First off, I'm not a cider drinker (I don't drink alcohol). I came here to see a band play. For a concert venue, Ilwaco is not bad, but not great. During the band's performance, actual brewery activity was taking place (I know, I know, that's their entire business) which involved running a loud pump to transfer cider. This definitely distracted from the music. To me, it would be much better to try to coordinate such things around each other. Another frustration is that there's really no food available, save for snacks available for purchase (small bags of chips, etc.). They do permit patrons to bring outside food in, which is tricky to coordinate when seeing a show. Although there is a parking lot, it is TINY, has very few spaces, and is tight and tricky to maneuver. On the plus side, the bartender was AWESOME!!!! Extremely friendly and helpful. Another plus was availability of kombucha, which was served ice cold. I bought two cans of the only of their ciders they had available in cans as gifts for my neighbor. Had they offered more varieties in cans, I'd have bought more. The interior is big, has amazing natural wood, live-edge tables, and better acoustics than expected.

Went there New Years Eve. Live bands, great ciders and root beer. Service is very nice.

Really nice folks! Cozy atmosphere. They don't serve food but you can bring your own. Dogs are welcome. Prices seem reasonable.

Not usually a cider fan, but some of these were actually delicious. Some very dry options, and some unusual flavors.

Very glad we stopped by here on a recent trip down towards Longview and Kelso way…read more First of all I didn't know how much there was to Castlerock. I thought it was just businesses to the east of interstate, primarily for the road traffic mostly but the town hops across the interstate and goes west to where downtown is. And there is where Crosscut is. At first I had the interpretation that this place was a cidery but it's more of a tap house that serves guest taps for beer and cider. They also serve food as well. We got a couple smaller sized beers from their tap list. Breweries that were out of Vancouver,WA and Portland, OR. Those were very good! The nachos we ordered were good too. I think you can pick from two different options and we went with one where it had a pulled pork. It was more like BBQ nachos. Definitely something out of the ordinary but very appetizing and enjoyable! Nice location in downtown. We were here in the evening and most of the shops were already closed but would love to come back in the day for a drink and some eats while window shopping downtown.

Nice selection of Oregon and Washington microbrews and a couple of ciders on their 12 taps. Amazing variety on the food menu! We had the pulled pork nachos, delicious and beautiful, topped with fresh corn, black beans, green onion and jalapenos in addition to the requisite cheese. The decor was very stylish and comfortable with inside and outside seating. Everyone was welcoming and friendly to regulars and first timers like us alike. What a wonderful little place!

Snowbird Farm & Cidery definitely fit the bill nicely and really cheered Steve and me up! Not only was the cider good but the atmosphere and the farm setting is simply great! There are all kinds of barnyard animals when we got here and were enjoying our cider. There were a lot of chickens roaming around and were begging for bread crumbs and what not. Some of the roosters here were very, very beautiful! None of the roosters were mean and chased or pecked at you like ones we had at my parent's ranch. They were all gentle and very chill. There were also ducks roaming around. Many of them were dark feathered and were really pretty! We also saw some goats... babies and adults alike and they were adorable. Apparently there are ponies here too going off of the pictures but we didn't see them. Maybe they were in a different spot than where we were. There was a lot going on!! No t only was there a lot of chickens and ducks to distract and amuse us there was a kind of vendor event going on here the day we went so that also got our attention as we looked at all of the vendor's merchandise. The cider we had a difficult time in choosing what we wanted. So we got the larger flight taster tray option and was glad that we did that so we could get a range of most of their ciders. The ciders we had was Blackberry Basil, Hoppy Opus, Strawberry Rhubarb, Elderberry Honey, Lavender Haze and Peach. Probably our favorites from this flight was the Blackberry Basil and the Hoppy Opus but all of them were enjoyable! I can definitely see myself coming here often when ever we are in the area... make it a watering hole. I do have to say I will probably prefer the warmer months for future visits so you can see all of the barnyard animals out and about on the farm!

I really liked the lavender limoncello cider as well as the peach one. There's also popcorn for free that you can munch on. It was a bit stale when I got to it but I still ate it. A small bag of chips is $1. There's a few tables with a couple chairs inside. I sat at the bar. There were four stools there. Only con is that they are open limited hours on friday to Sunday. Sunday hours were 4 to 8 pm.

Towards the end of April 2026, I planned and hosted a private event here for my husband's birthday…read moreand unfortunately left very disappointed with the food portion of the experience, especially considering the pricing. To be transparent, there were definitely positives! The staff assisting with setup and during the event were kind and helpful, the beverages and fruit were well received, and the venue itself worked well for our event. It allowed us enough space to spread out and have various areas for different activities. However, the food quality and overall value did not align with what had been discussed beforehand. The croissant sandwiches included on those boards were minimally filled and very underwhelming for the cost, and the desserts served were not what we discussed and agreed upon during planning. Several desserts were also largely untouched by guests (or to be frank, one bite taken and then thrown in the trash). What ultimately disappointed me the most, though, was how my feedback was handled afterward. I reached out privately in hopes of having a constructive conversation and I was initially offered a partial refund. However that offer was later withdrawn after the owner reviewed event footage and determined that "because food had been consumed/taken home," our concerns were not valid. Of course we took food home, we paid for it! In my opinion, guests eating food at a hosted event does not automatically mean the quality met expectations. I fully understand that no event is perfect, and I tried to approach the situation reasonably and directly before posting publicly. Unfortunately, the overall experience and response left me feeling dismissed rather than heard as a paying customer.
