Best IHOP Everyone was nice - food came out fast - nice and warm My waitress was really nice and welcoming. The manager was involved- helping out even made my daughter's milk shake .

Open! But not really.

Wow. I, FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART, understand that these workers need to be with their families during the holidays. IN FACT, Corporate should have just shut it down and closed itself for Christmas Day, and given everyone Holiday Pay! But No. Online said you were open. I called, and you said you were open. However, upon arrival, with the OPEN sign lit-up as bright as a Christmas Tree, a manager walks out and says "Sorry, we are closed, we are sending our employees home" Again, no problem, but I told them "YOU MAY WANT TO TURN OFF YOUR OPEN SIGN THEN!" and she scoffed at me. Literally the most disrespectful thing I heard all day, and Kevin Durant got a technical earlier that day for mouthing off to a referee. Look, all in all, claiming to be open, and then not being open, even though your sign says you are open, is not just confusing, its deceitful. And whether corporate even knew you were closing, doesn't help the attitude. A Christmas story is always right, stick to Chinese food on Christmas Day when you need to go out.

P's Way is the only way…read more That's literally what I'd tell someone if they were confused about what kind of wings to get. You look at the description and you almost wonder if all of that is a little...too much. I'm here to tell you that it's not. It's the only way. There's just something about the zing and tang of combining both the Lemon Pepper with the Buffalo sauce that takes the flavors to a whole new level. On top of that you get a hint of sweetness with the hot honey. These are some of my favorite wings in town. Possibly actual favorite. I need to come back and have them again really soon. But just know that if you are wings fan, you gotta try P's Way. The Fish and Chips and Mac were also good. The Fish seemed a little less flavorful than I thought it was gonna be. The fries made it up for them though. I couldn't stop munching on those. The Mac was solid. Nothing out of the ordinary, but a just really good dish that was straight to the point. I just obviously was super obsessed with these wings when I went. The inside is very homey. Has a more publike vibe. I walk in and almost imagine that I'm on the water or at a pier or something. The people working here are usually very nice. The very last time I came here a guy took my order and forgot one of our items but I think he was new. Luckily this girl with a long blonde ponytail who had served us before asked us if we got everything. When we told her about our missing item she apologized a whole bunch and made everything better. Oh and of course they have amazing beers. Our favorites are the rotation of Dark Beers, Mexican Lagers and Ciders that they have. We have yet to ever have a bad pour. Im pretty sure if you like beer there should be something for everyone. Even Wine slushies if you don't care for beer. Hillside was one of me and my wife's places we would go to when we shortly lived in Martinez. Even though we are a bridge away, we can't wait to come back sometime soon.

Tall pour of Wondrous IPA was delicious, just wish the glass wasn't frozen. Remembered they were in Concord as Hillside Dogs and this is a step up. Clam Chowder.... tasty, not fishy, good consistency Spicy Chicken Sando..... not very spicy, tender chicken, tasty slaw, good bread, decent sandwich. Fries were very tasty! Fisher & Chips... bit bready, mild fishy taste, big meal for a single female, fries were superb. Overall, decent experience. Looks like easy parking - we had parked a few blocks away to visit another spot and walked over.

I haven't tried everything on the menu yet, but what I have I would certainly order again! Over the holidays I wanted to try their version of crème brûlée and grateful to see the sugar crust right before serving was thick and lightly warmed from "fire" process as I know it should be served. Of course, smooth perfection rich custard followed! Their Salmon dinner & teriyaki wings, another favorite alongside the beer of my choice! I've also loved their innovative drinks that I've never tasted before, that they feature regularly. It's great to step into a place where the Waite staff seems to enjoy their environment and serving the public. Thank you Six Eleven for your 1.5 years now, family friendly restaurant & bar here in Martinez, a fun place to confidently bring a guest (especially when warm enough and outside seating is available) and also to shake a leg with the younger generation on an occasional weekend night. They also have an upper "attic" space or the outside courtyard available for private events, 3 for me so far. Please do continue to thrive 611 through these crazy times we're in. Buy Local Y'all!!

It wasn't overly bitter at all. I also tried Mental Haze, which was super smooth and easy to drink. I'll definitely be back! Food 4.5/5 Bar food is usually hit or miss, but I really loved the cheeseburger. It was flavorful, juicy, and absolutely delicious and the fries were also excellent and better than many burger-focused spots I've tried. We also ordered the cheese fries and tacos, but we weren't a huge fan of those. Still, I would come back just for the burger and fries alone. Customer Service 5/5 Amazing customer service. Super friendly and helpful with recommendations. They also brought the food out to our table, which we really appreciated. Ambience 5/5 Great vibe overall. It was raining when we visited, and the large windows made it really cozy watching the rain. Very comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Cleanliness 5/5 Clean space with no complaints. I ordered the pecan waffle and love that I can get this as a combo - oftentimes you can only get the waffle and have to add sides which gets costly. It's cozy and generally quiet (despite the big breakfast and lunch crowds), with plenty of good food in every category. Service is always splendid, with a friendly, helpful staff. And it's open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is another exception and helps a lot, too. The breakfast and lunch items are particularly good, with practically any kind of breakfast food or lunch sandwich you can name. The only drawback is the dinner menu, which is somewhat limited. I suspect this is of necessity, with breakfast and lunch crowds being much bigger, what with work nearby from the county and such. Nevertheless, everything on the menu is cooked to perfection, so try the dinners, too, and you won't be disappointed.
