Sirloin Steak Tips & Eggs

Great experience with amazing service!!! Wait staff was friendly, attentive and so kind! Food was prepared hot and fresh. Hash browns were a bit over cooked on outside but mushy on inside... turn the fire down haha. Steak tips cooked nicely medium pink! Lots of flavor and fresh mushrooms! Fluffy French toast but I do like it cut in triangles. But no pasa nada. Clean inside and floors!!! Hate sticky floors but it was nice and clean! Parking is always full mmm maybe staff should park in lot behind restaurant! Not many patrons but lot was full guessing it was workers! Thanks for taking care of us Joe! Much appreciated! Will definitely be back

New Ihop at 31st and 129th just opened. Inside space is a little more open than most similar sized Ihops. Right now service is good but I expect that eventually it will settle to the same crap service u get at most Ihops. Staff hasn't been told the guest password to the WIFI. Food not radically different from most although given it's in the heart of Lil Mexico you would think the menu would have more Hispanic options like I've seen in other Ihops. This is near the job so I'll eat here, just hoping it doesn't end up like the other crap Ihops in town.

The store looks very clean compared with the last time we were there, very fast service and attentiveness. The food was also great.

Oklahoma seems to have a certain pride when it comes to burger joints that keep it simple. Tulsa…read morehas many chains, local restaurants and pop-ups that are familiar and filling. Encroaching on a seemingly crowded market can be tough but somehow Howdy feels like an already-established diner. While many newer burger places attempt to overwhelm the consumer, Howdy Burger's approach seems to be keeping things simple and delivering what the people want while staying true to the "burger joint" identity. I've had Howdy Burger 2 or 3 times through the years. My first visit was likely in/at Mother Road Market but a more recent visit was on October 29th (2025). In the midst of an economic stall (the federal government was shut down for 4 weeks at that point), eating out seemed like a luxury. I visited around 2pm for lunch. The weather was chilly and the staff was readily available. I was greeted and I browsed the menu for about 2mins before ordering. I ended up getting a single burger & rodeo fries. Afterwards, me & the lady cashier had a brief conversation about the state of the world as business was slower than usual. The restaurant isn't huge but it was well maintained. I sat near the West windows and the food came out shortly after. The highlight of the food was easily the burger itself. It was a decent size, the bread was soft, and the patty was just thick enough. Each bite was equally satisfying as they didn't hold back on the toppings. I will say that the fries are pretty standard, even with the extra toppings. I don't think the Rodeo Fries are worth wild but it didn't hurt to try. Lastly, I LOVE the variety of sauces they offer and the staff are happy to add them directly onto the sandwich or place them on the side. I've since returned to have the Fried Chicken Sandwich and it was just as good, if not better, than most famed chicken sandwich spots. I wasn't familiar with Howdy for a while and, as mentioned, there are many other places to get a cheeseburger, sandwich and/or fries. But what I like about Howdy is that they don't try too hard, they know what sells and they offer great service. Considering the price, consistency in their products and good people behind the counter, Howdy Burger is good enough to replace your favorite burger chain and/or fast food spot.

Smashed thin and came out crunchy on the edges. Enough toppings to keep you wanting more. Drive through attendant was very pleasant and quickly got us our food. Thumbs up!

I think it is named after a local ranch so sorry if I butchered it. I asked what was on it... all I heard was grilled onions, jalapeños, and some sauce and I was all in!! The burger came on toast and is very similar to a patty melt if you like that style. Honestly it was a great burger. The wife and I shared some cheese and onion fries... I can't say enough about how delicious it was. My wife ended up getting the class burger which comes with cheese sauce to dip fries or your burger in....i wanted the cheese sauce on everything but I did my best to hold back. Service is always great accompanied with some local brews... honestly this is a great place to eat local beef and local brews!

It takes a LOT of reading before you can figure out what you want. I understand wanting to highlight farms that the beef is sourced from, but it shouldn't be the most prominent thing in the menu. It's super confusing. Last, the truffle fries need reworked badly. I got fries with some truffle-esque condiment squeezed randomly on top. Fries needed to be tossed in the sauce while hot, so it was a soggy mess. 1/5, wouldn't recommend those.
