I dont remember seeing fine print, let alone reading it. I dont feel it is right that a company in Las Vegas can keep/steal money from a 69-year-old disabled veteran, I lost my leg. Now, if I had not shown up for a scheduled float, I would understand, but I did not. I tried many times to reach out through email, and I called a few minutes ago. A nice lady answered. I explained my situation without being rude or raising my voice. At the end of my conversation, I asked if she could help me, and she hung up. A few minutes later, Chuck (the owner) called, very irate and totally unprofessional, yelling that I had sweated his employee and that I was a fucking asshole! Really, very unprofessional, I texted back and told him to call back when he wanted to have an adult conversation. If he calls and apologizes and refunds my money, I will reconsider my post If this is how a local business in Las Vegas treats its Veteran customers, then I have to say, "do not patronize this business." I never will, and am mortified that I was spoken to with such hatred and disdain!

I still have four prepaid credits from years ago tied to an account you refuse to honor, simply because I won't accept a $9 credit. That's not a resolution, it's dismissive. This is exactly the type of pattern the Nevada Consumer Affairs investigates. Complaints like this don't just sit there, I will get my refund and encourage others to do the same if they are having similar issues. At this point, it's not just bad service, it's bad business. The water massage and red light therapy was very relaxing! newbie tip - bring earbuds so you can listen to your own music bc there is none playing during this and the red light therapy so the time goes by slow without a mental distraction. The float therapy was nice too! I have hair extensions though so I was in constant anxiety from getting my hair wet with the salt water. I brought a hair cap (they do not supply one) but I was just paranoid that it wouldn't work fully so I ended my session early. But it was relaxing otherwise. Nice atmosphere and they do have lights and music playing in there. You do have your own shower. They want you to rinse before and you definitely want to rinse after from all the salt. They also provide a mirror and hair dryer and comb if needed after do you can freshen up. Overall great experience, I wouldn't mind trying the actual massage next time
