This place has clearly declined since Elliot stopped managing it. He actually cared about customers. That standard is gone. When ownership stops caring about customers, staff, and even basic maintenance, it's a clear sign of a failing operation. At that point, the business either needs to be sold or shut down. More importantly, it needs to be audited, because what's happening here raises serious concerns about how you handle customer funds and outstanding liabilities. My issue is not unique. Multiple people have already complained about the same thing: you refuse to refund unused float sessions. I still have four prepaid credits from years ago tied to an account you refuse to honor, simply because I won't accept a $9 credit. That's not a resolution, it's dismissive. This is exactly the type of pattern the Nevada Consumer Affairs investigates. Complaints like this don't just sit there, I will get my refund and encourage others to do the same if they are having similar issues. At this point, it's not just bad service, it's bad business. Floating is good for the soul! This is my FAVORITE spot in Vegas valley for self-care. The staff are genuinely welcoming, knowledgeable, and caring souls. They walk the walk. The energy in this space elevates and vibrates you into peace and wellness. Let it go and let it flow... I usually get a massage before I float. I always feel like l've been "healed" when my session is over. I often fall asleep while I float, it's pure mental and physical bliss! One hour never feels long enough... The gf booked the Fire & ice room in preparation for our marathon on Sunday. It was our first time there, so we were super excited to try something new & different. The place is tucked in the corner of a shopping center. Can't see it from the street, but once found, it was easy. The place was super clean & calming & zen like. Customer service was great too. This was my first float therapy experience, and I would enjoy coming back. We did a 2 person tank which was comfortable, and once we got really relaxed it was like we were floating on our own. The combination of total darkness with the meditative music while my ears were submerged got my mind to relax and work through some things I was able to get clarity on which makes the experience that much better. IMR Float was simply Ahh'mazing!! I took my nephew for his birthday and it was also something I wanted to experience. It was the first for both of us however it won't be our last! The spa was very clean, Zen, welcoming and relaxing! Nicole assisted us and she was great! She explained everything perfectly and was very attentive before and especially after!! The Float was so relaxing and was unlike anything I've ever experienced before. I was a little nervous at first however, my meditation and breathing played a big role in keeping me focused and relaxed! My body has never felt so good! I'm sure I dozed off a few times in my hour session and my nephew said the same! We both had the same experience! Afterwards you feel so relaxed, calm & just Zen. After the float we were invited to go to a Zen room in the back where you can enjoy hot tea or water and relax, draw, color, journal about your experience, read or just BE!! I had great prior experiences floating in a cabin-style tanks. I am claustrophobic, but loved the benefits I felt being able to completely let go of the stress from my fast-paced sales job, high intensity workouts, and lack of sleep/recovery. Wow! This place is top shelf! I had never floated before, but they made it easy. All my questions were answered in a very thorough pre-float briefing. There's a shower in each room, so you can shower beforehand and after you float. Floating is a very cool experience. I plan to make a habit of it. I was very relaxed for hours after. I went to IMR Float, because my sister invited me to try it with her and I am glad I did. It's hard to explain why you should try it as people experience things different, but what I did learn from this experience is that we need to make more time for our personal health. We need to make time for us and I really enjoy spending time with my mind. I am a person that puts work and others before myself and I suffer from anxiety and depression. Totally LOVED the entire experience!!! Starting with the warm welcome from the owner and his assistant, through the entire walkthrough of the services that I was expected to receive. I booked the sauna and the float (same day booking around 11) My appointments started at 3. If you're going to do both, try and arrive , at least fifteen minutes prior to your appointment. ( To leave time for the walkthrough) It was also advised to have the sauna first, before using the float. This is because, you have to shower prior to using the float. Both services were unique in its own way. The usual routine before sauna, drink lots of water to avoid dehydration. The float was a first for me, a little "weird" at first, mostly because I'm weird and I tend to overthink everything when I'm trying something new LOL! It definitely was relaxing, and left me feeling like I had a massage from head to toe. I recently injured my back, so the epsom salt float was definitely a must to help with the pains.. Oh and the entire place was SPOTLESS!!! And catered to personal hygiene of course. I loved the sauna the most personally, because of how intimate it was, compared to most saunas, being shared. It was veryry modern too!! They're options for single and couples as well. Ask about their membership, they also offer a free float for your birthday! :) They offered water before and after each service, always soft spoken and smiling! I can tell that the place made them also feel mellow , or maybe it's their personality LOL! Oh could be both!! What a great way to spend my Sunday, or any day! I have been coming here for about a month now. I became a member after my first float and felt like a brand new man after experiencing my intial 60 minute float. With each session, I find myself able to go deeper and letting go of everything, relaxing the body & mind in deep meditation. I have felt more at peace internally, all of the aches, pains, anxious thoughts and unnecessary substances have all been relieved since I began my float journey. My wife has been begging me to go float with her for a while now. Yesterday I finally went with her. I'm so sorry I didn't go sooner, and not sure why I was reluctant to begin with..... My float was amazing, probably the first time in my life I've ever been in a meditative state. I did as they told me to do, layback and let go. Almost immediately after I laid back I could feel my entire body let go and relax, after 15 minutes my mind started to clear. I'm guessing that's what meditation is. It was a real eye opening experience for me. The only thing I'm going to do differently next time is a longer float, which is funny because I thought an hour was going to be way too long. I never knew this was a thing until my son in law surprised me with a gift card for services at IMR. I try really hard to block out the noise and meditate at home and sometimes I just can't do it. My session of floating for the first time made meditation much more attainable and was able to enjoy the full experience. I highly recommend no sound and no light, just you and your mind communicating without the noise of the world. I felt great after my session and plan on doing this on a regular basis. I don't know what I would have done without IMR Float! I am a water person who has been living in Vegas for five years, I'm about to move back to the coast but wanted to let everyone know how awesome this place is before I go. Aside from loving being in water, I have trouble shutting my brain off from work, and have been coming here for float therapy in the mandala tank to help quiet my mind and reset. I've always was curious about trying Float Therapy. I know it helps reduce anxiety and depression and those were the main reasons why I wanted to try it in the first place. Now I know it helps with so much more than that. It reduces muscle tension and pain. It helps clear your mind of worrying about the future or anything that might be stressing you out. You get a nice little break for your mind and body, forgetting about all the worries in the world even for an hour. You deserve to get a break and relax once in a while. It helps you stay in the present, and increases your attention span where you can stay focused on the things that matter to you most, it helps you sleep better at night if you suffer from insomnia, it lowers blood pressure. It depends your mediation practice and stimulates creativity. Those are a few other benefits that you can get from floating. From my experience I can say I felt safe and relaxed and able to meditate for an hour which was something I've always wanted to achieve. You have the option to have meditation music playing or float in complete silence. Also the lights will come off so you can be in complete darkness or if you get scared there is a button you can press for the light to come on. I also wanted to mention that is a private room and you can lock the door. There is a shower there for before and after the float. They provide you with everything you need, and there is a Zen room for after your session where you can sit there to read and drink tea. There is an infrared sauna where you can relax before your float as well. The staff is friendly and the place is really clean. I highly recommend this place. It's a treat for the body and mind, either for yourself or a loved one. I brought my sister with me and she loved it. I am definitely putting floating in my routine for self care and I want to share it with the world. It really has helped me with my mood, my outlook in life, and I've only done it three times but I can already see the difference. It can also make a difference in your life. When I saw the special for the sauna and float special that was advertised I couldn't resist. I haven't had a sauna session in the longest time (I mean it's been YEARS) and this was my first time in an infrared sauna. Absolutely LOVED it!! I sweated like I haven't sweat before. Very much appreciated the bottled water and jumbo ice cube left outside the sauna. I was a brave soul and didn't adjust the temp. At the end of my session it got up to 150 but I felt sooooo good after!! Leaving the sauna after toweling down and robing up, it was time to try the float tank. My first time floating and I was excited to try it. I was put into the room with the "Mandela" tank and Elliot explained what should be done before entering the tank (showering, ear plugs, etc). The "tank" is really like a big bath tub with plenty of room to float. The only thing I couldn't get used to (and possibly because it's my first time floating?) is the slimy feeling on your skin after about 15 minutes in the water, as well as the grittiness of the salt (there is lots and lots of epsom salt in these tanks!) It also took me about a good half hour to "totally" relax but by the end of my session I was almost asleep. I exited the tank and proceeded to shower (which is in the same room as the tank... super convenient!) Definitely want to rinse all that salt off of your body (and hair)!! Before my leaving, the girl at the counter (I forgot her name) gave me a discount card for my next float session if I book working 30 days. I see another sauna/float session in my near future!!
