Best IHOP Everyone was nice - food came out fast - nice and warm My waitress was really nice and welcoming. The manager was involved- helping out even made my daughter's milk shake .

    Open! But not really.

Wow. I, FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART, understand that these workers need to be with their families during the holidays. IN FACT, Corporate should have just shut it down and closed itself for Christmas Day, and given everyone Holiday Pay! But No. Online said you were open. I called, and you said you were open. However, upon arrival, with the OPEN sign lit-up as bright as a Christmas Tree, a manager walks out and says "Sorry, we are closed, we are sending our employees home" Again, no problem, but I told them "YOU MAY WANT TO TURN OFF YOUR OPEN SIGN THEN!" and she scoffed at me. Literally the most disrespectful thing I heard all day, and Kevin Durant got a technical earlier that day for mouthing off to a referee. Look, all in all, claiming to be open, and then not being open, even though your sign says you are open, is not just confusing, its deceitful. And whether corporate even knew you were closing, doesn't help the attitude. A Christmas story is always right, stick to Chinese food on Christmas Day when you need to go out.

I ordered at 9.40am and my food didn't come until almost 11. The pancakes are amazing if you don't have starving kids witb you. Nuff said.

They may run out of seats! It's that popular. The yucca fries were delicious! Well-seasoned and cooked to perfection! The ceviche, I felt it was a little on the smaller side for the portion, in terms of pricing, but it was so tasty! The flavors blended extremely well together and there wasn't too much of one spice or seasoning. Their dole whip slushie is amazing! It literally tastes like there is no alchol, so be careful when you are drinking this! They sneak up on you!! Overall, this is a great brewery! lots of space and natural lighting, the staff is amazing, and their food/drinks and events are some of the best in the east bay!

For his birthday this year, our friend Sarah and I decided to treat him to dinner here on 07/03/2024. Sarah and I arrived simultaneously at 5:30pm. Since the temperature was 105F, we had zero interest in sitting outside. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by the staff, and they seated us at a table near the entrance. The interior was cozy, and the vibe was a mix of coffee shop, old school tavern, and neighborhood bistro. Not sure if that's what they were going for, but it definitely worked. Once David arrived, our server came by to take our drink and appetizer order. For appetizer, we shared an order of Four Cheese Garlic Bread. If you like bread and cheese, make sure you get this. Half a dozen slices of perfectly toasted buttered ciabatta bread topped with several types of melted cheese. Very delicious. For entrée, I had the Chicken Parm Pasta, while Sarah and David had the Chopped Cobb and Pollo Provencal respectively. My dish was a good size piece of double battered chicken breast served on top of a bed of garlic pasta and spinach, topped with marinara sauce and melted cheeses. What I liked the most was when you take away the sauce, cheeses, and breading, I could really taste the chicken. I tried a piece of the Pollo Provencal and it was excellent as well. Service we received was exceptional. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Our server checked on us several times during the meal and she took care of our requests with great efficiency. Based on this experience, their high rating is well justified in my opinion. The food, service, and atmosphere are top-notch for a small neighborhood restaurant. I know Martinez is a bit far for some, but it's definitely worth a visit when and if you are in the area. 5 stars. BONUS MATERIAL: - Small private parking lot on site. - Split check option available.

And when you leave the restaurant, you smell like bbq smoke. Our waitress was friendly and the man, her back up, was extremely helpful. My husband ordered their brisket Philly sandwich with fries. It was extremely flavorful. I was surprised how much brisket they stuffed in the sandwich. It was very generous. I ordered the 8-piece chicken wings with a side of loaded potato. I asked the toppings be served separately. When the chicken wings arrived, it looked dry. In fact, they were dry, not juicy. When you add on the BBQ sauce, it was better. I really enjoyed my loaded potato. They were generous with the side of toppings. Since my husband enjoyed his brisket sandwich, he ordered some brisket to go. He requested for the point end and fatty slices. They were delicious. I recommend dining if you're looking for some delicious BBQ.
