Double check before you do anything, because they lack on information. They let you arrive at the office, and then they tell you that your insurance is not covered by them. First they told me my insurance was inactive, which is not true. All they had to do is call the tpa number...and they also didn't do that. So result of it all, I had to pay my x-ray out of pocket. Came in today 1pm for an ultrasound, was told that my bladder needed to be full. The doctor told me to come back when I needed to pee, not urgently but with just enough time. I got water to drink and I went to sit in my car. I came back and sitting across from me was someone who was having a hard time holding their bladder and appeared to be waiting a while to be seen. She was literally shaking. I began to get uncomfortable because I cannot hold my bladder long. I asked for my paperwork and left after waiting 25 mins. Someone at the front desk also used the word "retarded". There is a lack in professionalism here. Wouldn't recommend but if you have to get a US Pelvis w/ Transvaginal ultrasound, be sure to come with a full bladder. This was not communicated by my OBGYN or by this imaging lab when I made the appointment (twice). read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/ IRRESPONSIBLE I booked my first appointment 4 weeks ago, and they called me at the last minute to let me know it was cancelled because the doctor had an emergency. I understood and rescheduled for the following week. To keep this short, I have now rescheduled a 4th time, because for every single appointment they have called me to tell me the doctor had an emergency. Keep in mind, I took sick days to get this exam done, and now have wasted 4 sick days due to their irresponsibility. For the 3rd appointment, they told me the doctor had an "emergency", again, but if I came in an hour earlier, he would have attended me... Unfortunately, I was out of town at that time, and would not have made it, so I rescheduled a 4th time.. Fast forward to my 4th appointment, the receptionist calls me an hour before to let me know the doctor had an "emergency" again, but failed to realize she used that excuse 4 weeks in a row. The receptionist showed no sympathy and said we would have to reschedule you again, when I kindly confirmed with her (last week) that my next appointment will be set, because I cannot afford to take more sick days. I had her cancel me from the systemt because I will NO LONGER be needing their services. I would rather find a doctor who considers my time! read more

I went online and scheduled my appointment and even received an email confirmation but when I left work early to make the appointment on time I called to verify directions and was told by Cynthia told they have no available space until 7:30 that evening and that the office uses a different system to book appointments and slots available online are incorrect. I explained that I left work early without pay but she still refused to see me earlier. I asked to speak with a Manager and she refused again and said he may be in later and I can speak with him then UPDATE: The Manager called and told me come in at the confirmed time. When I arrived there was no other patients in the office and when I left there was no patients or even Cynthia there so she lied. Place was clean, lots of parking and the technician friendly and even gave me my results on a CD to give to my Doctor read more

I then looked to the ceiling just when I thought it couldn't get worst he know risked it all kepted acting like he was prepping me mind u he is down with my left shoulder scanned so there was absolutely nooo business his touching my top part of gown were my breast are as he had put my plate secured on my right knee gown still pasted my waste at this point he then went on untying the top part of my gown my breast are now completely out i was completely frozen at this time as I this is happening to me he proceeded to acted like he was prepping me but had no reason prepping me like this untying my top gown when it has nothing to do with the procedure he pretended like if he was toking my gown to the side of me he starts toking the right side of my gown underneath my right backside then went like he was tooking the left side of gown as he started to took it to the left of me he groped my left breast but just acted like if he was just foldtooking my left side of gown underneath my left side back as he finished tooking my gown underneath my sides my hole body is completely naked on this mri table (the blanked wasn't on Me at this point ) from the corner of my eyes because at this point im frozen in Shock staring at the ceiling I saw like a shadow of someone walk in the office with the glass window where the technician would be and could look into the room while taking the images who ever it was was able to look into the mri room were he is prepping me I've never saw someone get so nervous the technician was like he saw a ghost and covered me so quickly with the blanket and pressed the bottom so fast that when I was going threw the mri the plates for the right knee scan came apart he had to do re tighten it and put me back threw.... While I was laying there and he was taking the images all I couldn't think was Lord plans get me out of here please this is my last procedure as the time came and I was done with my final procedure and the mri table came out I quickly lifted up covering back up my hole entire body as I thought I was about to walk out and not see this discustin technician again I'm getting up to walk out the mri room to go change back to my clothes he stops me and asked me can u please point the the ligament on my right knee where it hurts and is teard at (in my head I was like wth u need me to point doing u see that in the imaging) still following directionsi pointed as I'm pointing at my right knee as I'm standing he pulls my gown up pasted my waste and tells me to squat I followed directions then he tells me to walk forward has i walked forward towards the end of the wall i felt closed in no one could see us here now he grabed my gown again pasted my waste and told me to squat one more time he could see my whole stuff from the back as in squating he is pretending to inspect the back of my knee from the back of me(you have no idea how humiliated I was inside I was so scared I then rushed quickly out towards the changing room just when I thought it was over here he comes again steps in My dressing room and says one sec please let me view the left shoulder one more time acting like he working See's my left breast before exiting my dressing room...... When I was finally locked I. The dressing room I was rushing so fas so nervously that in the mail of me rushing getting dressed I was tunnelling my phone in hand try a text and call my husband it was taking so long I just wanted to get out of there the sooner the the better I told myself I'll call my husband once im outside away and safe from this place i proceed to go to the waiting lobby while being Shock hurt inside and thinking I my head like (wth) (did this just happened to me) I saw some donuts on the table with coffee the lady at the front desk to me not to leave to wait so she can give me the mri images on a disc I served my self coffee and a donut had a fake smile on my face trying to hold it together saying what ever came out my mouth whether it made sense or not I just wanted to get out of there said the donuts and coffee are great yeah cool I'ma referd people here(yea rightttt) in the back of my mind lookin at these two receptionist that were truly nice to me I felt bad for them even working there next to a technician that's a women predator .. ... I told a few friend a d husband crying and crying the need me to speak I just couldn't ...until finally my husband told my doctor which is a great doctor and never ever has disrespected me in such manners and I started crying but at the same time I felt relieved I was happy my husband spoke up he help me speaker's out.
