I have been going to the Adobe Plaza location of Massage Heights since June 2022. The staff are friendly, and the therapists are great. I have not experienced the high turnover of therapists as I have at other companies. I strongly recommend this business. read more

Julie and Claudia understood the assignment. First of all the front desk lady was phenomenal. We called the day before and she did everything in her power to fit us in today. Customer service over the roof. If we had more of her the world would be a better place. Me and my husband got deep tissue massages and they got in deep. The vibe was relaxed Perfect lighting, room temperature man it was a science !! Price is worth it. We will be coming back!!! read more

My friend bought me a massage at massage Heights for my birthday. This was hands down the best massage I've had in a very very long time. I had a Swedish massage with hot stones. This place is up to date with technology. I haven't gone to a place before that has a massage table that moves up and down and then also offers heat over the entire table. The lady that did my massage had me so relaxed I fell asleep. It was so comfortable and amazing and everything smell good and looked very clean. Even though massage Heights is completely across town. I am coming back!!!!! I need another massage more frequently now and will make the journey across town. read more

After being a very good patron of this place, visiting monthly, sometimes twice a month, for almost a year, they refuse to cancel my membership. My husband retired and we moved to North Carolina to be around our grandchildren and this business has decided it will refuse to cancel my membership. I live over two hours from the nearest Massage Heights in Charlotte N.C. and the company wants verification of my move, I live with my daughter and her husband. The company has never sent me anything, that I can find in my emails, with my membership number and or details. I would like to see how much money I have spent and now they are holding my bank account hostage! DO NOT under any circumstances get a membership there! read more

Jante is amazing! Her technique and sense of soothing demeanor and professionalism is top tier! I always leave feeling relaxed and happy.

Just did a couples massage (mine prenatal) and 10/10! They set up a relaxing environment, it is clean and they have professional staff. You can pinpoint specific areas at check in and easily ask the to adjust the pressure. We will definitely come again! read more

I like massage heights because they are friendly and convenient. The massages have always been good and the reception always worked with us for scheduling. The rooms are clean and relaxing and I feel like I am at a Hotel Spa. Maria is my favorite because she listens and does what is needed to deal with my arthritis and stress points. read more

Zachariah and the rest of the front desk staff were very nice, informative, and knowledgeable. As a new customer, their intake form was thorough yet easy. I'm an athlete, so I got the 60 minute sports massage and my massage therapist was Brendan. It was the best massage I have ever gotten, the room was nice, the table and face cradle were the most comfortable. Usually I feel like I'm suffocating in the face cradle but I was comfortable the entire time. It was an $80 deal for first time customers, and they let me know they had a deal for a $70 a month annual membership, which they were simply giving me the information instead of actively trying to sell to me. Given the service I received, the quality of the massage, and how good of a deal it was, I signed up. Excited to be going back and will be booking Brendan each time! read more

*The membership really is worth it!* Now the massage: I can't say enough good things about my deep tissue massage with Brian. I have a ton of chronic muscle issues, and he was absolutely phenomenal. He has an incredible ability to find exactly where the problem areas are and work through them with the perfect amount of pressure -- always checking in to make sure I was comfortable and adjusting based on what my body needed. Brian is extremely knowledgeable, intuitive, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave feeling better than when you walked in. He was so accommodating and attentive the entire time. Easily one of the best massages I've ever had. Highly, highly recommend if you need real, focused work that actually makes a difference! read more

Alicia is the best. She always finds and hits those sore spots I didn't even know I had. Thank you for always being there.

Jenaro was great! As a therapist myself, I needed a lot of time focused on my back and chest and he was more than happy to spend the time it takes to really work the tension out. As a deep tissue fan I was highly satisfied. Also the young man behind the desk with piercings was 10/10 with his customer service, kind and efficient. Sorry I couldn't remember the name. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I first brought my mom here in December and the staff was extremely gracious with her, she's elderly and on oxygen. We came back a couple of weeks ago and signed up for the membership which came with a free foot scrub. I sat in the room during the massage, Angela did great work with her, made her feel comfortable and left her feeling relaxed and happy, which was the entire goal. The spa is very clean an inviting, everyone is well dressed, everything is pretty and neat, this is how every spa should look like! I might be getting a membership for myself too in the future. read more

I have had a membership here for at least 6 years and have only had maybe 1 or 2 bad therapists. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the facility is clean with great ambiance. Lately I have been using Hannah as my therapist and she does a great job! I've never had a professional massage, so I didn't know what to expect but wow! The service here is amazing from the appointment booking to the actual massage itself. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming and relaxing! We did the couples massage and both of our massage therapists were amazing, I felt so comfortable and just total relaxation. I chose the hot stones with medium pressure and it was perfect! Based off of this experience as well as the can't beat price, we will most likely be making this a monthly thing! read more

While I have experienced multiple massages in a couple of different Massage Heights locations--this review is based solely on one facial with Tiffany at this Warm Springs (Adobe Plaza) location. Tiffany was gentle, thorough, and genuinely caring throughout the process of getting a facial. 1). She inquired about my skincare routine and walked me through recommendations based on her direct contact and analysis of both my visible and verbally expressed concerns. The recommendations were explained in detail for me to understand my skin, its current state, the reason for its current state, and why she was recommending the products and routine she was recommending. This made me confident in her knowledge, skills, and the hands my skin were in. 2). As I mentioned, she was gentle and caring. The experience in its entirety was relaxing. The neck and shoulder massage and the facial itself was the exact kind of rest and relief I needed. 3). By the end of it, I left glowing! I felt clean and confident. 4). It has been nearly a week since I got the facial and since then, I switched my products and adjusted my routine to her recommendations--I am very happy to report that the difference in my skin is irrefutable. I never thought I could achieve these kinds of results. This is a large testament to Tiffany's expertise--thank you so much, Tiffany! All in all, I absolutely recommend a facial and I definitely recommend Tiffany. read more

Very disappointed with my experience here. 1) This place shouldn't be advertising 90 minute massages when it's really an 80 minute massage. 2) There's no set standard on how customers are treated. After my appointment, I sat in the lobby waiting for my husband's appointment to be done. I observed each therapist treat their clients differently as they came out. Some were escorted out, some were given cups of water, etc. When I spoke to my husband, I told him I wasn't offered water after my massage, and when I got down from the massage table there wasn't a towel or mat to step onto to. He said his therapist provided water and a towel to step onto. 3) The massage therapist I got wasn't very communicative. I paid for a deep tissue massage which started off with decent pressure, but after I asked for lighter pressure on my calves, the rest of the massage wasn't deep tissue at all. I even asked for harder pressure but that didn't occur. Also this therapist only used the same techniques over-and-over on my back. I told her my back was the main focus but she didn't even try to work out any knots or anything. My husband said his therapist identified some knots and worked on those areas. Maybe I got someone right out of massage school? Regardless, this place should have set standards on how clients are treated. When the person at the desk who checked us out asked how my massage was, I was a little hesitant to complain. I figured I probably wouldn't be back, but even after I told her how this experience was poor, the only thing she offered was to book me with someone else who might be more suitable to me and then tried to sell their monthly packages to us. My husband said he had a way different experience, and the place was clean so that's why I'm not giving this place 1 star. read more
