It formed a lovely crema on top as well which was texturally delicious. From my experience, a shaken espresso is only as good as its espresso base, so I was super happy about the quality and taste of their shots. Great location not far off the main road, as I was able to stop by here on a whim while passing through Mahwah--and thank goodness I did!
