I am torn about this one. Everyone at this restaurant works so hard. Management as well as staff pour their soul into making this business into the best version of the restaurant that it can be. They are doing a great job too but I just did not like it. After the visit I found myself a bit puzzled about a reason to come back here. What type of customers was this restaurant created for? As a hole in the wall this is not the place where I would go for dinner. There is no breakfast menu and the prices are too high for a quick grab and go lunch kind of place. I apologize to the chefs if this strikes them wrong but, as a customer I found this restaurant as a premium version of Veggie Grill. In addition, there is no parking! My guess is that the place is targeted towards local businesses whose employees come here for lunch, the category that I don't fall into at all. Therefore I'm out. As for the things I tried, Zucchini Parmesan was pretty good but Truffle squash terrible. My wife barely touched it. Plus she was bitter that they forgot to add a couple of additional components we paid for. Finally, I urge you not to try their zucchini fries! It is not going to be what you expect. You will get a stack of greasy hay with Parmesan on top. I'm calling it a two stars place and adding one more for the employees being super attentive.

I am being generous with the rating because the owner, Harri is phenomenal with his personable service and the way he's able to educate his existing and new guests. I loved learning about his inspo for his Why behind Impasta so congratulations on your success thus far personally and hospitality. My feedback on the food is not rated as high - 2.0 - 2.5 star Food taste: D+ Food portion: B+ Service: A+ - 5 star Ambiance: A The food was very filling but wasn't easy to consume and digest. I took it to go so I was able to add a truffle seasoning and black pepper for more flavor. I believe cooking healthy is a challenge but doesn't have to be. I know everyone enjoys consuming their food with limited seasoning but there are ways to pack more flavor and be healthy. I love the ambiance and overall vibe of the place alongside the story behind it which is why I supported but for my loyalty, would love to experience better flavoring and unfortunately I'm not willing to put up $25 each visit for that. I think with a few flavor shifts this isn't impastable Best of luck to this gem of a place and packaging is cute d well!

Pasta & wine paring?! YES!! and you know what.. in the HeaRT of BeVerLy HiLLs. I totally love this famous salmon truffle pasta. The salmon is super juicy and delicious. Not only it looks yummy, it's even more yummy than it looks LOL I was asked by other customers 3 times - what is this dish?! Try the side dish tomato salad that comes with VEGAN CAVIER!! Extremely tasty - couldn't recommend more. The dishes are perfect together with their house wine (red) Go at dinner time to enjoy. I really love the atmosphere and everything there too! PS. Bathroom hand wash really has caught me. Don't forget to check it out!!

NO REGRETTI SPAGHETTI Craving pasta without carbs or gluten? Impasta is your pasta imposter go-to spot. It was impossible to tell the Impossible Bolognese ($14.95) didn't use real meat, and the tomato sauce was fantastic! Ribbons of zucchini - Zoodles - stood in for the noodles. Yes, the portion was on the smaller side, but it was enough zucchini for me. My companion raved about her Pesto with Ricotta ($14.75), so I took a bite. I'm not a big gnocchi fan, but this cauliflower twist with ricotta cheese and pine nuts was lighter and better than the heavier real thing. Customize your entree by choosing your sauce and/or protein for an additional charge. This cute, little airy bright spot in the middle of the medical melange of buildings in Beverly Hills is a delightful healthy choice if you're willing to fork over a bit more. Check out this "impasta."

Truffle Mushroom - Squash Tagliatelle with added Shrimp

Seating: Inside and Outdoor sidewalk seating. But great airflow inside. Atmosphere: Casual for take out or dine in. Order at the counter and waiter will bring you the food. Perfect place to grab a quick lunch. Food: gluten free, vegan, soy, carb free options all available. Mostly, pasta is made from a variety of vegetables, spaghetti squash features prominently. All the food is cooked on order. So you may have to wait a little The gnocchi takes 20 mins. The other pastas maybe 5-10 min. I had the really tasty Truffle Mushroom Spaghetti Squash pasta with fresh shrimp. It was really tasty and flavorful. Love it. Will be back.

Worked great with all my allergies (gluten, soy, potato) but was really high priced. We paid $140 for 4 people with just entree and drink, so add-ons or sides. Portions are not that huge for the price. One person disliked their meal. I, however, loved mine and did not get sick so it was great to be able to order right from the menu for once. Suggestion for it to at most cost $20 a person putting us at $80+tax for 4 people.

    Four Cheese Gnocchi. Monotonous.
    Ari R.

It's pretty good but not without some issues. You can't call them to ask any questions and their Beverly Hills address is not really Googleable yet so the ordering process was annoying. The Four Cheese gnocchi was good but somehow monotonous. After a few bites, I had just had enough. It's hard to explain. The husband's squash noodles with Impossible Bolognese was great, however. The noodles were light and the sauce was crave-worthy. It's not cheap here but I would go once in a while for sure.

I have not tried "veggie based" pasta aside from zucchini noodles, but I was pleasantly surprised by the food here! I decided to stop by for lunch after a doctors appointment, and I left satisfied and full. I ordered the "pink sauce" with side of ricotta cheese added on. It was sooo good. This particular plate was squash based. The sauce was amazing and I loved the ricotta cheese with it. The inside of the place is decorated nicely and everything was clean. I would love to come eat here again for a healthy lunch

I work in the area and always walk by this place. I've tried cobb salad which was very good except dry chicken, but today a huge disappointment after getting over Fried very greasy oily pesto gnocchi with vegetarian sausage Everything was just very oily and overcooked Usually I am not very picky but I throw away $30 lunch to trash because I feel nauseous even looking at that

I was in the area & decided to try this place since it looked so cool and trendy. I don't eat gluten much these days and I always love trying places that offer Gluten Free. I love that everything here is gluten free. When you don't eat gluten it sucks not to be able to order dishes since they have gluten. They have so many vegan options but they also have meat and dairy as well. (Don't worry). Not only do they have pasta but they have pizza as well. Since I try to avoid dairy when possible I got a Vegan Truffle Mushroom dish. It was pretty filling and I would highly recommend it. The customer service is okay. The parking is difficult since it is technically at the end of Rodeo Drive. There is some street parking but it gives me anxiety so I parked in the parking structure that costs $2.50 per 15 minutes and maxes at 20 minutes. Honestly this place is so cool, very affordable for the value you get. I am a huge health nut so if you are like me and try to stay healthy while eating delicious food, you must try this place. I am actually looking forward to coming back in the future and trying other dishes.

No Regretti spaghetti for the win!
    Rae B.

Absolutely in love!!! "No Regretti Spaghetti" for the win! Low calorie, low carb, gluten free- no guilt pasta! I LOVE love love this menu and concept! My favorites are the hearts of palm, spaghetti squash with vodka sauce and the bbq chicken cauliflower pizza. They have a location in Beverly Hills and just opened in Santa Monica. I wish they were everywhere cuz it's so nice to have healthy options to comfort foods and restaurant faves! Great customer service- feels like family and super fresh! I can't wait to try everything on the menu! :)

    Pomodoro - Zoodles
    Suchita K.

Love the concept, love the ambience, but not sure if I love the food. Came here with OTM and had the Pomodoro with zoodles. The sauce was quite flavorful- great tanginess and richness- but the zoodles were quite underwhelming. The lack of any carbs combined with the fairly small portion size made it basically impossible to feel full so I had to go back home and eat a whole other meal. I went kinda ham on the Parmesan (as you can see) but even that didn't fill me up. I do want to add that the staff was super friendly and the red pepper flakes had a great kick! Pomodoro (w zoodles) 7/10

I'm so impressed! I tried some pizzas and pastas and I loved all of them. I especially loved the cauliflower gnocchi in pink sauce with burrata - SO GOOD. I love that they make everything in house from the cauliflower crust to the gnocchi. Portions seem small, but honestly really, really filling. I love that I'm full, but don't feel weighed down. The people who work here are so lovely too. Such a nice atmosphere, clean restaurant, simple, healthy, and awesome spot!

That pile of gnocchi about 6 inches across. $29 with tax and tip. Tasty for sure.

The pasta is all handmade, and you can genuinely taste the difference in both quality and flavor. The noodles have that fresh, slightly chewy texture that packaged pasta just does not have, and everything tastes carefully made rather than mass produced. The salads are also surprisingly substantial. The chopped salad, in particular, is a generous portion and packed with flavor, so it feels like a real part of the meal instead of an afterthought. The Brazilian-born Renato Araujo has been delivering Florentine sandos at the far end of the Golden Triangle since 2023. The upscale ingredients and wide variety have attracted a strong following, and the sandwiches have been featured by sites from the LA Times to The Infatuation. A few tiny tables are tucked up to the trim storefront. The interior is Parisian in style, from seafoam green shiplap to the trim half-booths in the window to the hexagon-tiled floors. The refrigerated display has prepared salads, cold-cut logs, and overpriced soda cans. Hanging shelves above the counter are stocked with seasonal decorations. The line waxes and wanes, but the restaurant is never empty. EDM echoes around the small room. I visited for weekend lunch with a few friends, and we split an assortment of sandos. Broadly, the sandwiches were slapped onto diminutive, bargain-bin "focaccia" -- although sourced from specialty bakery Bianca Bakery, the bun had none of the pillowy, herby, olive-oily goodness that I typically associate with a knockout focaccia. Otherwise, the parchment-thin cold cuts felt generous in portion, extending beyond the borders of the bread. Our favorite sandwich was the Cotto, featuring a melt-in-your-mouth truffle cream cut by a hint of lemon. I didn't mind the namesake Lorenzo, although the crunchy pistachios and sweet red peppers outdid the delicate mortadella and Parmigiana spread. Lastly, the Tacchino fared little better than a deli turkey sub. The thick-cut tomato dominated the cold-cut turkey and the overly subtle avocado aioli. The service was impressively efficient; expect your order to be prepared in a matter of minutes. The sandwiches were mid in quality, but Beverly Hills in price -- I racked up $70 for our three sandos, and we left feeling peckish. These duds won't offend the palate, but they won't wow it, either. There are plenty of other shops across the city to find cheaper, heartier, and all-around better focaccia sandwiches.

Moroccan Cigars 8.76/10- this is basically like a spring roll stuffed w/ lamb & chicken, & it was so flavorful, you could really taste both meats coming through. The roasted nuts gave it good texture, & the garlic honey glaze had this great sweetness to it that played so well against the kick of heat in the sauce. The toum crema on the side was garlicky & creamy, & the pickled onion gave it the right amount of acidity to cut through the richness too. They put braised ground lamb, in a spiced Lebanese stew, right on top of the hummus, & it's served w/ the softest & fluffiest pita ever, plus crudités. There was a little bit of spice from the lamb which I loved, & it was very lamb forward, but that's exactly what I wanted from this dish. They only give you 2 slices of pita though, so I'd def recommend ordering more, especially if you're w/ a good amount of people. The brie was so creamy & rich, & the guava fromage blanc added this subtle sweetness that balanced it out. The dough is also fantastic, thin & crispy in all the right places. The pear gave such a perfect crunch & hint of sweetness that worked so well against the saltiness of the grey salt & the cheese, & the wild arugula on top added a nice peppery freshness, w/ the frantoia olive oil tying it all together. Tripoline Pasta 8.36/10- their handmade pasta comes w/ a pasilla pepper cream & romesco sauce, & it had such a creamy, nutty texture w/ a slight spicy kick from the pasilla pepper. You could tell it was blended to perfection bc it coated every piece of pasta so well. The toasted almond on top added good crunch & the cilantro gave it a fresh finish, packed w/ so much flavor & the pasta itself had great texture, not mushy at all. Tuscan Kale Salad 8.78/10- this was so good & refreshing, especially w/ all the carbs we ordered. It's made w/ baby rainbow kale, Persian cucumber, & heirloom cherry tomato, & the kale tahini dressing was creamy & flavorful w/o weighing the salad down. The za'atar & sumac gave it such a nice earthy, tangy kick, & the crispy black kale on top added great texture while the crumbled feta brought in the perfect amount of saltiness. Mad Mango Sour 7.64/10- I honestly found this drink to not be sour enough & felt like it was missing more spice. It's made w/ hedonista's mezcal espadin & tequila, along w/ juiced carrot & mango, but I didn't taste much mango, more so carrot. I did enjoy the refreshing flavor from the carrot juice though, along w/ the firewater tincture & black peppercorn giving it a little bit of a kick. Instagram: @hungrytamale

Honestly, it worked out perfectly because they had AC and it was HOT in Beverly Hills that day lol. The inside of the restaurant was actually really beautiful too! I loved the decor and the vibe felt way nicer indoors. Looking back, we probably should've just asked to sit inside instead of outside because of the heat The food was oh so so so very good! Everyone in our group enjoyed everything we ordered, from the appetizers all the way to dessert. HIGHLIGHT of our lunch: my husband and I surprised my mother-in-law with a bouquet of pink roses, so we asked the hostess if they could keep it in their cooler room until the end of lunch. After dessert, they brought the flowers out for us and my mother-in-law was so surprised and happy It honestly made the whole celebration feel extra special. Thank you to the staff for helping create such a sweet and memorable Mother's Day moment for our family!

If it's not during Dine LA, I would likely not come back. Little did we know there was a very obvious explanation for not being full for a Sunday dinner despite the gorgeous patio being perfect for romantic dates. Overall 4 stars: 5 stars for ambiance 4 stars for service 3 stars for food Got the: 1. Toscana (7/10): - This salad was wilted by the time it got to us and not crispy anymore, so we suspect it's been sitting out for a while. - Would've been a 9/10 If it was served fresh 2. Pappardelle Al Tartufo Bianco (+$20 to add lobster pieces) 7/10: - the pasta (9/10) was good, and the doneness was perfect for fresh pasta. - Unfortunately the lobster (4/10) left a lot to be desired. The lobster meat was severely overcooked to the point of being almost rubbery and there were several small shells in the pasta dish. - The waiter must've noticed the pile of shells I made because he whisked away the plate the second I finished so I wasn't able to take a picture. 3. Filet di Manzo (5/10): - the filet was over cooked, which is starting to seem like an overarching theme. We ordered medium RARE and received medium WELL. - This would ordinarily be sent back to the kitchen in any reputable steakhouse, but we gave them a break for not being a steakhouse - the sauce was on the bitter side and this dish was paired with broccoli rabe instead of the advertised spinach so the dish was not balanced at all, just overwhelmingly bitter. Unfortunately this was the worst dish of the night. 4. Il Branzino (7.5/10): - the Branzino fish was not dry but also not moist. I'd say it's pretty typical for Italian cooking, just not flavorful either. It needs a tasty sauce to really add some depth - instead of the advertised zucchini, it came with spinach - It was soft enough for the palate of my grandparents 5. Panna Cotta (9.5/10): - wow, I can't believe the best dishes of the night were the desserts! - Panna cotta was very well balanced with the fruits. Without the fruits and fruit syrup topping, the vanilla bean panna cotta would've be too rich - did not come with the advertised candied rose petals, but this dessert was so well executed that it didn't matter 6. Tiramisu (9/10): - light and fluffy, it was executed well with chocolate shavings on top - a little bitter from the coffee (they advertise that the lady fingers were "lightly dipped in espresso" which my taste buds find hard to believe) but they did have a berry compote on the side to balance it out. - Personally I wish it was not served with berry compote as I believe the advertised mascarpone may been a better pairing Parking: valet only but there's street parking down the street and all around if you're willing to walk up to a block

The noodles were cooked perfectly--great texture and bite--and the carbonara-style dish was really well balanced. The bacon adds just the right amount of saltiness without overpowering the dish, and the flavors come together really well. I've also tried their shrimp scampi, and it had some really bold, flavorful notes. And I almost forgot about the meatballs! The meatball pasta was another standout--the meatball was incredibly soft, tender, and packed with flavor. There's something about finding a great little spot inside a farmers market that makes it even better. If you're walking through and looking for Italian, definitely give this place a try.

I've always enjoyed my visits before. ::Food:: I was hoping to order the pasta with clams, but unfortunately, they didn't have it available. There also weren't many pasta options available that day, so the selection felt a little limited. I also noticed a piece of bread sitting out with a fly repeatedly landing on it. I know things can happen, but seeing that did make me a little uncomfortable, especially with food being left out. ::Customer Service:: The customer service felt different compared to my other visits. It didn't feel quite as attentive, welcoming, or friendly as it had been before. I've had much better experiences here in the past. ::M's Notes:: - Parking lot - Outdoor seating
