The biscuits and gravy, omelette, bacon and sausage were all great. But the potatoes...oh the potatoes. It is so hard to find crispy cut potatoes at a restaurant. But the cooks at Hindsville Cafe absolutely slayed it! The there was the pie. Ohmigosh the cherry pie with an oatmeal crumble was so tasty I bought two pieces. Not to share. Two for me. Is that wrong? Not on Keto cheat day it's not. Lastly, allow me to mention the service. Our server was great. Kind, attentive, and friendly with strong and accurate menu recommendations.
