Horrible services. Waited over 2 hours for an X-ray for my daughter when they said it would take 40 mins.

I Have had 5 back surgeries and have always gone to this place, the staff at the front and back are very nice and pleasant however booking the appointment first with the scheduling department over the phone is not good at all, they insist all forms requests made by Doctor must have a picture taken and emailed to them along with insurance information first even though the Doctors office already sent the request. The scheduling department will not make an appointment until this is done. They are very rude about this, I explained my camera is broken and I can not take the picture and stated that the Doctors office already sent the request. Imaging Partners stated, If your cameras broke have someone or the Doctors office send all items they are demanding. Just a year ago or so once the Doctors office send the request Imaging Partners will call ME to schedule my appointment but no longer will do this. All this stupid stuff they insist on pushes my appointments off by a week or even more even though I am at this location every couple months for MRI or x-ray. I called my insurance and asked if can receive services without owning a camera, their response was YES, Of Course! My insurance will now give me alternative Imaging companies so I no longer have to go through Imaging Partners and their new Rude scheduling debacle. My primary care physician wrote a referral for an ultrasound and it took 2.5 weeks for me to get an appointment which is fine. The office sent several text messages to follow up and confirm and have me fill out the paperwork in their portal. I did all that was required and I was greeted with do you have your referral and I said no and the staff said oh it says you were supposed to bring your referral. I'm sitting in my car typing this. I was not seen. There was no offer of can you give us time to get in touch with the PCP office and come back etc. While I was waiting to be checked in the staff was discussing some system glitch and hoping the patients would not show up. I'm disappointed and will not be coming back here. read more

I brought my grandson here for x-rays and the front office staff was so professional, welcoming and engaging! Kathryn was most helpful, friendly, and patient centered! I arrived without my grandson's insurance card, she went the extra mile to find his coverage, and was successful all in about 5 minutes! We were able to be seen immediately with little to no wait! Her level of service not only saved me a trip back home, it also saved us time as we did not have to reschedule his appointment! His imaging tech Julie was kind, patient and very kid centric, as she worked with my grandson. He felt very comfortable with her. We've been to 3 different places for ultrasounds and this is by far our favorite, we will not go anywhere else!! It's extremely easy to make an appointment, you can screenshot the "order" and email it to make an apt. We've been here 3 times this pregnancy and every time the staff have been wonderful and so kind. Our tech was Brenda, we've had her twice now! She's so sweet and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. She printed our ultrasound pictures and got great images!! We love coming here and will come here for the remainder of this pregnancy and the ones after, shall we be so lucky again! read more

My mother just had an MRI done and the tech was absolutely rude to her and very rough! She was panicking during the procedure and the way the tech approached her was absolutely unprofessional. Literally the rudest scheduling department I've ever encountered. All I wanted was to schedule an appointment for my mom but we were put on hold for over an hour and when someone finally got to us she was super rude and gave attitude while asking for my information and when the call cut out midway we didn't even get a call back and had to be put on hold for another hour. Obviously if the call cuts off you would call them back if you're in the middle of scheduling an appointment? If you're going to give the worst customer service in the world then just quit. read more

While I can't comment on the quality of imaging or subsequent reports, I can say trying to schedule an appointment here is absurd. No one EVER answers the phone, at least while scheduling CT's. I've used the call back feature and the only time it "worked", I was just put back into the "long, no one answers" cue. I may ask my doctor to send me to a different imaging center because I'm beyond frustrated with them. read more

Finally got my authorization. So I call AGAIN to schedule my appointment (give them another try). Well was told I need to email my authorization to them and THEN call back to schedule my appointment. Ummmm you would think you would call customer back to schedule the appointment. Or better yet - clearly this place is a joke and maybe my MRI business is nothing to them. Not trying again moving on. Went in for the first time to this location and the front desk was quite pleasant and helpful. Andrea my ultrasound tech was amazing. It's my 5th ultrasound and she was above and beyond any others I've had. Even though they can't tell you anything her personality and demeanor helped relax me and it was a great experience. I would like to complement my MRI Tech Danny, for an outstanding appointment yesterday Oct 29th at 2:00 pm. My MRI was longer and more complicated than my past MRI's. He talked me thru the entire process, with calmness and caring The music was perfect in my earphones and really helped to calm my anxiety, he explained every detail as we moved thru the process. I had my x-rays and after paying them $5 and waiting for 4 I was still unable to get my images on their website. This is the second time that happened to me in this same exact place. My surgeon too has not received the images. Please do not come here. Came in for a xray on my sinus problem, front desk is extremely nice, and they try to make you feel comfortable.

I have been going here for years and today I encountered Celeste on the phone. Never have I encountered such a contrary person. If I didn't need the procedure so much I would have told her to phuck herself! She threw up every roadblock she could think of to deny me an appointment. Finally she declared that " now I will have to call the doctor to clarify what they want." She got really pissy when I asked her if that wasn't her job? My first visit here for my ultrasound was very pleasant. The technician was very informative & let my husband & I know what she was doing every step of the way. We were in & out of there with AMAZING photos of our baby. The staff seems really nice & professional. Each of my appointments were as scheduled with no waiting. The waiting room is nice but it can get crowded if your appointment is later in the day. My second visit was not so great. I had a different technician. (I think her name was Twee?) She was not forthcoming with information but did answer questions when asked... It was my "gender reveal" appointment. I came in with a full bladder as requested & she was checking out the baby. I am not sure if it is normal or not but when she was pressing down with the "scan thing" on my tummy, it was PAINFUL! I figured it was because I had a full bladder. She allowed me to go & relieve myself before continuing with the ultrasound. When I came back, there was more painful scanning on my stomach. I was sore all day & the next due to this. I was not able to see any of the "scanning" that she did. All that she showed me was the proof of gender & she was scanning for about an hour... Again, I am not sure if this is how it usually goes as this is our first baby. Im sure If I needed to, I would go back due to my insurance but I would request a different tech to take care of me. read more
