Halotherapy is to help people with asthma, allergies, bronchitis etc as salt clears pollutants and irritants out of your throat. It helps with my post nasal drip. The halotherapy room was small but the nano-particles of salt did come out. You won't be able to see them but it will accumulate in your body, which is fine. I felt like the ambience was a little lacking in there. Nice music is played but it repeated a lot on a loop. The red light was professional grade platinum LeD. It has scientifically proven benefits of collagen reproduction, scar healing, healthy glow. This was my favorite! I go in the infrared pod at my gym all the time. My skin did glow after, it looks like I put on lotion when I have not. Even my KP on thighs (keratosis pilaris), chicken skin looking hair follicles have never been so understated. Feels like my skin went back in time. Bathroom was a little dirty. Overall I had a relaxing experience and enjoyed my day here.

The water massage and red light therapy was very relaxing! newbie tip - bring earbuds so you can listen to your own music bc there is none playing during this and the red light therapy so the time goes by slow without a mental distraction. The float therapy was nice too! I have hair extensions though so I was in constant anxiety from getting my hair wet with the salt water. I brought a hair cap (they do not supply one) but I was just paranoid that it wouldn't work fully so I ended my session early. But it was relaxing otherwise. Nice atmosphere and they do have lights and music playing in there. You do have your own shower. They want you to rinse before and you definitely want to rinse after from all the salt. They also provide a mirror and hair dryer and comb if needed after do you can freshen up. Overall great experience, I wouldn't mind trying the actual massage next time

I dont remember seeing fine print, let alone reading it. I dont feel it is right that a company in Las Vegas can keep/steal money from a 69-year-old disabled veteran, I lost my leg. Now, if I had not shown up for a scheduled float, I would understand, but I did not. I tried many times to reach out through email, and I called a few minutes ago. A nice lady answered. I explained my situation without being rude or raising my voice. At the end of my conversation, I asked if she could help me, and she hung up. A few minutes later, Chuck (the owner) called, very irate and totally unprofessional, yelling that I had sweated his employee and that I was a fucking asshole! Really, very unprofessional, I texted back and told him to call back when he wanted to have an adult conversation. If he calls and apologizes and refunds my money, I will reconsider my post If this is how a local business in Las Vegas treats its Veteran customers, then I have to say, "do not patronize this business." I never will, and am mortified that I was spoken to with such hatred and disdain!

This year we tried the float tank, which I have been looking forward to for years and finally trying for the first time. We took a shower before going in, as directed, and the attendant said we didn't need to touch the lights as it was motion sensing and will turn off. We get in the tank and the light remained on for 5-10 mins. So I got up to turn the light off. I noticed this brown thing at the bottom of the pool and picked it up. I thought it was just a paper towel, maybe. But it was so gross! Slimy and giggly. I don't know if it's biohazard, a tampon, or whatever that is. I couldn't relax anymore after that and we showered and left within 30 minutes of the session. We let the attendant know and she said she's sorry about that. She was very nice. But of course the experience is ruined and I wouldn't ever go back! If you're going to come for the float tank, check it out before getting in, if you dare. Also, the towels provided are not very absorbent. Something to consider for management. Had to share the photo, because I would be upset if someone had such an experience and didn't share.

The salts provided with water in the lobby, the perfect size of rooms, the length of the bookings, the TV, and oooo that frozen towel for after- it's all so good. My second time around I had the size/shape sauna that allowed me to do a plank on the floor or stretch out to lay on the bench, but I've also had a corner shape before and I don't think you can choose which shape you want, but they provide weights if you want to add to your sweat! I absolutely love to infrared sauna, my family has the same one back home and if you've never tried it vs. a traditional sauna, it's like a healthy microwave for your body haha. It heats things from the inside out while clearing your body of so many bad things, gets your heart racing like you just did a hardcore workout, and gets lymph's moving, all while watching whatever you want on YouTube or Netflix/listening to meditation music, and simultaneously getting light therapy. I have been to another sauna studio and I prefer how this one runs their schedule by far. The way they have it structured, I believe it's 40 minutes in the sauna and another 10 (I believe?) to use the cold towel and change, and those extra minutes are an essential difference. It doesn't shave off time from your actual sauna trying to clean up the space and get clothes on your sweaty body, and I don't leave still sweating because I actually got to enjoy the cool down process and the cold towel. It's a very good system that will make me choose Drop over others any day!

I explained to Arianna (who warmly greeted me upon my arrival) that I was having a really bad day and I just wanted to relax and get a sweat in as I didn't feel like going to the gym. Immediately she took me to the sauna room and gave me towels and even suggested weights if I wanted to do a workout in the sauna, of which I did! The sauna was super clean as well as all of the accoutrements provided. After I was finished, Arianna and I chatted for a bit and her kind, friendly, and lovely demeanor completely won me over. She made me feel 100 percent welcome, and definitely attributed to my overall change in my demeanor towards my day. Amazing experience, 10 out of 10, and I'll absolutely be back! I even purchased a package and cannot wait until my next sweat!!!

The pool area is super relaxing, and I loved that they have a coed sauna. I got an 80-minute aroma oil massage and it was AMAZING. The therapist used the perfect amount of pressure, and the room was so tranquil. Also, huge shoutout to the staff--everyone from the front desk to the poolside team was wonderful and so friendly. *That being said, the amenities definitely fell short compared to other spas around here (like Red Rock, where they give you dried fruit, granola, juice, Pellegrino, etc.). At Aquae, the complimentary snacks were literally just popcorn and water, which felt pretty lackluster for a spa day lol. *A few other things annoyed me: My first locker was broken so I had to switch to a different one. *Two of the showers were totally out of order. And if you're modest like me, there is no private changing area unless you lock yourself in a bathroom stall or take up one of the few working showers. I am not a fan of letting all of my jiggly bits hang out. They were missing some basic conveniences--no disposable razors, and no swimsuit dryer (they just hand you a plastic bag for your wet swimsuit). They did have toothbrushes, hairbrushes, shampoo, shaving cream, and hair dryers, though. Overall, the price point is fair for locals, the grounds are pretty, and the staff and massages are top notch. But with the JW Marriott and Rampart remodeling, Aquae Spa really needs a revamp of its own to catch up on the amenities. I'd go back for the massage, but I'm definitely bringing my own snacks and maybe a Moomoo tent to change under so I don't jiggle my wobbly bits in front of everybody next time!
