I'm an athlete, so I got the 60 minute sports massage and my massage therapist was Brendan. It was the best massage I have ever gotten, the room was nice, the table and face cradle were the most comfortable. Usually I feel like I'm suffocating in the face cradle but I was comfortable the entire time. It was an $80 deal for first time customers, and they let me know they had a deal for a $70 a month annual membership, which they were simply giving me the information instead of actively trying to sell to me. My husband retired and we moved to North Carolina to be around our grandchildren and this business has decided it will refuse to cancel my membership. I live over two hours from the nearest Massage Heights in Charlotte N.C. and the company wants verification of my move, I live with my daughter and her husband. The company has never sent me anything, that I can find in my emails, with my membership number and or details. My friend bought me a massage at massage Heights for my birthday. This was hands down the best massage I've had in a very very long time. I had a Swedish massage with hot stones. This place is up to date with technology. I haven't gone to a place before that has a massage table that moves up and down and then also offers heat over the entire table. The lady that did my massage had me so relaxed I fell asleep. It was so comfortable and amazing and everything smell good and looked very clean. Even though massage Heights is completely across town. Lately I have been using Hannah as my therapist and she does a great job! Tiffany was gentle, thorough, and genuinely caring throughout the process of getting a facial. 1). She inquired about my skincare routine and walked me through recommendations based on her direct contact and analysis of both my visible and verbally expressed concerns. The recommendations were explained in detail for me to understand my skin, its current state, the reason for its current state, and why she was recommending the products and routine she was recommending. This made me confident in her knowledge, skills, and the hands my skin were in. 2). As I mentioned, she was gentle and caring. The experience in its entirety was relaxing. The neck and shoulder massage and the facial itself was the exact kind of rest and relief I needed. 3). By the end of it, I left glowing! I felt clean and confident. 4). It has been nearly a week since I got the facial and since then, I switched my products and adjusted my routine to her recommendations--I am very happy to report that the difference in my skin is irrefutable. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I first brought my mom here in December and the staff was extremely gracious with her, she's elderly and on oxygen. We came back a couple of weeks ago and signed up for the membership which came with a free foot scrub. I sat in the room during the massage, Angela did great work with her, made her feel comfortable and left her feeling relaxed and happy, which was the entire goal. The spa is very clean an inviting, everyone is well dressed, everything is pretty and neat, this is how every spa should look like! Very disappointed with my experience here. 1) This place shouldn't be advertising 90 minute massages when it's really an 80 minute massage. 2) There's no set standard on how customers are treated. After my appointment, I sat in the lobby waiting for my husband's appointment to be done. I observed each therapist treat their clients differently as they came out. Some were escorted out, some were given cups of water, etc. When I spoke to my husband, I told him I wasn't offered water after my massage, and when I got down from the massage table there wasn't a towel or mat to step onto to. He said his therapist provided water and a towel to step onto. 3) The massage therapist I got wasn't very communicative. I paid for a deep tissue massage which started off with decent pressure, but after I asked for lighter pressure on my calves, the rest of the massage wasn't deep tissue at all. I even asked for harder pressure but that didn't occur. Also this therapist only used the same techniques over-and-over on my back. I told her my back was the main focus but she didn't even try to work out any knots or anything. My husband said his therapist identified some knots and worked on those areas. Maybe I got someone right out of massage school? Regardless, this place should have set standards on how clients are treated. When the person at the desk who checked us out asked how my massage was, I was a little hesitant to complain. I figured I probably wouldn't be back, but even after I told her how this experience was poor, the only thing she offered was to book me with someone else who might be more suitable to me and then tried to sell their monthly packages to us. My husband said he had a way different experience, and the place was clean so that's why I'm not giving this place 1 star. read more

I signed up with my husband using the same bank acct. info using my debit card to do auto withdrawal monthly $69.99 per person I canceled the membership in January after the year but because I did not give my husbands phone number they continued to withdrawal money from my acct. for his membership. Breanna was very rude, and told me she was going to charge me $36.00 for missed appointment. Everything is tried to explain, she talked over me and acted like she could care less.
