The mere fact that I was turned away from my visit all because I didn't have my copay is mind-blowing. That being said, I may not be a lawyer, but I know my rights, and, as far as I know, being turned away for my healthcare solely due to a lack of copay could be considered illegal as it may violate laws against discrimination based on financial status. That being said, I would never recommend this location to anyone needing healthcare, starting with the receptionists who, ironically, are there to give the first impression of the facility are so rude and the complete opposite of empathetic, but i'm sure if a buddy of there's needed the hand, they'd assist real quickly. The type of care I got there was less than the bare minimum and the same can be said for the quality. Being as how i'm familiar with HIPAA, I can't go into details of my visit but rest assured that people will know that this place is horrible. In sum, there's no chance i'll ever go back to this site and I pray many people know of the lack of empathy and that the front desk staff doesn't care what your reason is for not having your copay; IF YOU CAN'T PAY, YOU CAN'T BE SEEN!!!

I'm beyond shocked at how many times I've had to call in-in reference to the same issue and have gotten no where. I called for an emergency appointment due to the major issue that occurred from a Venaseal treatment that was done in their office. I was informed that either I had to wait until Friday and drive a hour and half to an appointment or I had to wait for my scheduled appointment day and time. They called me about twenty times to confirm the appointment. Fast forward to that day, my appointment was scheduled for 1:10pm (which I have proof of) --then I get a text message stating that my appointment is for 4:10pm (which they moved it to without my consent). JUST RUN! OVERALL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE FOR PROBLEM VISTS/POST OP VISTS IS JUST HORRIBLE!

Anyways, he was rude, tried to make me feel like a crazy person and was hugely dismissive. I'll find somewhere else to go in the future. For now, waste of my $40 copay. As an aside, even if I do have "just allergies," trying making me feel like an idiot who is overreacting is still rude. He needs to work on his bedside manner. I won't name him here because if he reads this, he knows who he is and there is no reason to blow this up when maybe he was just having a crap morning. Anyways, 3/5 stars, do not recommend. The only reason I didn't give lower is because of the friendly support staff. UPDATE: Someone from afc corporate contacted me to personally apologize and offer a solution for the future. They said to call ahead to ask what doctors are on staff that day and request against this guy, who for privacy reasons I don't want to put on blast too badly -- corporate said they were going speak to the owner of the location to alert them to the situation as well. I appreciated the customer service and while I won't go there for smaller things like a cold, I won't rule them out completely.

Took down all my family history, advised me on neurologists, among other specialists, sent me to get an MRI of my brain due to my migraines, and wanted me to get a complete work up of blood tests and even an EKG. This is all very convenient because they have their own in house lab and diagnostics services. Staff is very friendly and prompt to answer questions and follow up when it comes to concerns and even insurance issues/pre-authorizations. I'm very glad I found a medical group such as this one. I recommend.

She had a gentle touch and made the whole experience relaxing. There was a little burning feeling from the injection area, but it was probably because there was a lot of fluid for the arm muscle. She also wrote the medicine instructions on post-its (convenient). You didn't feel pressured to buy anything and you don't get a clinic/office vibe from the main areas, which was nice. Plenty of parking in the lot. Would def return for other needs.

Collections contacted me 3 yrs after sevice. I.C.Q. Search and Recovery refused to speak w/ med. insurance. The letter addressed a charge for services in 2015 for the amount of $$$$. I found the bill I received. I had called the billing department with my medical insurance information in 2015 which PathologyInc/WCCL already had since they had submitted claims for other services in 2015. I never received another bill. after I called PathologhyInc/WCCL According to my then insurance, a claim was not submitted for the date in question. My insurance informed me if PathologyInc/WCCL did not submit within a year, they will not pay. My insurance requested that PathologyInc/WCCL resubmit with proof of timely filing; or have the PathologyInc/WCCL call my insurance. I called the collection agency I.C.Q., they refused to relay the information to PathologyInc/WCCL since the claim was not submitted within a year of service. I.C.Q. requested I submit the claim or pay the bill since it was my fault PathologyInc/WCCL did not submit the claim. I informed them I called PathologyInc/WCCL billing with my insurance information on date in 2015. I wrote the date and what information I gave them. I failed to write down the name of the operator. The I.C.Q. (Amber) said that I could be making up the information - without the name they cannot look at their 2015 logs to verify. Amber stated she will give me an extension of 60 days so GEHA could process the claim I SUBMIT. I did not bother to ask them to call GEHA at this point. The I.C.Q. (Amber) stated PathologyInc/WCCL sent 3 statements in all within 4 weeks of the service; the last one being my final notice which was received 25 days after service. I only received the last one and called the billing department with insurance info. Since I did not hear from them, I thought they were paid. My insurance was upset at how PathologyInc/WCCL and I.C.Q. are handling this issue. So I have and am filing complaints against Laboratory Corporation of America and I.C.Q. with the Better Business Bureau. bbb.org/consumer-complai... I am also filing with the Office of the Attorney General - fill out the Consumer Complaint Against A Business/Corporation Form against both Laboratory Corporation of America and I.C.Q. oag.ca.gov/sites/all/fil... Even when there were renewals and confirmations in order from the clients doctor, they did the leg work of contacting the doctor themselves which is a big help for me so I don't have to call and wait, as I'm not a medical facility. My client who needs a lot of physical accommodation stated that the technicians were nice and patient with him which I think is important, as I did not accompany him to testing. Only thing about here is the building shares sort of little coffee snack shop, often found in business buildings or offices where multiple providers work out of. This one's shop is just paltry. It looks like someone just went to the supermarket and put some snack bags in there and then that same person brought their coffee maker to serve of some coffee then charge you for it. It's just kinda inadequate when I've seen much better at other buildings. Unfortunately you'd better grab your coffee and snack before coming here or you'll be stuck with the options here, no place else to go. If you're coming for imaging though, hopefully it won't be any issue with staff or a limited coffee shop.
