My wife, on the other hand, is a big fan of their Double-Double Protein Style. Our order was ready in less than ten minutes. I needed to return to the counter to get some half-and-half for my coffee and extra spread for my wife. The associate assisted me quickly and greeted me with a big smile, which I always appreciate, especially during busy times. They had 2 older Hispanic women cooking in the back and I am a firm believer that they put their special touch into the preparation of our food because I don't remember Baja Fresh being good before.
