Randomly, out of nowhere, they just stopped picking up the cardboard boxes I put out. When I called to ask, the person that answered got all flustered and said that she didn't know why they picked up before then stopped. She told me that I could bring the cardboard and drop it off for free, but I told her it didn't make sense that it was picked up for 18 years then just stopped. Then she got even more frustrated when I told her to just charge me, that I didn't care as long as they picked up. She then further showed her backside and said that they had new rotations and maybe someone was just doing me a "solid" by picking them up before and now they are getting in trouble for it. Whatever.... this place needs some serious customer service retraining. I am paying customer that called in to offer to pay more and got treated like I was 3rd rate citizen putting out too much garbage and putting square cardboard boxes (broken down) outside the round cans that they don't fit inside. I guess it's time to start looking for a better service. I don't mind paying for better service, if I can find it. Otherwise, I will treat them the same way they just treated me.

I don't want to pick up trash debris from animals. WM used the call back feature, called me back and set me on hold going on 27 minutes now. Extremely dissatisfied. We will be using Lake Area Disposal and Recycling now. I updated to two stars because I was able to finally reach someone at the local office who quickly discontinued service and refunded all our money from the initial start of service 22 days ago. I called the California office 619-596-5100 and they transferred me to the local office. She handled it wonderfully.

A problem with communicating with the office. All their emails were going to my junk mail (ha ha)…read moreso I wasn't getting my bill. I emailed them about this, saying to sign me up for automatic bill pay. I thought it was done, it wasn't. No one contacted me that there was a problem, they just stopped picking up my garbage - that was their genius solution. On their website, there is no phone #. I tried to email them but they keep coming back as "undeliverable". I tried the Chat Lady and in the middle, she said, "Sorry, technical difficulties!!" and cut me off. There's just no way to contact them if there's a problem and they don't contact you, they just let problems fester until they're out of control. For the 2nd time I signed up for automatic bill pay - I hope it "takes" this time. If it doesn't, then the joke's on them. Since it's 98 in the shade, they'll all pass out when they pick it up next week (if they do) and they deserve it.

If it wasn't for the fact that I had a relative with me to push this old wheelchair I could not have shopped. Before becoming disabled I was there at least once a week and now I can no longer.
