My experience was great. Food was great. Service was great These waitresses do not get what they deserve. Underpaid and overworked. I don't know what corporate is thinking you can't keep waitresses. work the crap out of them. Apparently it's more profitable to have a lot of turnover. I don't see how you stay in business. How do you get away with not paying minimum wage and taking wages away if the waitress makes too much? Why do the waitresses have to bus dishes and do dishes? What's your side of the story? I think they're trying to get this place closed, and you're doing a good job read more

We have been here before with bad experiences. So we are trying it again. The hot tea and coffee is great so far. This time around everything was spot on!!! Yummy Yummy for our Tummies! Sidenote: Different flavored syrup is still available upon request! ** I discovered my favorite is Butter Pecan!!! read more

Terrible service no one ever picks up the phone unless you blow it up for 30 minutes good luck ordering take out even if you're 4 minutes down the road they'll forget half your order once they hand it to the delivery person then you call them and ask them to fix it their excuse is oh their breakfast rush yeah your food is just sitting here on the counter we can't give you a refund for it but we can give you a refund for another time lol what is the point of that but I love that their excuse was using their breakfast rush as to why we were missing food which also doesn't make sense cause the packed the side order but not the entree literally these kids are getting slower I'm not sure if we know how to check the item screen and pack orders anymore read more

The food was decent nothing to write home about. Its not what I remember IHOP serving. . It did take a long time to get our food for only being three of us. The waitress was doing the best she could. She made sure we have beverages and were good. The ambiance was your normal ihop ambience. You could still carry on a convo with each other no problem. read more

My recent visit was unfortunately defined by some of the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. Our server, Autumn Burgest handled a serious issue with a level of indifference and discourtesy that was both surprising and unacceptable. After discovering a hair in my food--after already taking a bite--I politely informed her of the situation. She removed the plate without so much as an apology, acknowledgment, or even a glance at the issue. She did not return to the table at any point to address the concern, offer a replacement meal, or check in. Instead, she reappeared only when it was time to deliver the bill, leaving me to sit without food while the rest of my table continued their meal. When I requested to speak with a manager regarding the experience, I was refused. The lack of accountability and basic hospitality was evident from beginning to end. Although the check was ultimately comped, it was clear this was done to avoid further conversation rather than as a genuine effort to make things right. The gesture did not come across as customer care--it came across as avoidance Based on this experience, I will not be returning, and I would strongly recommend that future guests request a different section if assigned to this server. Professionalism and courtesy are fundamental in customer service, and unfortunately, neither was demonstrated during this visit. read more

After several years of not frequenting this IHop we thought we'd try it for breakfast this morning. Big mistake, The service was terrible, the server made 4 trips to just get us coffee then never returned to take our order. Another server noticed and took it for him. We finally had to ask when our food would be ready. He brought the food that by then was cold and had to be redone. Not once did he check if we needed anything or if everything was good. Also $4.00 for a cup of lukewarm coffee is a bit much I think. read more

We come in two or three times a week after doctors appointments. Marcela has been a great server. But, being both retired military she cannot give us the military discount because there is no manager on site and they will not give her the code to give the discount that honors the veterans in this community. read more

Good food great prices would eat here again anytime.Love going here to get cheap food.

The service is so slow that it just makes you angry. Sit there for 25 minutes. Still no waitress.

The server was very rude. This place is filthy. Pig style. The food isn't even hot. Clean up and get a new manager and crew.

I enjoyed my meal And service they are super nice in ihop the minutes for my food it was 4 minutes and 33 seconds it was a fast meal I really like this IHOP read more

terrible customer service and portion sizes. our server was trying to be funny but had the driest sense of humor ever. everytime we said thank you she kept saying "you're not welcome". the first time we thought she was being rude, but the second and third time we just realized she's just not funny. also after our food was served she was nowhere to be found and left us and another party hanging. we had to trigger the front doorbell to have her come out to write our checks. my gf and i ordered separate orders of fries and looked like they cooked one order of fries and split them into to two plates cause my portion size was sadddd. also she told me gf that she's on a diet when she asked for her fries; i don't care if that's a joke that is so not okay. skip this spot and look elsewhere for your next late night bite read more

I've never in my life left a restaurant without eating my meal, but this was the most disgusting experience. 3 hairs on 3 separate plates of food. Meal came out wrong. Raw bacon. Undercooked eggs. Watery coffee. Not to mention it took at least 30 minutes to receive our food, so imagine how upsetting it was when it finally arrived and was nearly inedible. I will give credit to the manager who comped our entire bill - that was the right thing to do and we appreciated it. Unfortunately too many things went wrong to ever come back or be able to recommend this location. read more

There was only one server for the entire restaurant. Food was ready but not picked up for several minutes.

This IHOP is so different than any other's that I've been to. I've recently started going to Prescott more than the norm and every time my father always says: "let's go to IHOP". I'm thinking of all the places but said yes, he lives here and is picky. First off, great service, fast service and really good breakfast! I don't think we've ever had a bad experience and when he says IHOP, we all smile because we know we're going to enjoy our breakfast. Food: try the Blueberry Lemon Ricotta Crepes for something light but bursting with flavor. read more

I made an account purely for this. Would give no stars if possible. Go to Denny's!!! Egregiously horrible food, eggs tasted like feet, pancakes were rubbery and tough, staff was yelling, wasn't given a fork and had to ask twice for my drink and the fork. Waited 45 minutes, almost went and cooked myself, complained they were understaffed but had 12 servers and 2 cooks, had no gloves and no hair nets, were touching food, found hair in the butter, cooks were on parole. Paid 70$ for 3 people, barely ate any food. Toddler almost kicked me in the head. read more

Dear Manager, Drove 12 miles into town looking forward to breakfast at IHOP 8 AM Sunday morning. Pulled in the parking lot, plenty of spaces good sign. Get through the door plenty of available seats, great! Host informs me there will be a wait, some kind of other issue?? Well I would of been fine seated at one of the of the empty tables with some coffee and water. But why would I stand and wait at an average chain restaraunt for an average meal? Back tracked a few miles to Denny's was in the door, greeted, seated, ordered and served in 5 minutes! Even thanked and treated friendly upon leaving. Sorry IHOP 1 star. read more

The food is what you order, basic breakfast of eggs, bacon, and toast or pancakes. The pancakes are all a good sized portion. Coffee is delicious and plentiful! There was only one waitress, Autumn, and she was hustling! She was working at least four tables, up to five before the next shift began. Autumn was very polite and upbeat. The restaurant and women's bathroom was clean. No complaints for this establishment. read more

I took my kids on a slow Friday morning. First I ordered coffee. The server ask what kind on cream, I said vanilla and she brings plain. I order the simple 2 egg breakfast with bacon and sourdough toast. I received sausage and white toast. My kid ordered a chocolate fun face pancake from the kids menu. It arrived about 8 minutes after the rest of the table and it looked like a scary face and was not cooked in the middle. In addition the prices have gone way up and portions are very small. My hash browns were the size of my palm. $46 for 2 kids meal and a simple 2 egg breakfast... crazy. read more

I went for lunch today and order 2 eggs over medium, bacon, hash browns and toast. Horrible! Bacon over cooked and hard even to bite, same with the hashbrowns. And there was a HAIR in my food! The toast was good. Host was so annoying and intrusive. Won't be back! read more

So so bad. Came in @ 715 pm.Ordered 1 waffle and chicken strips- no fries. Didn't get our bill until 830! No refills, no checking in, only 5 tables in the whole place. We will NOT be back. I'll leave one star since at least the food was cooked through. read more

Just went this morning, 2nd time at this location. Arrived at 9:45 to a half-full restaurant, didn't seem too busy as they seated us immediately. We ordered promptly, eggs benedict special and chicken and waffles special, and proceeded to wait 45mins until our first dish was brought out cold, alongside soggy pancakes that were not ordered. During our wait our server, Joaquin, basically ignored us, didnt acknowledge the wait until 35 mins in, and as a customer this felt very out of place. At that point its obvious you should acknowledge the issue and do something to make it right. Very disappointed that the staff doesn't acknowledge that people come in because we are hungry! Not to hang out! read more

My wife and I who are 65 and 67 respectively waited for twenty minutes to get seated, only to be told that we would have to wait an additional forty minutes to get our food. We left disgusted due to the lousy service, poor atmosphere and dirty restaurant (a lot of dirty tables). What the hell happen to IHOP. The excuse given was a party of ten took priority over the other half of the Restarant. Probaby better close the doors or get new help. We left to go eat at Arby's, was actually looking forward to a nice pancake breakfast. read more

Came in here tonight and ordered at 8. Did not get my 2 pancake combo until 8:40. There were maybe 5-6 other groups seated and they had a full team. They put sauce on my friends sandwich that she did not ask for and it looked disgusting so she sent it back. I got my pancake combo with out hash-browns, and my pancakes had black ash on the bottom. I also asked for non crispy bacon, and it was burnt. Very bad experience. read more

I ordered the pancake breakfast through doordash the other night, when it showed up my pancake was raw in the middle, and what were supposed to be crispy hash browns were severely undercooked, as well as the bacon that wasn't even edible because it was so underdone. My boyfriends meal only had 1.5 chicken strips instead of 3, and got no ranch as he requested. Sadie gave us 2 free meals when we came back in and we ordered dinner so it was very good! Appreciative of Sadie and glad the meal was better though! read more

Terrible experience. Wait staff paid little to no attention to us. For the 45 minutes we were in the restaurant, we were only served a drink. My husband stopped at IHOP in Prescott Valley so he could bring me something to eat while I have been in the hospital. As you can see by the attached pictures he brought me the new crepes as he knows I like crepes. I was looking forward to having something really good, but that was not the case. When I pulled them out of the bag and opened the container they didn't look good at all. I ate one of them even though it was overcooked hardly had any of the ricotta filling. I showed him what I got and was shocked when he told me that he paid $11.50 for this mess. When you get an order of go it should definitely look as good as what you get in the restaurant. read more
