The kids always ask for IHOP. Last time we were here, we got tres leches pancakes and the big breakfast pancakes combo. Both were good. The pancakes are always good, the flavor on the tres leches cake was not very noticeable, it's mainly pancakes and whipped cream anyways. The hash browns, bacon, eggs, sausage, and ham were all pretty yummy. There was a lot of food. Their butter pecan syrup is delicious. The coffee was on point, I had two cups. Pretty much you know what you're getting when you come here. The service was pretty fast, we got seated quickly. They got our order and it took a while for the food to come, but not too bad. Seniors do not have scraps across the street as they have to eat inside. Detained to avoid being punked out of my living quarters. People were nice at this restaurant. The last time I came here, I had to complain to corporate about the food and service I received. The food was pretty bad, they screwed up our order, and there was like hair in my food. The service was horrible as well, as they didn't even refill our water. I recently went this past Friday night with some of my high school friends, and this time I sharpened my eye in inspecting my food before I ate, and being highly critical of the service and food. I'll admit the food was little better this time around. I think I saw a small piece of hair in the food, but I'll let a slide considering this rating can't go any lower than a one. Don't let the huge crowds waiting scare you away- they're mostly a couple or few large groups waiting for the few large tables to open up. If you're 4 or less, it moves quickly. Had the country fried steak, eggs over easy, and hash browns and a short stack. The pancake syrups are great and had the pecan caramel, if you're going sweet, go all in sweet! Went in after a great night to get some great food but I was wrong. My waitress name was Celeste. She was ok didn't engage as much just kinda took out order and left us be. Didn't check if we wanted refills or how our food was till we were done with our food.. We went in with our 2 granddaughters. We saw the sign on the window saying that kids eat free every day. When the bill came we were charged for the children's meals. We asked about it and she said she would go check with the manager. She took it off but she made sure to show us both receipts and to make sure that we tipped her on the correct amount. After she brought the credit card back she stood there while my husband added the tip, it was very uncomfortable. She was a good waitress up until that point, we were perfectly aware that you tip on the amount that it should be not on the amount of the bill when you get a free meal. It was insulting and it's going to keep us from ever going back. We didn't go there to get a free meal, we just saw the sign as we were going in to the restaurant. But to advertise free meals and then to charge is little unscrupulous and misleading and then to stand there and make sure we tipped her was really unnecessary. read more

My family and I have a couple of restaurants we love going to after Mass on Sunday mornings, and this IHOP is one of them. The restaurant is clean, and their wait staff is really friendly and attentive. I also love how they refill your drink without having to ask, and they pop in every once in a while to check up on you; just goes to show they're intent to taking care of you. Their food always tastes great. I'll order either a chicken fried steak special (CFS) or a Colorado omelette. The CFS is cooked to a golden crisp, doused in gravy that compliments it. I always get scrambled eggs with it, and they're cooked to a nice fluffy consistency without it being runny. The hash browns are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside without it being soggy. The Colorado omelette on the other hand is a combination of hearty ingredients and fresh veggies, sprinkled generously with cheese, and the salsa that it comes with, rounds everything up nicely. Of course, there's the pancakes. It's IHOP pancakes, nuff said. Sunday mornings tend to get busier during the heart of the breakfast hours. Mother's Day is a different story...Mother's Day is freakishly packed, so be prepared to wait in line! I had recently been to another IHOP and had a great experience so my husband and I stopped in at this IHOP for dinner and had a much more "meh" experience. Restaurant was tidy except for some heavy duty cleaning going on in the bathroom area. We stood at the host desk for a minute or two before anyone came by to greet and seat us. When I ordered a Diet Coke our server repeated that back to me "Diet Coke" but later I saw one of their menus showing only Pepsi products. My husband ordered a soda water and was brought regular water. He asked if they had sparkling and the server went to the kitchen. Another person came out and asked what he wanted. Soda water? They don't have that. Well then. Our food came out as ordered and the portions were very generous. After we were done we sat around waiting but no one came to check on us or bring our bill. My husband used the restroom and came back to the table. I used the restroom and came back to the table. No bill. Finally it arrived. We were very ready to go. We paid and got out. The sub-par, lackluster service during our visit will probably be what keeps us from visiting this location again in the future. read more

I used to LOVE coming to Ihop! It always tasted great almost no matter what I ordered. And if I could help it, I would have eaten there everyday and gotten fat off that pancakes. However... The last few times I've gone with a few weeks to a month apart. The food quality has slipped greatly. The portions and plates are shrinking by at least 1/3 while the prices at the same time going up. It is quickly becoming an expensive Denny's. *HURG* The long waits aren't worth it anymore. Too many people for less but more expensive, bland, stale, cold, greasy food. Sorry IHop. Lizbeth was an awful server, on top of that the food being prepared today was undercooked. Egg was raw, and the cook refused to remove mushrooms from the tips & eggs, using the excuse that they come mixed with the meat. However, in other instances they have gladly removed the mushrooms for us in the past, I know now they were being incredibly lazy. Lizbeth returned with our food and apologized for the mushrooms being in there and did not give us an option for anything else. She also lied about a food item and we had to hunt her down to ask and she laughed and said it was her mistake and that the meal didn't come with a certain item. Why did we have to remind her of our food? Would have been 100% okay if she told us about it upfront she made a mistake instead of laughing about it. My boyfriend didn't want to make a scene and barely touched his food which I felt bad about. Lizbeth then came back with the check and rushed us to pay without even SHOWING us the bill! I had to ask her for the receipt to see if everything was right. She was incredibly rude and made our evening very uncomfortable. If she is new it definitely SHOWS. And she needs to be retrained or fired IMMEDIATELY. That is NOT how you handle customers!
