We went here for breakfast. Coffee was ok and breakfast this morning took for ever. Wasn't a good day to be here. First of all they sat us down but had to wait 15 minutes before we got waited on and very short staff. Very busy and NO AIR CONDITION was broken. Talk about a bad experience. Food wasn't hot and not very appetizing. Horrible service and cold food experience. Yes floors dirty and don't ask about bathroom. Just don't even walk in to this place. Just past by it and wave and say glad we didn't stop at IHOP!!!!

Our server was Steve and he is FANTASTIC! He was so nice and attentive which people usually aren't at 2 AM. He checked on us frequently and always made sure we were good. The food I ordered was not all that great (some kind of turkey and eggs with tomatoes and avocados on toast) but my boyfriend really enjoyed his food! He got the country fried steak breakfast. The only reason I gave it ao many stars was because of Steve. Steve, you are awesome! read more

We stopped in here for lunch and ended up with a sampling of what in my opinion is probably the best example of cajun food done right in Houma and for miles around - everything was delicious and the service from Sarah L was outstanding. We started with the Charbroiled Oysters served with toasted french bread, the plump Louisiana oysters were succulent and dipping the french bread in the cajun butter became an obsession, definitely a must do starter - I wasn't leaving here without trying their chicken and sausage gumbo, perfect texture and complex flavors it will make you a believer, my hats off to the chef, definitely authentic - the fried catfish filets and jumbo fried shrimp platters were outstanding although we didn't do it these are the foundation of an amazing po-boy (maybe next time) - all the sides were exceptional from the fried okra and onion rings to my personal favorite the skillet fried potatoes and who could leave without a few beignets served hot covered in powdered sugar - what a meal they should have a place to lay down in the back for a "cajun nap". In my opinion if you craving some authentic cajun dishes you can't go wrong here, the portions are nice and the prices are very reasonable. Our schedule didn't allow us to return as we had planned but will definitely return when we are back in the area...

A while back, the IHOP in Houma, did away with Senior citizen discounts. They still had a perfectly fine Senior menu, but if I wanted a Chicken Fajita Omelette, I was paying full price. This year, this IHOP brought back the Senior discount across the entire menu, with an added attraction. After 3 in the afternoon, with the purchase of two beverages, it offers, buy an entree, get an entree of equal or lesser value free. Do the math, that's a deal. It took me 64 years to get to be 64 year old, and now I'm enjoying the perks. I've never had a bad meal at this location and I always get great service. That Chicken Fajita Omelette I mentioned earlier, I find, between visits, I develop a craving for it. And they are open 24 hours a day. read more

Had a quick breakfast this morning. The food was hot, the coffee was fresh. The one thing I would say this please needs to work on is the service. It seems like every time I come here the waitresses seem to be running around as if their heads were on fire. There is never just a relaxing calm. If the service was great I would say that is fine but the service is usually just the way it looks, hurried and kind of sloppy. The food is pretty good though. read more

Pretty good breakfast this morning. French toast is just the right crispy and soft with a nice vanilla flavor. We had dirty water glasses and had to ask for clean ones and the waitress seemed to be out of it through the whole meal. She forgot about for about 15 minutes. I went to visit the Houma Ihop yesterday, and was hesitant after such a poor experience at THIBODAUX iHop, but this location off of MLK is way better! The service is friendly! The food quality was excellent, The experience was nice and calm, no loud music, just a quiet, peaceful place where you can enjoy your time and money. Definitely recommend HOUMA IHOP! read more

if i could rate no stars, thats what i would rate this disgusting rat hole. would definitely recommend eating out of the trash before coming to this ratchet establishment ! then the workers were tailgating out the back door. this place needs to be shut down. and another thing, my milkshake tasted like mop water. yuck. read more

I love this restaurant, definitely one of my go to places. It's open 24/7, and you can stay for as long as you wish, there are plenty of seats, and you're able to keep to your own table without other people being noisy. Go for the french toast!!! read more
