In the early part of October, I had a bad fall and hit the sidewalk, landing on my knees and chest. Thankfully I didn't think that I broke anything, but I was clearly badly bruised and had tremendous pain. I'm not a pill taker, and not fond of doctors, so I started looking for holistic ways to heal. I ran across infrared light and red-light therapy in a sauna. I wanted to find a place that could give me a positive experience, a place where I felt safe and could heal slowly. I live at the very top portion of North Las Vegas and found Elevated Sauna. it appeared to be a long drive for me, but they were running such a great first time special of $15, I couldn't resist. The drive was worth every penny that I spent and more. I was met by a friendly staff, who took the time to explain how everything worked. The sauna area was warm and inviting, dim lights, soft calming music played, lights above to balance chakras, infra-red light in the sauna with red light therapy. I was given a frozen cloth and a beautiful shower area waiting for me in my private room. They thought of everything, hair ties, handheld massage, fan to cool you as you dress...towels and soaps provided for your shower. They go above and beyond to make your experience as perfect as can be. Well, it's been about a month since I've been going there, my pain and bruises have completely healed. The prices are so reasonable, there's all kinds of packages that you can choose, and I can't keep up with the great specials they offer throughout a week. This is definitely my new happy place. Anyone will be able to find a special or package that will fit your budget. I think the icing on the cake is that the owner is such a lovely person, very caring, very personable, always giving such great customer service and makes you feel appreciated for coming there. She's a local business owner and takes great pride in keeping her place spotless while giving great customer service! I encourage all of you to support our local business owners. At first, I was a bit anxious when I thought about those icy temperatures, but Yasmin was incredible. After our cryo session, my partner and I spent an hour unwinding in one of the private sauna suites. I enjoy how clean, inviting, and spacious this place is! The prices are fair and they also have other treatments besides the infrared sauna. They also have cryotherapy. What's really nice about coming here is that they have a private shower in your room for you to use as well. Inside the sauna is very spacious. You can comfortably move around, stretch, etc. Its also very quiet which is important to me. I hate going to places that just have a lot of commotion outside or somewhere else within the facility to where I can hear it while I'm in the sauna. My 5 star review started as soon as I booked on the phone. Yasmin was so nice on the phone and talked to me about all the services they offered. Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was how beautiful and CLEAN the spa was. Ariana took my grandma and myself to the back to gave us a bag with a robe, socks, mittens and slippers. Everything was so soft and clean. The changing area was stocked with every hygiene product I could think of and everything was well stocked. She talked to us about the Cryotherapy session and answered all questions. The session was quick and we felt amazing afterwards . The salt cabin was beautiful and clean as-well. One of my favorite "treat yourself" spaces. We all know most sauna establishments are PRICEY- While I wish Elevated were a bit more affordable for my budget- i can honestly say they are WORTH IT. I would go more often if they were. Anytime i have my girls come into town, i bring them here. It's so calming, quiet and clean!!! The service is perfect and the vibes are vibeyyyyy - whenever im stressed, i make my appointment and sweat the stress away. This was absolutely wonderful. It was exactly what I was hoping for. I was greeted immediately upon entering. The studio was clean and I immediately felt relaxed with the music & decor. The attendant checked me in and took me back to my private sauna room. She briefly explained the features of the room I booked & was happy to answer any questions I had. The sauna was clean, and just the right temperature for a good sweat. They have blue tooth speakers in the sauna so whether you choose music, youtube, or netflix, you can listen & relax. 40 minutes was the perfect amount of time. You do get an additional 10-15 to shower & change if you so choose. This is an experience I would be more than happy to treat myself to on a regular basis. The initial $25 new client special was a great starter price to test out if the sauna is something you like. I believe their "drop-in" rate is $38 for the private sauna room which really isn't a bad deal. Will be back! Side Notes: They don't have lotion, face wash, or face lotion. I would suggest bringing your own if you feel you will want it. I did but now I know for next time. You do need to be mindful of your time after your 40 minutes is up in the sauna. I personally didn't care for the 3-in-1 body/hair product they provide (scent-wise) so I would suggest bringing a small toiletry bag. read more

After reading the response from the manager, Yasmin, I felt the need to respond to her response. What she wrote, unfortunately was mostly lies and not the way it happened. I figured that would be the response she would write, to try to smooth over my honest review. Again, there was no regard for me as a customer, I am out money I paid in good faith because SHE would not work with me to find a suitable agreed upon solution to the issues, She kept making excuses about glitches which are not my concern and she told me she did not want me to come back and did not want me at her spa. I am not the one who ended the communication, she did, by dismissing me. I was more than willing to try to work out a solution. So now I am out at least $100 of what I paid for the sessions and I am not welcomed back because she did not like that I was rightfully frustrated at the situation with all I had been through. If you need a private sauna with a shower, this is the place to go! I did a trial session for $25 just to see if getting a package was worth it, and I was hooked immediately. So I bought a 3-month subscription and went at least once a week after work. They have 4 infrared sauna rooms, all with its own shower and handheld muscle massager. You can easily book the rooms through the MindBody app and you get text and email notifications & reminders. I have used all the rooms and I find that rooms #2 and #3 are prone to noise as they are both closest to the sounds coming from the movie theatre. Therefore, I like to use either #1 or #4, with #4 being my preferred. My sessions were the 55-minute sessions, so I would have to pace myself to remove all my make-up and clothes in less than 3 minutes so I could jump in to get the recommended 40 minutes. You could technically stay in the sauna for a little longer, but I need at least a good 5 minutes to shower off and an additional 3-5 minutes to get dressed and cool down. The showers all had some berry-scented body wash that smelled good. Also, towels were included for inside the sauna, on the floor, and for drying off your body. At the end of each session, you dropped off the towels in a basket out in the hallway. Now, for the infrared sauna itself, the room is kept at an average of 140 degrees, but there is a touchpad to increase the temp. I believe the maximum you could set the temp is 155, which is already pretty hot (kudos to those who can stand 155 for a full 40 minutes!). Before you enter the sauna, you start the timer located on the little table right outside. You can also access Youtube and Netflix with a remote; I've watched plenty of shows and movies during my sessions. There is also a separate remote to control the lights and the colors, which all have different benefits (there is a chart in the room that explains what each color is for). I liked to keep the color at either red or blue as I found these colors relaxing and soothing after a work day. Overall, I rate this sauna a 9 out of 10. Elevated is right next to the Galaxy movie theatres on Sunset. I typically park in the parking garage right next door as it is very close to the studio and is also more discreet. Also, the staff are friendly and actually remember me because of how often I go. If you have ClassPass, you can also book sessions through the app, though most of the timeslots available are either the early 10am slot or the later 7pm slot. read more

So let me start by saying, this was my first time here, the actual service, the sauna I would give all 5 stars, the place itself is clean and very zen. HOWEVER, the customer service was shitty, which takes away from the entire experience for me. I'm all about customer service and making people feel seen and appreciated for spending their money with me (small business owner). The person I got over the phone who signed me up to whomever was there tonight 10/10 HAD to be a completely different person, and if they are one in the same, then there's some bipolarness happening ‍. The girl who answered on Monday was cheerful, and warm. She was patient and answered all of questions. I even apologized for asking so many and she said "no that's what I'm here for". This girl tonight 10/10/23 gave no smiles or fucks about you or your life . I didn't get asked if it was my first time (which it was) nor was the time taken to explain anything to me, how it works, what I should do, that there's a shower to use after, NOTHING. She didn't even tell me how to turn on any music in the room so I sat in silence. I'm one who tries to give grace to people, so while I was in the sauna I thought maybe, just maybe she's not a complete witch, maybe it's been a long day, maybe she's had a bad day. No one just acts like this right?! So when I came out the first thing she said was "oh I need to have you fill out a waiver". She didn't ask, did I enjoy my session or how was it. Like any normal human being would have asked if you just paid to use their facility. I gritted my teeth and smiled at her instead and asked "long day?" hoping this would melt her witchness some, IT DID NOT. She said "yea" with no smile nor any fucks, and waited for me to sign the waiver. I told her that I could tell that it was a long day. Usually that makes people snap out of their rudeness, IT DID NOT. I walked myself out of that place with no thank you for coming or have a good night. I spent $69 for 3 sessions on a special, and drove 40 mins across town for shitty service ‍....they can keep the other 2 sessions. Money wasted, but I'd rather not be put into a bad mood by bad people when I literally came to rest and be rejuvenated by the sauna after MY long day myself. And to think I was planning on buying a monthly package if I liked it. When I got in my car I called the person who referred me and they said they had bad customer service too , of course I asked "then why the hell would you refer me" (lol). They said they just wanted me to experience the sauna itself. Smh. Ah'well businesses will learn to train their people on customer service soft skills and they will see how important it is to hire the right people when they start losing customers. Sad. read more

I visited Elevated Sauna & Cryotherapy for the first time using ClassPass. I've been loving the sauna lately, so I knew I had to find a spot in Henderson for whenever I'm in town... THIS PLACE IS THE SPOT! It's perfect for a self-care day. I went in for the sauna - which is a private room with a sauna suite, TV, theragun, and shower. You have everything you need in the room. They also provide you with towels. When you first walk in, you'll check in at the front desk and will assist you further. If it's your first time, they'll walk you through everything and give you a tour. There's directions in the sauna suite on light therapy, too. Be sure to come in 15 minutes before your appointment (if it's your first time) to check in and get settled. My visit was so relaxing! I was able to watch an episode of the current show I'm watching - perfect way to multitask. The heat fluctuates during your stay in the suite, but you also have control to modify the temperature. Afterwards, I took a quick shower and went about my day. I looked at the prices for membership - and they honestly aren't bad. They're reasonably priced - with different options for membership. This place came up on my Instagram feed one day. I love saunas and decided to follow them. It took me a while to get in, and am I glad I did. I took advantage of the new client deal and made an appointment. Next to the movie theater, you can find plenty of parking. Upon arrival, it's already peaceful and are greeted & checked in. When you book your appointment, you choose which room you would like and are directed to your own private room where there is a shower, towels, salt lamp, massage gun, chair, and sauna, of course. A quick and informative run down of how to control the temp and change music, then you're on your way to relaxation. At first I turned the heat down a little, only to turn it back up, as that's when you get full healing benefits. There's also literature in the sauna informing you of each color and what it does in the healing process. I just sat there and sweated it out, stretching along the way. I was proud of myself for lasting the whole time my first time. Since I was going home, and I read natural cool down helps, I opted out of the shower. I felt so good after I left and can't wait to go back! I would love to try cryotherapy and then go to the sauna to get the gull benefit. No better time than now to take care of ourselves. read more

This was my first time going to an infrared sauna and I am so happy that I chose Elevated for my first. When I arrived, I was greeted, asked if I needed to use the restroom before session and then shown to my private room. Once inside the room, the gentleman that worked there explained how to use the sauna, and others tidbits around the room. Once I closed and locked the door behind me I began taking off my makeup and getting ready to go into the sauna. The music that was playing was nice and relaxing so I left it the way it was and stepped inside. The bench was comfy to me to lay on for the duration of the time. I started sweating around 15 minutes and profusely in the last ten, it was gre After my 40 minute session in the infrared sauna I felt so great and my body felt great. I felt less bloated and just all around different, it's hard to explain. I enjoyed the entire experience and plan on purchasing a package to do at least once a week. If you have never tried it before, give it a go. I planned ahead and brought in my own towel, makeup remover wipes and an outfit that I didn't mind getting in after sweating in like that. Oh my what an amazing experience . I was introduced to elevated by a great friend who had prior health issues. Since then she suffers daily from pain and has been coming to elevated and said her pain has decreased greatly with using the Infrared Sauna. Knowing my battle with Systemic Lupus and going through treatments she brought me here to see if it could help with my pain. Today I could hardly walk It was a challenge just to get ready to get there , but I am so happy I went . I had a 40 minute session in the Infrared Sauna . I can say I feel much better. First let me say this place is so peaceful and beautiful and the young girl working there was amazing. The rooms are beautiful, clean and just really relaxing. There's a chart on the wall that advises you all the different things each color light treats so you can treat certain things you are going through or have the light continue to change and treat multiple things. I feel like they have great ambience and environment like feng shui set, setting and timing mean the world to me as well. Taking Netflix & Chill to another level entirely! I wasn't sure exactly what I was expecting when I walked in, but I was pleasantly surprised. The store was "boho-simple" and welcoming. The waiting room is to the right and there's a small retail of crystals, oils, & holistic remedies. They even make their own CBD. After checking in with the spa host, I waited for about 10 minutes for my room to be prepared. When it was my turn, I was brought to my room that had practically everything one would need for an enjoyable sauna experience. There was soft lighting, a quartz meditation singing bowl, a comfy relaxing chair - A TV! - a shower, and of course the sauna. My host went over everything to get me started (almost everything in the room is already set, so you don't have to mess with any electronics if you do not desire). Now, how was the actual sauna treatment? Fun, interesting, and hot! :) My room temp max reached 150°F. I tried to get it hotter (just to see if I could handle it), but it wouldn't get hotter. I had the 40 minute session, so I was allotted 55 minutes in the room. Plenty of time to get the benefits of the treatment. As far as entertainment, I went back and forth. I started in silence, couldn't do that, so I tried a show on Netflix. Still wasn't reaching a relaxing state of mind, so I ended up with the spa music for the last 15 minutes. After my session, I took a cold-water-plunge shower. I feel as though this rapidly helped to bring my body temperatures back to normal. I never once felt rushed, or uncomfortable here. Which was the entire reason I booked a session. After the treatment I felt as though my muscles had relaxed, that my airway felt more open, and overall just calmer. I bought a Smokey Quartz, a lavender mediations eye pillow, and some palo santos wood - and I do not feel I was overcharged. (I work in wholesale) If you are wondering if you should try this, I would say to try it once. You do not need to have the temperature at 150°F, nor do you have to stay in the heat for 40 minutes. You can start slow and build your tolerance. They also have the opposite of sauna treatment if you prefer - cryotherapy. I've tried in the past and I liked them both. I may be biased, because I think holistic healing is far superior to pharmaceuticals. They are located next door to the luxury movie theater. ** Update** After talking to the owner and expressing how as a middle aged man I haven't felt welcome here from thier social media presence to the dismissive behavior from the employees towards men she was unempathetic and pretty dismissive as well. My friend I brought there to help heal got defensive over how she was treating me, he said things and and acted in a way that did not represent me. I talked to her again after my session to better communicate and have conflict resolution but the owner is unyielding in her preconceived notions of people. *** The employees don't seem to want to sell cbd products and doesn't really know what's on the shelves, otherwise helping me was not an objective of either lady the past two days. There's more but overall I felt like my business wasn't need there as a male. I probably would have bought more products if I wasn't rushed out or if the employees seemed like they cared. She made it a great experience by explaining everything well, and she was nice and entertaining. The facility is beautiful. The Cryo machine gets super cold and is really nice. The robes were fluffy. The infrared sauna is gorgeous and huge. We didn't use it this time, but Brianna was happy to show us one of them. Like many of you, I've been feeling the effects of 2020 & decided to check this place out for some much needed 'self care'... so far, I've gone 4x and absolutely love it. It's a bit out of the way for me but well worth it. It's nice to be able to unplug, listen to some calm music, and just RELAX. Booking is easy and convenient online. The room is always ready when I arrive and the mood is SET. COVID protocols are followed and you can tell they take pride in making sure guests feel comfortable and safe while visiting. I prefer a higher temperature for my sessions and sometimes it can take a little while to get to where I like it (depending how high the previous patron had theirs set at) but it's never under 140. I discovered Elevated a while ago through Groupon. I looked at the business on Yelp many times, but I didn't make an appointment because I was doing so much traveling. My husband purchased a sauna session for me and I finally visited a week ago. Elevated also offers meditation classes and yoga once a week on Sundays. Woo hoo! I've returned three times so far, trying all three offerings. I enjoy hot yoga and this was hotter. Hot yoga is 105 degrees and then your body heats up further while you are holding the poses. My sauna pod ranged from 145 - 148 during my session. I absolutely loved it! There was relaxing music playing. The room is completely private and peaceful. The decor is chic and positive. I did have an issue getting dressed at the end of the session because my body would not stop producing sweat. My skinny jeans would not go up my legs. It was quite comical. I'll be returning wearing a loose summer dress next time. The meditation and yoga are led by an experienced practitioner of both. He is personable and doesn't make either experience creepy. I've had both weird meditation classes and creepy yoga. I'm glad these experiences were neutral and positive. read more

I had the pleasure of trying this out - I tried the sauna and the massage chair. The front desk person was very friendly and explained everything. I very rarely write reviews, but in this case I just had to. I've only been to Elevated 3 times, but each one has been a wonderful experience. I had never done an infrared sauna before or an inversion massage, so I had no idea what to expect, but each time I've tried something new, one of the friendly front desk workers assisted me and answered any questions I had with a smile. Good customer service like theirs keeps people returning, loyal, and smiling, so thank you for that. The facility itself is very clean and well taken care of. The sauna really helps my muscles relax, which is so beneficial for me as I have major spinal issues (for which I'll be receiving surgery soon), so I'm tensed up 24/7. The option to shower after each session within your private room is a lovely touch. They provide a universal body wash in each shower, but I do prefer to bring my own, simply because I like my own moisturizing, scented body wash (I used theirs the first time and it did the job). I also bring a face wash as well, which cleans out my pores SO well after they've been nicely opened by the sauna's heat. My only gripe is that there isn't a location closer to me, but unless they open up more locations I'll gladly drive 25 minutes each way for the relief it brings. read more
