The employees were friendly, welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. As for the coffee, it unfortunately wasn't my favorite. I tried the Cloud Latte and found it a bit too thick, lacking the smoothness and flavor I was hoping for. I also tried the Cinnamon Cloud, which was smoother but still tasted fairly bitter to me. Coffee preferences are subjective, of course, but the flavor profile just didn't quite hit the mark for me. That said, I enjoyed everything else about the experience and would be willing to come back and try a few different drinks from the menu. The service and ambiance were definitely highlights of the visit.

I would say I'm a little bit of a matcha fiend... I think I got a matcha latte at 3 different places this day... and this one far surpassed the others. I've been coming to this fine establishment for well over three years now, I've been looking for anything else in Los Angeles to replicate the magic that this place has but I have yet to find it. Very old school European charm, as you can watch the people gather along the sidewalk which is by far one of the most thrilling experiences I've ever had in my life. Consistent well made coffee taste and texture both incredible. Since I've been coming in on Monday afternoons and Saturday mostly, I am impressed but not surprised at the baristas remember my order and my name, Always for me one of the most pleasant things you can experience at a coffee shop, the camaraderie. Sometimes I'll even get a nice little compliment about my hat which I enjoy, but I never know other people do, so it's nice to hear it out loud. And don't get me started on the paninis. They've got it down. BRAVO!!!! read more

This is a great spot and an easy walk from South Park where I live. Located at the corner of Broadway and 9th under the Eastern Building, you will find some great people watching here. They have outdoor seating near the street and window. Plenty of seating inside. And most importantly, great coffee. Tried the daily brew first time in then went the latte route after that. Both worthy of recommending. Staff is friendly and attentive and makes you feel like you want to support them as a regular. read more

It was my first time visiting, and the barista was so friendly and helpful in explaining the menu. I got their signature butterscotch latte, and it was delicious! The espresso was smooth, not overly sweet, and perfectly frothy. My favorite detail was the giant spherical ice cube that keeps the coffee from getting watered down too quickly. They're not just for cocktails anymore -- LOL. Will definitely be back!

They have a regular and large size; I opted for a large with 2 shots of espresso instead of 3. The coffee was exactly what I wanted and more. The cylinder ice was a fun touch as well. Service was friendly and there is plenty of seating outside of the kiosk I highly recommend checking it out. Cheers!
