We love coming to IHOP for breakfast no matter what time of day. My husband loves the sampler plater and I like to build my own omelet. This time I had their multi grain ( don't think I should pay extra for the substitution) but worth it. I've been to many IHOP but this one stands out for the extra touches like fresh flowers on the table, outside patio tables with potted flowers, exceptional service and obviously superb management. The ONLY suggestion I would make is having REAL maple syrup for the asking not just maple flavored syrup I would pay extra for that product. read more

We have been here more than a dozen times. This staff is just wonderful and hard working. We have never had any issues with service or food. We don't go to any other location, because this one is way better. The management knows how to train staff and keep staff. Came here for breakfast. Waited 25 mins to be called, went in and the floor is a mess with trash in walkways and under the table. The booth that we were seated at was sticky, syrup and other things I presume. We asked the guy that sat us to wipe it down he places our menus on the dirty table and comes back about 5 mins later. One of our menu had a booger in it, shared it with him and he says it's a pickle. Let him know, no it has hair on it. He wipes the menu gave it back to us and then used the same rag to wipe down the table. We gave him back the menu and he drops it on the floor and picks it up. At that point, we were done. We're paying at a place to eat, that obviously doesn't care about how they're floors look and table. With the experience that was given at the beginning I am not surprise that the menu he picked up off the floor, goes right back into the menu that will be given to the next patron. ... we left. read more

Ordered a hamburger after my second bite something was caught in my throat. I pulled it out and it was a big hunk of sharp plastic. When I complained the owner ask me to leave and never come back again. I just thank the Lord that it wasn't a small child that had ordered the hamburger. Honestly this is hands down the worst ihop I have ever been too. Rude staff, rude management, and food is horrible. We were seated at a dirty table and had an extremely unfriendly waitress who seemed to be in rush to take her smoke break. Someone in our party ordered a breakfast combo and the waitress didnt bother to ask how they wanted their eggs or what side they wanted. We have been to this location 3 times and each time the food has been horrible. Will not be back again ever! I felt like having a 3 pm breakfast today, and IHOP was a great choice. I had waffles ultimate combo which was tasty. Bacon was actually very tasty as well as the waffles with strawberries and blueberries and cream! I ordered it for take away and waited about 15 minutes. One of the only breakfast restaurants in the city so be prepared for a wait. It is almost always crowded here which puts a damper on service. Which is almost always friendly yet slow or bare minimum. I always enjoy the breakfast menu items here, I have yet to order lunch or dinner. Items do seem to be priced a little high but I always leave full and with left overs. I never had good experiences at any IHOP until this location - very clean, owners/staff are very friendly, food is hot and ready fast! I come here when visiting my grandparents in Menifee and have never been disappointed. They have flavored (hazelnut, vanilla, etc.) non dairy creamers available and small fresh flowers on the tables. This location is very busy for breakfast, but they are organized and have tables and chairs outside to use while you wait. You can tell the owners take pride in their work and great care of the restaurant! read more

My husband and I come here on Friday mornings with our 2 year old and our 5 month old, the staff is always super nice and they give us little cups with cereal in them to keep the kiddoes occupied while we wait for our food. My family and I had such a great experience here! We had a very short wait. When our name was called we were given the option of either a table or booth and the manager seated us. All of the staff were so friendly. Our waitress was amazing! She didn't miss a beat - very attentive, thorough, extremely friendly, and so nice. As an example she brought us extra napkins before we got a chance to ask, just proving how organized she is. She was also great with our 9 month old son. So we frequent here regularly..we are a fan of the owners especially Chris who is always so kind and knows me by name. Today they were not here and I have to say we usually get 5 star service here. Today we walked in and as usual asked for the right side of the restaurant because I love the sun shining in and it has a warmer atmosphere..the other side you're facing a restroom and just doesn't feel as warm and inviting to me and going to restaurants is usually an experience for me..the experience is just as important as the food itself. We walked in and the hostess told us we had to sit on the bathroom side of the restaurant to accommodate other servers which I understand, but there were the same amount of tables that were occupied on both sides..she just didn't seem friendly and inviting...and rather annoyed..we tried to sit there but we were ready to walk out. Our waitress approached us as we were walking out and she said u can sit on the other side, then another waiter said the same when he approached us getting up...So we went ahead and went to the bright side.. lol..and our experience was 5+ stars thanks to Michelle our server. So approachable, kind, accommodating, friendly and I just don't have enough nice things to say about her. All the the servers are great here. This one hostess just doesn't seem to like her job and I've seen this before. We all have bad days and I understand that..hopefully it was just another bad day. This is a great IHOP for breakfast; super clean, fresh flowers on tables, great wait and ancillary staff, who are all helpful, friendly, and efficient -- a perfect combination! The store always decorates festively for holidays. My favorite breakfast is the German crepe combo ... the crepes are served with powdered sugar and LEMON BUTTER. OMG, so good! Their eggs are extra large, always cooked perfectly to my over-easy request. Delicious sausage. Plus perfectly cooked hashbrowns. My husband loves their oatmeal. Sometimes he has steak and eggs, sometimes just pancakes, all choices are good. It's always a treat to go to this IHOP -- in fact, I've put myself in the mood for it, so we'll go again soon!
