Big Steak Omelette
Chaithanya M.

Every time we come in, I go straight for the original buttermilk pancakes soft, fluffy, and just the kind of comfort I crave. My guy always gets the Big Steak Omelette and honestly it hits the mark every time. The place has a cozy, relaxed feel perfect for a slow morning or a family bite. The service is usually quick and welcoming which just adds to the overall good vibes!

I stopped by this location for the first time this morning for breakfast. I was impressed by how fast I was seated and how quickly my food came out. I Ordered the veggie egg white omelette with a side of hash browns which were excellent.

My family had a great time here! We devoured the food! Food comes a little slow in the afternoon.

New Country Fried Steak with onion rings and Mac n cheese sides

Purely a take out review, on weekends with a little one patience is not in our vocabulary so take out it is! This is our 3rd time and it's been consistently on time, all orders correct, utensils included, and packed all very neatly. The containers are HUGE which probably helps keeps things as crispy as possible. The onion rings were surprisingly still hot and crunchy, thick and nice. The country fried steak batter also had a bit of the crunch although the gravy wasn't as hot.

Went here after a long time and the menu changed. I miss the veggie omelette with toast and pancakes. Ordered vegan pesto egg white omelette which tasted good but was so small in quantity for $17. Can choose pancakes or toast or fruit. Fruit quantity also reduced. Service was never great but I don't even expect much. Ambiance is okay. They have ample space and they keep the place neat and clean.

Been to this IHOP a few times as it is close by our house. They've got some decent promotions out there, and the prices are decent. Typical breakfast place, with your regular fixings of your staple items you'd see at breakfast place. I've had the Pesto Crepes, Chicken Tenders, Short Stacks (Original Buttermilk Pancakes) and just recently tried the Pot Roast. You have to try the Pot Roast, it was so good. The meat was super flavorful and very tender. I loved it, and would recommend trying it if you like pot roast. Came with two sides as well, delicious! The customer service here has always been great, the staff for the most part are very attentive and friendly. Sometimes depending on how busy it is, the wait and service can feel a little slow, but overall the staff get the job done. Recommend signing up for their loyalty program, so you can earn what they call Pan Coins, which in turn let you earn free food in the future! Also, another pro tip is to ensure you get a receipt, because there is an offer on there that gets you a free short stack just for taking their customer satisfaction survey! We've had positive visits here for the most part, so giving this IHOP a 4. :)

Came here around 3:30pm and it was super slow, I actually prefer it that way :} FOOD ordered: Chicken strips with pancakes Onion rings with fries BLT added red onions Mozzarella sticks Plus drinks All the food was fresh and cooked very well! Personally I LOVE their pancakes!!! Our server ( I think her name was Alyssa) was very nice and attentive. Definitely coming back to this location.

Pancakes for dinner? Yes, I was in the mood. We love coming to this location. There is never a crowd and always have friendly and helpful staff. Plus I like that they still have dividers between each table.

Really amazing breakfast place that has been around since the 90s. The service is so speedy and…read moreseamless between staff from the moment we walked in, everyone is so attentive. The food came in what felt like a few minutes after we ordered and everything was hot and comforting. I ordered the country fried steak which comes with toast, potatoes and eggs your way. The gravy was so smooth and done well, the potatoes are sweetened which was interesting. The only reason this wasn't a 5 star for me was the country fried steak wasn't the tastiest, it was okay but the best that I've had in terms of texture and seasoning. I am very opened to returning to try their omelette. Portions are big here.

step foot in country way and you'll have your patriotism (or any remainder of it after the past…read moreyear) tested. it reeks of cigarettes and buttcheeks and the dishes presented look like all american slop. does it taste good? no! but in some ways you'll rediscover your love of america right in this little establishment. it's the place of memories, whether you want to reminisce or create new ones. this is the place you go when you're hungover, or when you're a broke teenager looking for a place to loiter with your massive friend group (there's only two girls, you have a crush on one of them, she's probably gay), or when you come back from a trip abroad in a country that does not have enough grease in their local cooking. you come to celebrate your 95 year old grandma's birthday (by the way she doesn't remember your name), and to go out with your football team (apparently your team has done well this season; coach naively offers to treat, so everyone except coach orders three dishes each and complains of hunger an hour after eating), and to meet up with random friends of your parents (you didn't even know they existed, and they spend an hour commenting on the following: your height, love life, and college applications). either way you want some cheap, easy, horrible food. you choke down your dish that's got oil puddles on the side and mysterious radioactive sauces because the portions are huge and binge eating is nigh. you save half, or a quarter, or maybe none of your dish for later, knowing that you will most definitely forget about the leftovers and trash them when they turn moldy. this is a true diner - arguably one of the most waffle house-esque establishments in fremont, and thus a quintessential american experience. you have to live it to understand it all: the questionably quick service, the servers stacking full plates on one arm, the pile of smuckers jam on every table, the chattering in multiple languages, and most importantly the trashy food. so would i encourage you to come here? ideally not at all! you will be disappointed beyond measure. but if you're like me and disillusioned with your american-ness you can come here and renew your patriotism. 3 stars for the experience.

The food ended up being the masterpiece. We essentially tried to defeat the menu and the menu won. 10/10, no notes. The Highlights: Hawaiian Sliders: Absolutely bomb. The perfect balance of sweet and savory. I'm still thinking about them 24 hours later. Crispy Quesatacos with Chicken Tinga: Perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with flavor. It's hard to find chicken Tinga in a crispy Quesataco this authentic in a pop-up setting, but they nailed it flavor bomb Pupusas & Tacos: My friend and I went in on these and they did not disappoint. The pupusa was thick, cheesy, and had that perfect crisp on the outside. The Verdict: There wasn't a single miss on the menu. I even grabbed an extra haul to take home to my husband--usually, "to-go" food loses its soul on the car ride home, but he was obsessed. I'm already checking their schedule to see where they'll be next. If you want to eat the best food in San Francisco right now, this is it.

The wait was significant, but they were super upfront about that, which I appreciated. The chicken tinga was the standout - super tasty! The restaurant itself is in a nice plaza with plenty of parking, the restaurant is clean and looks like they had bar seating as well. On their special menu they had their strawberry matcha which I'm already a fan of, but this strawberry matcha is my favorite in all the area so far. The avocado toast was also very good, the red onion on top paired well with the avocado and cherry tomato, the fact it came with 2 eggs as well also justifies it as a meal in itself. I also ordered the half order or at this restaurant "fun" size I think Is what it said on the menu, of the tres leches French toast. It's also my favorite French toast because it's not overly sweet like some other tres leches' that I've had, the strawberries tasted very fresh too. The side sausage and bacon were good also however, the side link sausage it's not as greasy or salty as other places which I enjoyed a lot, because although it seems like hearty food it didn't feel heavy at all. Hope that Breeze Cafe stays around, bring everyone here. TLDR; awesome food, great service, try the strawberry matcha, and tres leches French toast
