Hey Damo, would it hurt to let your customers know that you only set the lid on top of the drinks? You don't actually snap it down on the drink. Not knowing this I spilled a portion of my latte. Please do better for your unsuspecting customers. Perhaps simply place the lid next to the drink when presenting it on the counter.

Seating is limited, though they do offer a few outdoor tables and a bench inside while you wait for your drinks. The service was great. The employees were friendly, welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. As for the coffee, it unfortunately wasn't my favorite. I tried the Cloud Latte and found it a bit too thick, lacking the smoothness and flavor I was hoping for. I also tried the Cinnamon Cloud, which was smoother but still tasted fairly bitter to me. Coffee preferences are subjective, of course, but the flavor profile just didn't quite hit the mark for me. That said, I enjoyed everything else about the experience and would be willing to come back and try a few different drinks from the menu. The service and ambiance were definitely highlights of the visit.

The valet staff were really nice about it. The café has a cool industrial vibe with exposed ceilings, concrete floors, warm lighting, and some unique vintage touches. It definitely has more character than your typical modern coffee shop. They also have a good selection of pastries, cookies, and other baked goods. I ordered an Espresso Tonic and an Iced Americano. The Espresso Tonic was really refreshing and had a nice citrusy kick. I enjoyed the flavor, but the portion was surprisingly small, which was a little disappointing. The staff inside were friendly and nice as well. Overall, I liked the coffee, service, and atmosphere. I'd definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.

The matcha latte was quite gritty and had a slightly bitter aftertaste. Originally wanted to order the strawberry matcha latte which is priced at $7 on the menu but was charged the strawberry matcha duo with cream removed. Ended up just ordering the strawberry matcha duo with cream since I was getting charged $8.50. The drink however was too sweet and was more of a candy than an enjoyable drink. The strawberry flavor was not overpowering the matcha which was decent. As for the mango coconut matcha, it was too sweet as well and the mango coconut puree was overpowering the matcha. Came on a Sunday around 1pm and waited in line for 15 minutes to order and another 15 to get my order. The space was very packed and the music was bumping. If you're trying to get work done, this would not be the ideal place.

And they are so sweet and do not rush anyone, you can stay here as long as you want. My friends and I WFH so we decided to Work From MemoryLook (WFML) one day together. I'm glad we did! Great pastries in the morning, i had the cremme brûlée donut which had tons of filling, and the pea foam matcha latte which was fantastic. And I had an EXCELLENT chicken Chipotle wrap at lunch that was recommended to me by the gentleman working at memory look. I'm not certain where these wraps are made. Another gentleman would bring them from the building in the same complex. I LOVED my wrap. They have a ton of seating outside too but there aren't any outlets out there so it's harder to WFH out there unless you're fully charged. But was great for separate meetings we all had to attend. The photobooth was fun but we were so thrown off by it taking 8 photos, we had no idea how many poses we would have to come up with hahaha. I would definitely come back here anytime!

The drink itself was good, although I found the prices a little higher compared to other matcha spots I've tried. Service was on the slower side, and it took a while for the drinks to come out. The staff were okay, but not particularly friendly. (+) Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, convenient parking (-) Pricier than other matcha spots, slower drink preparation, and no double matcha option

I stumbled across their Yelp page when I was visiting from out of town and checked the Instagram for their hours on a Saturday afternoon and was happy to see they were open! I am a sucker for pop-up coffee shop/cart concepts so I had to check it out. The pop-up is easy to find, it's outside facing into the parking lot, and they had a cute A-frame sign out by the street side. There was no line, and I ordered and sat down at one of the tables out front. The service was so warm, and I believe the shop is owned and operated by one man on his own! He was an absolute delight to meet, and he brought my matcha latte to me at the table when it was prepared. He suggested I get the cream top on it, and boy was that the perfect recommendation. I would say I'm a little bit of a matcha fiend... I think I got a matcha latte at 3 different places this day... and this one far surpassed the others. I think it was one of the best matcha lattes I have ever drank to-date. It was perfectly green, the matcha quality was phenomenal, both taste and look-wise. The texture was just right, perfectly creamy with barely any grittiness. The cream top only added to the drink, and didn't take away from the matcha flavor at all, which I feel like has happened at other places for me. I'm dreaming of this matcha latte days later, and need to go back to Kokoro No Coffee as soon as I am in town again. This was a spectacular find, and I hope this spot gets all the love it deserves! There is truly nothing like a great business ran by a great person and you can tell there's so much intention put into this concept. Highly, highly recommend and I could not sing praises more!

I ordered the Matcha Latte and their signature Creamtop. The matcha was excellent, with a rich and authentic flavor that really stood out. What I appreciated most was that it wasn't overly sweet.
