Stop! Red light! There are no red flags here! It's just the benefits of red light therapy! We are going to sweat it out! The staff here are truly amazing. They are so sweet and supportive. This is a few weeks we have been coming here, but it's time for us to move forward to another city. You have made our hearts warm and healthy. Thank you to the staff here . Now usually it's a dynamic duo for me and Pat these days, we are inspired to always be together. So much by not sweat it out together too. They have couples sauna too . When you can share the sauna with the one you love. It's inspiring. Now you need to hydrate while you're here. They provide cold wash clothes to keep you cool. It's a great idea to stay healthy . The red light therapy is great for your skin and toxins . The red targets pain and inflammation as well. The older we get the better a sauna is . This is a dry sauna, but it still works. Come and bring the other half. Detox and unplug together. The allowing of couples to be in the room together is great. Celebrate the couple . Let love and red light shine together with your pain replaced with mobility. This sauna just doesn't get any better. Come and enjoy the experience with the one you love. read more

I loveeee that the sauna room have a personal tv where you can watch Netflix or YouTube TV. They also provide you with towels in your room, and a cold face towel for after your session. This is the perfect way to detox, destress, and burn a ton of calories! The store is super clean and the owners are extremely knowledgeable! I highly recommend Drop! read more

A private sauna - such a great experience! A friend recommended Drop to me because I didn't want to use the sauna at the crowded gym that I go to. Then I found that Drop is on ClassPass! I had some credits to use before my monthly membership renewed so it was perfect timing I reserved an appointment for Sunday afternoon and it was 8 ClassPass credits. The staff was kind and took me to one of the private sauna rooms. I told the staff that it was my first time so they showed me how to adjust the lighting, temperature, and sound. I believe there are 5 rooms in this location. There is a small space in the room for your belongings (see the orange chair in the pictures). The ambiance is very relaxing and I love how clean it is! Also, there's a Smart TV in the room if you decide to watch Netflix or another streaming platform. I brought a book to read so I didn't use the TV or sound system but I will give it a try next time. I stayed in for 40 minutes at 140 degrees. I believe the appointment can be an hour long but I arrived a few minutes late and took some time to settle in. Overall, I enjoyed every minute of Drop and I will visit again soon Note: When you visit, arrive about 5-10 minutes before your appointment so you can have time to settle in. They provide towels to sit and/or lay on. There is an ice cold towel too, if you want to cool down. read more

I've been a member since June 2023- and I LOVE it! After having a "happy hour membership" for over a year- I upgraded to the full membership because I use it so often! I attend at least 3-6 sessions a week. I love the way it makes me feel. Like I ran a marathon without being exhausted. I truly believe it's one of the best things I've added to my health/wellness routine. The individual sauna suites have a nice vibe. I enjoy the private tv. All the staff is extremely nice and make it feel like a close community. They always add little extra touches to make it feel luxurious. Thankful I learned about this studio at barre3 read more

This is the best sauna place. I moved here from LA and was thrilled to find a sauna studio walking distance from my apartment that is even better than the one in LA. Exceptionally clean and all the ladies who work there are super friendly. Highly recommend! read more

Had such a great first experience at Drop Sauna! The employee at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She gave me a tour of the sauna studio and explained everything I needed to know for my 40 min session. I recommend signing up for your session ahead of time so that you are guaranteed a sauna room! (Not sure if they take walk-ins) Drop Sauna has a water cooler for client use and also offer electrolyte drinks for sale! Super important to stay hydrated before and after your session, so I was very grateful for these options. My sauna room was clean, peaceful, and ready to use! Drop Sauna makes it easy to customize your own experience by providing handheld weights, music channels, or even Netflix to use at your discretion throughout your time. Most importantly, I felt amazing after my infrared sauna session! Felt so good to sweat it out in a private and comfortable space. Cannot wait for my next visit! read more

Love love love going to Drop sauna, it's my favorite time of day! We have been going there for over 2 yrs now with an unlimited membership & go almost everyday of the week. Not only is it very relaxing after a long day of work but the health benefits of infrared saunas are incredible from faster healing & recovery to longevity & age reversing benefits of skin & heart & all other organs. I like to go in in a fasted state & boost my autophagy. The staff there are just GREAT! I always look forward to seeing them each time! The clothes & athleisure ware are SO cute & excellent quality! I'm big about self care and taking time to detox the body and mind given the chaos we have going on each day! I'd heard all about infrared sauna from a friend and immediately had to give DROP a try! Not only do I enjoy the sweat from DROP, but their ambiance is perfect to decompress! For each 40 minute session you sign up for, you have friendly staff load you up with towels in a squeaky clean personal sauna, access to a smart tv loaded with music and tv and entertainment and relaxation options, as well as a post sauna shower once you're done! You can also adjust the temperature and take the process step by step! I love using the chromotherapy for light therapy! Purple and green are my favorites that relax me in my busy life! Benefits of infrared that I love: relaxation, sweat rate efficiency, energy replenishment, and ick relief! There are events you can attend as well as session options that fit your needs! I love the option to get 20 sessions in! You can book sessions online OR show up for options that fit your schedule! Let's not forget the AthletiCouture element of the shop! Being a fit girl who teaches and travels and goes about town, I want one-of-a kind pieces that not everyone else is wearing to suit my style. The boutique inside of DROP offers pieces in constant rotation so you always have new options to try out! Give them a try and tell them I sent you! We may just [sweatily] bump into each other! read more

DROP is a great infrared sauna studio. Well maintained, spacious rooms and saunas, good amenities (tv, full spectrum LED, water, weights). Saunas are consistently hot and in working order. Parking is super easy. Girls working the desk are always nice and prompt. The owner is kind and helpful as well. My only issue after going 10+ times is Room 3. Multiple times I've arrived and the TV in Room 3 wont turn on. Not a deal breaker, but it does kill the vibe a little. Would recommend booking the other rooms because of this. I also don't recommend walking in/going without an appointment as all rooms are usually booked. If you call last minute they sometimes have openings that aren't online. Overall, a very relaxing space - highly recommend! read more

I love this place! It's about my 5th time here, you gotta know about the rave!! From detoxing, infrared heat & light therapy, reducing inflammation, to sheik athletic wear & so much fun trinkets & things! I'm a fan of working out in the heat, this helps slow me down and forces me to meditate, focus on my breath. Great way to get your self care in & your "me" time. So many benefits!!! This place is exceptionally AWESOME & CLEAN! Like I said, the light therapy built into the saunas are bonus! There's also a tv (w/Netflix, prime, etc) in each sauna room. I like to watch my fave episodes to help pass the time. It gets HOT! Another great feature are the settings in the sauna. You can set the temperature up to 165 deg. They also have some hand weights if you wanted to squeeze in some arm work :) Today, I went for some therapy on my shoulder, it's been bugging me for about 10days. After my session, I feel a lot more mobility. I will make the time to go several days in a row until it's gone. *bring your hydro flask! They have a reverse osmosis water station. You will need water to get through your session! They sell h20 bottles too! Also, important to hydrate before & after (I like to add a lil pink Himalayan salt, for electrolytes & alkalinity:) I know you will dig this place as much as I do! Bring your cc so you can shop after! Haha Thank you Shelly & Diane! read more

I've been following them for awhile on Instagram and finally had a chance to check it out with a friend. The privacy and the great tour from the team made this experience more than wonderful. You get a tv with a choice of music or Netflix, they have lights that offer certain benefits. If it's your first time it was definitely a little tough for me to handle the full 40 minutes and pounded the majority of my water. I did feel amazing after and am looking forward to my next session! read more

First time at a sauna studio. Usually I'd use the dirty saunas at the gym but I haven't been in one since the pandemic. Always saw this place while passing by so thought I check it out. Had my first appointment today, Shelley greeted me and explained everything to me perfectly. She was very nice and welcoming and I felt comfortable being there. It was so nice having the speakers in the sauna I could enjoy listening to Pandora during the entire 50min session! The booth has enough space to not feel so confined (IMO) the space was very clean and well kept which I liked. Once my 50mins was over I liked the cold/frozen cloth with essential oils! Smells so good!!! I also ran into Shelley cleaning which is good to know they are very much keeping the spaces clean! Definitely will be coming back for more! I feel good mentally and my body feels amazing! I wish I found this place sooner! I highly recommend this place! read more

First timer! I have been in a infrared sauna but it has been awhile ago. I have also been in plenty of steam rooms and dry saunas. The service was courteous and the location was neat and clean. I would encourage couples to try this experience but make sure you are prepared by hydrating lots and eat something light before the sauna. Relax and enjoy this awesome experience!! My fiancé and I visited this studio for the first time while on vacation and loved our experience. The employee who took care of us was very welcoming, warm, and showed great customer service. Definitely was a part in making the experience memorable! The second day we came to this place the employee wasn't as warm and welcoming as the previous one. She seemed a little more stand off ish and not as warm when she greeted us. I had booked a sauna for myself and then when getting to the location adding in my fiancé into the room which wasn't a problem for the nice employee the previous day, but when it came to the not so warm employee she kind of came off sarcastic in telling us next time just put in the notes you will have two of you in the room so we can prepare beforehand. Mind you the room wasn't even prepared to begin with and so I'm not sure what the hassle was. Overall, whomever the lady was who greeted us the first time we visited she was a 5 star employee and super welcoming. read more

I've noticed a nice increase in my cardio since joining Drop, 40/45 minutes of the infrared 5 days a week has been doing amazing things for my cardio and overall health. Great location! Excellent staff. Very clean. I would recommend anyone looking for a sauna studio this is the place to go!!

Staff is amazing & helpful. I bought a dry brush today and she explained the way to use it and the benefits. I've been there twice and bought something extra without feeling any pressure. The Sauna rooms are private and luxurious. The wet/cold towel infused with eucalyptus oil for after the sauna is refreshing and a nice touch. TV & light weights are available at no additional charge. Plus they offer Chakra colors to enhance your experience. read more

Wow!! I've been looking for a place to relax and detox my body for awhile. After coming here yesterday, I have to say that DROP really went above and beyond my expectations with the amazing sauna and great service. I first found out about this place through Groupon. After seeing all the great Yelp reviews on DROP, I decided to seal the deal and purchase on Groupon the three 40 minute sessions that includes 20% off their clothing- AthletiCouture for $59. What really sold me though was that DROP uses infrared therapy in the sauna which helps to boost your immune system and improve your overall health and well-being. Booking an appointment is quick and easy. You can simply reserve a time slot either by phone or online. What also impressed me was the excellent service I got the second I walked through the door. Francine and the staff are genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and helpful. Since it was my first time, she gave me a quick tour around the sauna suite and showed me how to adjust the settings to my preference. The sauna suite is nice, clean, and luxurious. The best part is that it's completely private and all yours for 40 min. The sauna is equipped with towels, light free weights, yoga mat, and a smart tv so you can either choose to watch something on Netflix/Hulu/Starz or listen to music. In addition, the sauna offers different types of light therapy (aka chromotherapy), which they provide a list of the colors and its descriptions on what the specific health benefits are for that color. It was nice to just de-stress, unwind, and enjoy the ambience while being in your own private sauna. Another nice added bonus is that a cold towel with an essential oil is provided at the end of the session. It felt so good on the skin especially after sweating everything out from the sauna. I'm a strong believer that it's important to take time out of your busy schedule and treat yourself. Whether if it's for health benefits, post work-out sessions, or even if you have any stressors in your life, DROP is THE place to go to kick back and loosen up those muscles. What's also nice about this place is that they sell a lot of cute and trendy work out clothing that you can't find anywhere else. After I left my sauna session, I felt so rejuvenated. Even my boyfriend loved that my skin felt so soft and smooth. I had a wonderful experience and I look forward to returning back again. I highly recommend checking this place out. read more

Soon I plan to upgrade to the unlimited (currently only have the 5x @ month). My only issue is the location. It is FAR. I work at Creech AFB, so therefore I live on the North side of town. Just finished my first infrared session in hopes to start clearing toxins out of my body. I came in with a Groupon and Diane at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly! She took the time to give me an overview of the business, benefits of infrared sauna use, and a tour of the room I would be in. She gave me clear instructions on how to operate the machine as well as took the time to show me all the extra amenities that were available during the session such as Netflix, Pandora, Yoga videos, and free weights. My session was extremely relaxing, calmed all my sore muscles from my workouts, and I truly felt like I did something good for my body. My favorite part was that they placed a cold towel that had essential oils for use after the session. It was bliss and it made me feel like I was leaving a spa! Highly recommend and I will definitely be back. By the way they have a great collection of trendy, high quality and unique fitness wear for men and women in the front of the store that you won't find at other boutiques! read more

What a place! I just love all of their selection. So many cute workout outfits to choose from. And super high quality unique items that you won't see everyone in your gym wearing! Been a huge fan of Sauna for many years for post workout and recuperation. My first experience with infrared heat sauna was at Drop. I clearly did not understand what I was missing. 5 stars, and I almost never give 5 stars to anyone. It's clean, well run, and quite beautiful inside. Too bad the $17 rate is just an introduction for first timers or Groupon deal, normal price is $34. This has caused me to find another less expensive place, but I do like I there. read more
