Even when there were renewals and confirmations in order from the clients doctor, they did the leg work of contacting the doctor themselves which is a big help for me so I don't have to call and wait, as I'm not a medical facility. My client who needs a lot of physical accommodation stated that the technicians were nice and patient with him which I think is important, as I did not accompany him to testing. Only thing about here is the building shares sort of little coffee snack shop, often found in business buildings or offices where multiple providers work out of. This one's shop is just paltry. It looks like someone just went to the supermarket and put some snack bags in there and then that same person brought their coffee maker to serve of some coffee then charge you for it. It's just kinda inadequate when I've seen much better at other buildings. Unfortunately you'd better grab your coffee and snack before coming here or you'll be stuck with the options here, no place else to go. If you're coming for imaging though, hopefully it won't be any issue with staff or a limited coffee shop.

The receptionist was efficient, though not overly pleasant, which is not a big deal. (Hey, I wouldn't want to start dealing with all types of patients beginning at 8 a.m. either!) The imaging technician was lovely and patient, explaining what was going to happen and making conversation, which made the entire visit fly by. (She's the reason for four stars instead of three.) The CT scanner appeared to be state of the art, while the x-ray machine also seemed to be of a current generation. It was a pleasure to undergo two sets of imaging procedures, and I was in and out within 20 minutes.

There's 4 chairs and 6 people waiting. Why if you check-in online do you have to arrive 15 minutes early in order check-in again? On a more positive note - the technician both times was amazing. How is it possible that a supervisor could tell me she is looking a "live" screen showing that I did not satisfy my $900 deductible and at the same time she could NOT access my payments' history I made to them within less than a month ago in a total amount of over $783. They changed my appointment three times without notifying me. Every time I called to confirm, they couldn't even find my information. When I showed up after taking a full day off work, they still had no idea who I was. I had an MRI done in 2018. Later that year they sent me a bill for a full amount, without going…read morethrough my insurance first. I reminded them to go through my insurance and they said they would and then send me what remains. I did not hear back from them until the following year when they sent me the same bill. This time, I reached out and shared with them the claim information that said it was paid by my insurance, including the day they cashed the check. They thanked me and said they would reach out if they needed to. They never did. Now, in 2020, I just received a letter from a collection agency with a false charge and had to prove, again, that they received compensation for their work over a year ago. A center that falsifies documents so that they can push their billing hassles onto a collection agency for them to do their work is a business one should avoid at all costs. Pun intended.

I went there this morning because of pain in my hip and certain things I just didn't approve of during the intake. Other than that the services rented were very professional. I think that some of the staff need to be trained or taught better in communication and understanding without that being an issue to the patient. Knowing your HIPAA rights when you enter, a medical facility is paramount if not, you will be violated by untrained staff. It's not their fault that they are put in a position where they have to ask certain questions with other people not less than 5 yards away. These personal questions should only be asked to you and should only be heard by you and not everyone else. It should be done in a very reserve and respectable manner where no one is able to hear what is being asked or said. The intake personnel should not be upset with you because you know your HIPAA rights just be a professional and explain everything that you are asking of that patient and be very mindful that they are a patient.
