Went here after my sons graduation. We arrived around 9:45 & there were only two tables with guest. We were seated & you could tell the waitress & staff were disgusted that we had showed up. There were four of us in our group. We finally received our order after 80 minute. Our waitress never came to refill our drinks and we had to ask other waitress for refill. This was our second visit since the rebuild and last. This restaurant has clearly went down hill & no leadership. The food is ok when it finally makes it to you. Go anywhere but here. read more

Our wait was extremely long for a 10 top table that we had to instruct the host to take a 8 top table and add a table to it. Our food was delivered to us cold. And my French toast cake out way after my other food and that was cold as well. This is no fault to our waitress she was excellent! We asked the manager to come over and she did not rectify the situation and only poor excuses. Saturday morning service was basically non existent, they were not busy as evident from the parking lot, walked in and was greeted right away and sat quickly at a table, ten minutes later not one server ever acknowledged us sitting there, so we left, on the way out not one person acknowledged us leaving. Visiting from out of town... I was in a parry of 10 and the hostess act like they did not know how to set us together( waited for 30 min). I had to go find a set if tables for them to put together. Then we were seated our waitress was great!! As we waited for our food ( 30 min ) the food came out COLD and one persons plate did not cone out with all the food... When the French toast came out it was COLD... One persons French toast was burnt and was not offered more... We waited so long for our drinks I actually left the restaurant. Never left a place before in my life, so that was a first. I understand when things are busy that wait times increase, but the restaurant was about 1/4 full and 20 minutes is way too long for iced tea and soda. My first visit to an IHOP and it was very good. The food was fresh and hot. I ordered eggs, bacon, hash brown, and the New York cheesecake pancakes with a vanilla iced coffee. It was very filling and not bad prices. Even got a iced coffee to go on the house. Service was pretty good for how busy they were as well! read more

Ordered our food for carry out and after arriving to pick it up was told the order wasn't even put in yet. We are traveling so this was just going to be a five minute stop that turned into another 30 waiting for a discount. We did get a big discount, but the food itself was terrible. I honestly won't eat here ever again. It's Tuesday morning around 10 and the hostess took our name and explained it'd only be a few minutes for them to wipe off tables. The restaurant did not seem very busy in fact there were clean empty tables on the other side of the glass near the waiting area. We waited a half hour just to be seated. The waitress took another 10 minutes just to come by and take our order and didn't bother telling us there's an additional 20-30 minute wait for our food until she brought us our bitter flavored coffee. There were no managers to be seen. When we finally received our food the omelettes were cold and we had to remind the waitress we were missing toast and pancakes. Entering the restaurant, there was no one there to seat us for awhile and after we were seated we were forgotten about for another ten minutes. After we ordered we waited a whole hour to get a tray of warm syrup and ketchup but no food. After waiting over an hour we finally received our meals for four out of the five participants and our appetizers without the sauces. We ate the appetizers and most of the meals that came before we received our salsa and marinara sauce to go with our appetizers. We then had to tell the waitress that one meal had not come and she came back ten minutes later telling us that meal had been scrapped completely. Thankfully they got the last meal out fast after a total of and HOUR AND A HALF of waiting. By then everyone else was done eating and after thinking it couldn't get much worse than that, the waitress trying to clean up the plates that were cleared dumped a knife covered in marinara sauce and salsa on one of our laps. The food was good. We got exactly what we ordered and there were no real issues with the food or service. We were there for dinner, not breakfast, so the place was pretty empty. I assume they have a bigger breakfast crowd. The dining room was chilly. My biggest complaint was when we went to pay and leave. I stood at the register for way to long waiting on someone to come take my money. All the while waiters and waitresses were walking by ignoring me. Finally after several minutes a manager came out from the back with a trainee in tow to take my money. Went here today and was immediately seated. The waitress came up to us about 3 to 4 min after being seated and took our drink order. Another table immediately was seated with a party of 6 and their drink order was taken. After 10 min the waitress comes back with all their drinks and takes their order. We still have not been served. I stopped and asked her and she said she was sorry, but had two tables. I don't know what that meant. She comes back with our drinks and takes our order. Finally get my coffee and there is lipstick marks on the coffee cup. Then the back of my leg gets sticky from the booth while we are waiting on our food. We have breakfast here every Sunday and it is OK. Paducah doesn't have many breakfast options and ihop gets the job done. This location does not compare to out of state locations but overall the food is good. The servers are friendly and do their job well. The managers are very friendly as well. read more

I got there with my family and some friends we got a table like in 5 minutes which was grate but after we sat for 45 minutes we have to presence an argument between two employees from IHOP "Very unprofessional" because as a employees they represent the business. It's all about customer care. After the argument took over finally a waiter order our drinks 15 minutes later and our drinks wasn't there yet so by that time we ask our server how much long was going to take and her answer was "honestly it will take a while" so we ended up living. I will never return to this place of business. Waited 30 minutes JUST to get drink order, waitress was extremely unprofessional with her behavior and seemed very unhappy to be at work and to be serving me, she also had a very unkind attitude towards me. Also, I could hear from the dining room into the kitchen at one point and heard yelling and cussing and at one point overheard a waitress talking bad about some of the customers, which made me very much upset and offended knowing my waitress could very well be doing the same thing. I also witnessed a new employee being trained by another server, the trainer was rude and short with the trainee, so I stopped the trainee once I saw her without her trainer and asked her if anyone there was nice or helpful to her, and she denied there being anyone of that description.
