I would have given it five stars if it weren't for some of the jets not working, the temperature in some of the pools not matching the water temperature, the sauna rooms not hot enough, and the small menu of food options. But I did love that they had a media room to relax and watch TV, have an amazing pool upstairs which was the most crowded of all the places, and different places to just relax. So I was definitely relaxed! We enjoyed the main level pool the most and I loved that they served alcohol! So we had the option for drink or two. There were no kids either! So I would say this is a perfect getaway for adults for a one day trip!

The scalp massage and deep cleansing potion was soothing and felt amazing. One thing to be aware of is that the treatment completely relaxed the curl from my perm I've gotten 4 months ago and made my hair noticeably straighter. But moments later, the aesthetician came out and said that she is ready for me. I told her that I am still waiting for them to send me a form that I was asked to fill out. There seemed to be some misunderstanding or lack of communication between the front desk, person, and the aesthetician. I wish they had sent these forms before my appointment so I didn't have to waste time doing it there and cut into the time I was supposed to be starting the facial. I felt very rushed towards the beginning of my service. While I was filling out the form, the aesthetician (Darat) offered me some tea, which was a lovely touch. Then I headed in for my spa service. The actual facial itself was wonderful. One of the best ones I've gotten in a while. I told her that I recently got a nose piercing and to be careful around it as it is still healing. She was extremely careful and I felt no pain or sensitivity. She even threw in some head, arm and foot massages which I absolutely needed! It felt like a true spa experience.
