from the sauna room, requires a beanie, face mask, mittens, robe, socks, and slippers. The entire thing was supervised by Kevin, where he took my body temperature before and after use. The most awesome part about this is that you can select a song to listen to while you're inside, where I chose Radioactive by Imagine Dragons. This was my first time using cryotherapy, so it did feel like I was standing in the middle of a winter storm for about three minutes, but I made it through the entire thing. Kevin said that my body temperature dropped from 83 degrees to 57 degrees afterward, which was not bad for a first timer. I felt amazing and more alert than usual afterwards, plus I ended up getting a good night's sleep that night. It's good to try something new once in a while and it was totally worth it. read more

What a great first time experience! My friend brought me here to try the red light therapy. They are a wellness center that does IV, hyperbaric, compression machines, cyro, and sauna. The red light therapy was pretty cool room is a bit tight but got enough red light to help with my joints and looking beautiful. It gets pretty busy with just 1 room though. I'd love to try the sauna, compression, and cyro! The cyro can either be the room or the small machines. IV therapy included different vitamins as well as NAD! Looking forward to trying this too! I come here a couple times a week for red light therapy, I try to do once a week cryotherapy, and then once or twice a month an IV and some shots. I have seen an increase in mental clarity, energy, and overall feeling of better health. It is a pricey investment to take care of yourself, but I try to think that I can spend the money now and I take care of myself and feel good/energetic, or spend the money later when I don't feel so great. I'd rather do it now. I find the staff to be very accommodating, professional, and friendly! I like that there's other locations in Vegas or out of town that you can use your credits at while traveling. read more

Found this place on Groupon and had such great IV visits that I joined and became a member. I regularly come in for IVs, but also do their whole body red light therapy, compression, and infrared sauna. I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Ask for Serena! Nothing about this business was pushy for a membership, it was clear a membership was an option but I didn't feel pressured. Where do I start. My friend from F45 Fitness next door warned me not to join. I could not resist as I literally live 2 minutes away and is easier to get to compared to my normal IV drip spot at Wynn Encore. I travel for work and it is important to get my vitamins in as I cant afford to get sick and IV's help so much, also if I get sick so does my daughter. They lure you in by saying you can get an IV anytime and always have a nurse on staff. This is false and this is where things started to turn with my experience. The days and times they have a nurse on staff varies. For example they don't have a nurse at the Henderson location some days and if you want to get an IV you have to drive to Summerlin location to use your credits. This not what was sold to me when you sign up for a membership. I should have known something was up with the constant turn over of nurses. KIM is great, the nurse. I loved going in relaxing and watching Disney channel. However more and more nobody is available. Pre New Years Eve and after New Years Eve and during Holidays NO Nurse for IV's. Excuse was the didnt have a nurse. This is where things went completely south. Monday I was traveling home and found out they had no nurse at Henderson location on staff so had to drive to Summerlin location. 35 minutes away cool I can tolerate. I received my IV and was asked if I wanted to use my CREDITS for an additional ingredient. I said yes to Kim the nurse who I like. I walked out and didnt think anything of it as I had banked CREDITS. I saw a charge on my account for $58 and I called in to the manager and asked what it was for. She explained to me I couldnt use credits for the add on. So she debited my card without my authorization and didnt refund it. Fine, let if go. Then the next day the billed me for monthly service again. At this point I was over it. I asked to cancel for false advertisement and they could just keep my CREDITS banked. I got excuse after excuse saying they have a cancellation fee of $200. Scott the District Manager needs advice on how to make a simple solution easy. Just refund the $200 and its done. However nobody wanted to take accountability and refund the money for false services advertised. My goal was to support local business as I love this community. If want to question my credibility please look at my social media as it is not private. I am a proud member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Presidents club. My team donates and fundraises for Henderson Police Department , Salvation Army and Shade Tree. This is not how you stay in business in this community. But what would I know, as a National Accounts Manager for a fortune 250 company and my customers in this market are Wynn Encore, Venetian Palazzo, Penn Gaming, Boyd Gaming, Affinity Gamin, Fontainebleau, Sphere to name some just in this market. MOST important if I ran my portfolio the way Scott manages his district I would be unemployed. Complaints filed with Nevada Consumer Affairs, reports with Henderson Police Department, Las Vegas Police Department, Fraud charges with Credit Union. All could have been avoided with simple refund. Have had nothing but good experiences visiting here, all of their facilities are good, I go in regularly for IVs and their nurse staff are particularly great. You can go in there and just explain how you're feeling or occasion why you want an IV (travel, hangover, sick etc) and they'll just guide you easily through the process so you leave feeling better than when you walked in. read more

Went in to get an IV drip. The nurse messed up and caused infiltration, basically filled up my bicep with fluid. I told her my arm hurt like a bruise really bad and she brushed it off. She left the room and about 10 mins later I was in a world of pain, had to ask a guy to go get the nurse. She re-did my other arm, said what happened was normal. No apology. Asked the operations manager if she could give me a break for what happened, nada. I really hate to leave bad reviews, I just wish they could acknowledge when they screwed up. I use to love coming here when they first opened up, but it has significantly declined in service and efficiency over time. I scheduled an appointment to use my credits. I showed to and didn't get all the services I scheduled. I was told my credits would be good for another couple of weeks, turns out they "expired" when I tried to reschedule the services I didn't get the previous visit. ACTUAL STAR RATING: 3.5 While waiting for a medical appointment, I dropped into Restore Hyper Wellness, located just off the Green Valley Parkway and 215 freeway. I walked into this relatively new business that opened this past April to get some information about what they did. I was immediately struck by the complete and total lack of pandemic precautions. This is a "wellness" facility. It requires that the technician be physically close to all customers, whether they are there for weight reduction, skin tightening (or toning), or just a facial. Pandemic precautions should be adhered to, and they are not. There were three girls at the front desk as I entered, none wearing a mask. One of the girls offered me a tour and took me into a few different rooms explaining what every device was. She was thorough with her explanations. When we returned to the front desk area, an older man (older than the three girls) was sitting with his head buried in a computer, also without a mask. He wasn't talkative nor interested in providing me further information. I was the only potential customer in the store. If I were a betting man, I'd give odds that he was the owner. Upon completion of the tour, they handed me a price schedule. I was more than a little non-plussed with their cost, considering there's no guarantee with Restore Hyper Wellness services. It's a little out of my comfort zone. As for the guy whose head was continually in his computer, that didn't sit well with me. I can't say that I was disappointed with the information offered, except for the excessive pricing and lack of pandemic adherence. For me, this place will be a no-go, but I can't say whether their services are good or not. What I can say is that they are more expensive than their competition and should be adhering to pandemic regulations if not to ensure safety, then to at least feign concern for their customer's safety. I love this place so much. I wanted to try the red light therapy for a really long time and after walking into this place and discovering they had it, I joined almost right away. I also came here often for their HBOT and IV drip therapy. Everyone here is so incredibly nice and I always feel super taken care of. They have restored my faith that businesses that care about their customers/members still exist. It seems to be rare these days and their customer service is stellar.
