We ate here for the last time probably. It is now $13.99 for a breakfast with eggs, pancakes, hash browns, and bacon. We can go to Dollie's, a local place, and get all of the same food AND coffee for $10. How can a large business like IHOP not compete on pricing?? Even though I'd say IHOP had the slightly better pancakes, Dollie's is better on everything else, including service. Even a 5 stack of pancakes is $9. What????? If I'm correct on the name, server Ashely is very rude. ordered curbside and called the number like it is says on the sign and confirmation email, on the phone she had a nice tone at first, and I as I was explaining my order and my first and last name and told her that I was in the curbside spot and she says one second and hangs up in my face if she wouldn't have done that I would've continued talking and said I will come in. I just because it is curbside most places that are curbside will bring your order to you and she came out with this weird face & very rude attitude very bitchy if I must say so with her mouth open like she was just in shock that I called like it's out of the normal or she was mad she had to walk out and actually do the job she applied for. Imagine if something was actually wrong with me to where I couldn't get out and she had this nasty attitude. if you do not like your job find a better one. obviously you do not know the type of day someone is having and I do believe you should leave your problems at home when working in customer service. read more

IHOP is what you generally expect: good breakfast food at a good price.... that being said, this location is going above beyond the call to maintain a safe dining experience. They are friendly, courteous (a big thank you to Adrian) the food was good. They maintain social distancing when seating customers, masks are required, the place is spotless clean, they really clean the tables.... all condiments are in individual plastic containers.... very pleased read more

I came into this establishment to eat, signs were posted that masks were required but upon looking into the door at their host he had his mask below his chin and when we walked in without our mask he tried to refuse us service, but when we pointed out that he wasn't wearing his mask and asked why we had to follow their policy when their own employees, upon speaking to the manager she also refused us, when pointed out to her that her employees were not following policy why should their customers, she didn't have anything to say. I'm all for establishments trying to stay safe but if you have a policy in place make sure the employees are following them as well. I will not be back to this IHOP. read more

THIS IS A WARNING! The IHOP on north street is a terrible establishment! They have an Avacodo tree growing from the tile floor in their kitchen. All drink stations are never cleaned and the spouts growing mold. They do NOT adhere to COVID (allowing employees to go to work with symptoms and postive test results) or health codes. They cross contaminate so badly absolutely nobody with any allergies should eat here. They expect their employees to adhere to certain standards but management refuses to. read more

The food was good but service was lousy. She wasn't friendly at all. We had to ask for silverware even after our food arrive. had to ask for condiments and didn't bring 2 of the orders complete. I am usually receive superb service at Ihop but this last visit was not so pleasant. I am not sure if maybe the manager was having a bad day (which we all do) but in the customer service business you have to leave your personal issues at home. So, I visited Ihop with a couple friends this past weekend after a night out on the town. The first waitress we had didn't seem to understand how we wanted our orders and was a tad bit confused. After requesting a new waiter we found out she was new. Now this is fine but we would have been more understanding of that had she just let us know. So my main issue was with our food. I ordered the Country omelette or Colorado (can't remember) but I added tomatoes. My food comes out and I cut from end to end of my omelette to see if the tomatoes were in there and guess what? No tomatoes! As the manager brought the other food out I told home I asked for tomatoes and he states "there are tomatoes in there I watched the cook put them in." So again I cut through the omelette to show him there were no tomatoes. I asked for them in a bowl and he brought those to me. But what he didn't do was apologize for his mistake. My friend was not satisfied with her chicken fajita omelette and told them it was bland. She asked of they used seasoning and the manager states they don't use that because if the seasoning was used people would have diarrhea. Really?!! Now my friend only ate a bite or two from her omelette and sent it back but the manager did not want to give her anything else. So our nice new waiter paid for her food. I will NOT be returning to this IHop because this service was unacceptable. Then to make things even worse I see bugs crawling up the wall and all on the syrup jars. Went to early breakfast around 6am. We were the only One's in the restaurant. Waitress was very friendly. Coffee was hot. Ordered chicken and waffles and 2x2x2 breakfast. All the food was cold and sorry to be graphic but there was a thick long black hair mixed in my scrambled eggs. I pulled it out and it just kept coming out. Went to this restaurant expecting to get really good breakfast food and I never received it. Waitress was not busy but helped another table tremendously. By far the best experience I've had here. We are here on a Sunday morning, well aware of the usual wait due to people coming after church. We only had a 5 minute wait. We had Kaylyn as a server and she definitely needs a raise! She was always right ahead of what we needed and never made us feel rushed. She was sweet and the best waitress I've had.
