I came in as a walk-in around 3pm for an almond nail, thin French tip with gel. At first there was only one other woman getting a service done at the chairs behind me, and it was fairly quiet and calm. I didn't catch their name, but a young tall guy did my nails today and I'm so happy with how attentive he was with his work!! He often check in asking if I was okay, if the length/color was good, and if I was okay, (I kept zoning out bc of how quiet it was I hope I didn't scare him lol). The color first used for the gel build was faded out but he offered a solution to my problem to use gel nail polish over it so I still get the result I wanted. I originally wanted a skinny super thin French but after seeing his suggested, slightly thicker French, I'm glad I went with his suggestion. If I could give this place a 0, I would. I went there on a Saturday, so I assumed they would be crowded and was expecting a wait. Surprisingly, when I got there, there was nobody waiting. I told them I wanted a pedicure and they took my friend & me straight to open chairs to soak our feet. 42 minutes later, we were still waiting. Somebody finally came and started on my toes (my friend had to wait another 15 minutes). When she was done taking the polish off, she walked away. About 2 minutes later, somebody different came to finish the pedicure. However, as soon as it came time to actually paint my toes, that lady got up too & told me to hold on a second. A few minutes later, yet another person came and finished the job. I was in there for almost 2 hours getting only a basic pedicure with "no wait." To add insult to injury, my polish has already chipped! Terrible terrible job!. So despite my better judgement, I went back here. I was just looking for a quick gel polish & this was the closest place to where I lived. I mean, how can you mess up a gel polish? Nice customer service. Overall clean salon. Sanitizer everywhere. No water bottles for customers (I like that perk-yields a higher tip). Decent nail color selection. I've been coming to this place for years and overall I like it. There have been a few hiccups with my nails but its few and far between. At my recent visit today, I was disappointed by the price and lack of services. Honestly it's been 7-8 months since I got my nails done due to having a baby and the state of world but I don't remember ever being charged $45 for a full set with gel polish. I also couldn't get my eyebrows done or pedicure due to lack of staff on a Saturday. When I asked why the price of my nails was so high I was told a full set with gel is $40 and I got charged an additional $5.00 for the shape (coffin). They do a good job just not pleased with the unnecessary upcharge for standard services. read more

Loved my nails! Very well done.. The nail technician was very sweet and professional. She fixed my sister's messed up nails from her previous experience at another place. Visited this nail salon for the 1st time Thursday and didn't have a good experience. 5 days later my nails look like this. Went on today to get a nail repaired due to nail lifting. Instead of repairing my nail the man put glue on top of my nail and said they would fix it when I go back for a fill in. I mentioned to him, I have nail glue and could've done it myself. Any other nail salon would've repaired ot within that short time frame. Pedicure not so great either. Don't not go to this place. read more

NOT ONE STAR BUT NO STARS. I came here after work to get my nails done I was not happy with the service first off I felt very rushed had I not paid already I would'nt have paid. I asked to have the corners that were pulling up to be buffed down and I'm still Letting her know that they were not bow down she refused to go back over it giving a bogus excuse saying something about the first layer. all the polishes that are here very old and need to be replaced they are very thick and gooey while painting my nails she was rushing I noticed by the time she was down to the fourth nail that I was not happy with the color in the bottle it was glitter in it the polish but it is so old and gunky that you cannot see the glitter in the paint on the nail and the color looks hideous on my skin tone she refused to change it once again giving me an excuse about how it too many nails painted to change it I even advised that I would come another day know she was in a rush this place has bad customer service. I adv spend you money else where if you're looking for a place in the area to get your nails done stay far away from this place. If you close at 7:30 and a customer walks in at 6:30 and you really don't have the time or want to do the job right just advise the customer you stop seeing customers at a certain time period fuck just took my money because you can. I can see why others gave this place low marks. I have been here a couple of times because it is in my neighborhood, but after this last visit no more. Hardly anyone in there when I arrive you would think they would get you in and out but nope. With minimal people in there as customers you would think they would do great work because they are not rushed at all, but it is not the case. They skip steps which would ensure that you would get a perfect mani/pedi especially for their prices. I arrived at 6pm, they closed at 730. I got a regular mani/pedi. Wasn't complete until after 8pm. One person started my pedicure and then one of the worker's daughters came in and finished my pedicure and nails. She finished and was too busy being on her cellphone that I was attempting to put on my sandals by myself to go to the drying table. I had to ask her to touch up my nails where she had missed spots. As I sat down to dry, the staff started cleaning and singing which was fine. Then all of a sudden they started saying good night kicking me out of the shop basically. Not cool at all. I won't be back. And because my nails were not dry I ruined of my toe nails getting out of the car!! So pissed but I will not go back! read more

It has been about 4 weeks and my polish has just started to chip. That is impressive. The service itself was pretty standard and inexpensive. The pedicurist (guy) who worked on me gave me a strong foot massage (always a huge bonus). My cousin recommended me here so I went. I was beyond impressed the first time I went for a pedicure. The lady did a great job. I went a second time and was kinda disappointed because I felt like she rushed my pedicure. My big toe wasn't finished and it was messed up. I went again for the fourth and it got pretty busy after I came in. I got a pedicure and manicure this time. And I was beyond disappointed with the results. My manicure land pedicure ooks horrible. You can tell where the first coat is and where the second coat starts. I might go back for acryllics but other than that, I won't be going back for a pedi or mani. Not for $26 to look like this. The older guy that works there does take his time and does a great job. read more

I live around the corner and it was my first time trying this place. I got the SNS nails and they came out great! There were about 3 people getting services and 3 people doing them and they all worked well together. When I came in, i didn't have to wait too long to be serviced. In the end my nails came out great and I appreciated the amount of time and detail the gentleman put into completing my service. I don't understand the other reviews that are giving this place low rating. I am in the beauty industry myself (hair). If you are unhappy with a service just make sure you speak up before you leave. I'm sure they will be happy to fix anything if needed. read more

The shop is smaller than I'm used to. But it was clean and nice. However my issue was that it was hot as hades inside that sucker. It wasn't even that hot outside. I walked in and started sweating right away. Me & my friend went together, they were half way done with her pedi/mani before they even started on mine! I'm sitting there like um wtf. So they finally start my stuff and for the mani they put my hands in these hot as heck sleeves, by now sweat is pouring down my face, my shirt is getting sticky and I'm getting more PO'd. Anyway, after a few minutes I yanked my hands out and threw those sleeve things away b/c I was through. A chic is starting to file my nails over my lap while I'm getting the pedi and getting nail shavings all over me. My friend gets a towel on her lap but I've got to ask for one. This is about 20 mins in and someone FINALLY turns on a fan when I'm a puddle of sweat. Sigh. I was happy with the final results of the mani/pedi which is why I gave 3 stars and it wasn't as expensive as I normally pay but I guess I pay more for a reason. read more

I had an amazing experience here! EVERYONE was so friendly!! Tuyet (Cindy) did my pedicure, the design was so cute and she was so detailed. Nga (Nancy) was so sweet, she washed my 5 year old son's feet and cut his nails for him (so he wouldn't feel left out) and she did a GREAT job on my manicure!
