The food is always delicious!!!!! The food is always hot delicious and yummy!!! They never disappoint!!

Visited with my wife and grand child. The food was as expected, tasty, fresh n hot. The disappointment came when we entered the dining area. Every ( and I mean every one) table was unclean, food particles, open condiment wrappers , used /unused napkins, actually on tables and floor. I cleaned our table so we had a clean place to sit to enjoy our meal. I did note, everyone whom Entered after us had to do the same routine of clearing/cleaning their own tables. We would think with 4-6 young adults standing by behind the counter, with two actually standing outside of the counter area, near the door chatting away with a group of friends for as long as it took for us to clean our table, eat our meal with a toddler and clean up or area.... Someone would have had time for sanitation of tables and possibly a broom for the floor ? Don't recall seeing a manger during our visit or maybe with the lack of supervision/drive/instruction/organization... I just didn't recognize them . I just think it's a terrible shame, with only just having renovated this establishment and the rising costs to eat here.. to have to come into an unkempt, unsanitary dinning room and the employees left to do as they will. Not sure how long the nice new look will last under this way of management... read more

I have eaten at both locations in Houma several times and my order is always perfect. They do some things that just make it a cut above other restaurants - they are polite, the restaurant is always clean, and the food is high quality and hot. Eat the fries first, dunked in the CFA sauce. MMmm. Special deals if you use the app to order. I read a few of the bad reviews and was puzzled, it's always been so fast for me, their outside ordering is state of the art and usually they have my food waiting for me much faster than I expect. read more

I'm a rich man now. Family wanted chick fil a. I knew that not only was it going to take me over 20 minutes to get in and out of that drive through, but that there was absolutely no way they were going to get our order correct. They never do. So I placed a bet with my family and I'm now $50 richer because they did in fact take longer than 20 minutes and also got the order wrong. Shocker. This location never fails to fail. Love the food but service for dine in needs improvement. Cashier took order and I gave $40 for a $24 order. Gave me ticket and table marker and I was dismissed. I ask where was my change and she got that disgusted look because I had pointed out her mistake. Then had to wait for a key to open drawer. Got the drink order wrong. Drive thru is better. Well got to my table. Sandwiches were wrong. I ordered grilled chicken club. I got a grilled chicken plain. The cashier then had nerve to ask "can we just order a few slices of bacon for you. I was given a redemption card by Chick-fil-a back in February 2021 due to them messing up my order. The redemption card was for a free item (fry, soft drink, ice cream). I went to the Chick-fil-a in Houma, LA today and placed a order for two cob salads with grilled chicken. I received my order after waiting 10 minutes and they prepared the salad with fried chicken. I gave the order back and they said they would have to re-fix the salads. While inconveniently waiting I asked to redeem the card for a small soft drink. I was told that the card was expired and that they could not honor it. WOW! If that was not terrible customer service I don't want to see it. If I could have given no stars I would have. So the card that they gave me for bad service the first time wasn't even applicable after they gave me bad service the second time! read more

I will admit, they have some of the best service when it comes to a fast food joint. I love their waffle fries and assortment of sauces. Their salads are bad just are not worth the price. I still don't understand what all the hype is about with their chicken. It is good but wow let me tell the world. I have had their chicken as a sandwich and as chicken on its own; I've also had it spicy. All of which was good not great. I also tried their grilled nuggets which is more or less a grilled piece of chicken cut into smaller portions (had an odd after taste). read more

I find The Chick-fil-A has cut back on the chicken breast on the chicken sandwiches along with the chicken nuggets. The food is not as good as it used to be. I miss the carrot and raisin salad that they used to make. They do not have quite as many choices for sides as they used to. read more

If you happen to be driving on MLK (which you pretty much need to do at some point during the week), you can bet your bottom dollar that there will be a line of cars at Chick-fil-a. While the service is quick and friendly, the speed in which orders are taken via the double-speaker drive through far outpaces the speed in which food can actually be produced at the window. Expect to be in line for a while, or better yet, go inside. The line is usually just as long but it moves much faster and I get served very quickly. My order usually comes out correct; however, there have been several instances when I have been asked if I'd like any sauce (Ahem, Chickfila Sauce. Always. Who DOESN'T want their dreamy creamy condiment?) but I end up with none. Those are sad days. Another slight bummer is that the fries are usually hit or miss. They SOMETIMES come out perfect, but they're usually under-cooked and floppy or jawbreakingly overcooked. Otherwise, this CFA puts out some great food, and if all other locations are as good as this one, it's no wonder why the chain is favored by most of the country. I've eaten here twice in the past two days. The workers are nice, the service is quick, and the food is awesome. I like this place because I don't feel terrible about putting the food into my body. I did a mobile order with chick fila. I was in line waiting in the drive threw. They told me I have to go inside to get my food. I paid for it, and they were like we can't give it to you. I waited 30 minutes in line for a salad & a sandwich. They had my pull up like it was Popeyes while car after car after car pulled around me. I asked for some sort of compensation. The manager on shift, Jenny, refused to allow her employees to compensate me. Unacceptable. I was told they gave my salad to the wrong car so that's as the mix up. Okay? Where is my compensation? Favorite fast food in Houma, no contest. The employes are always friendly, food comes quickly and tastes great. The only issue is that it's usually crowded (because they are awesome) and I really think Houma could benefit from having another one, possibly in the St. Charles St. area or even on the East side. read more

But some of the workers are so rude I was there today with my family, we had lunch (delicious) but when we were done I went and ask a employee for a job application and he told me they were out ( in a very rude way) ok we left, so later on I told a friend of mine who used to work there about them not having an application so o asked her to please stop by and grab me one when ever she have a chance.couple hours later she told she stopped by and they have a lots of applications. You really need to consider what other locations do for the drive thru. Incredibly long no wait in line. No need for this when there's probably plenty of teenagers needing jobs. Hiring a couple of extra employees to take orders outside could definitely increase your sales and allow for more money to be piped into the community. read more

The chicken (in its various incarnations here) is very tasty, and the waffle fries, while bland on their own, are good with ketchup. That pineapple juice-tinged BBQ sauce is obviously on the sweet side but goes great with the food. If you have room for dessert, I recommend getting their cookies & cream hand-spun milkshake. Additionally, there's a subtle underlying Christian atmosphere about the place, and it actually gives the restaurant a pleasant and safe vibe. read more

Always have a great experience here. Quick and polite every time I am there! We get breakfast here every other week when we do counts for work. We get there early so it's very annoying when we go other places and they just take forever. Doesn't matter how many cars are in line at CFA I am always in and out in five minutes. read more

Chick-fil-a, I love you but why you gotta keep messing up my order? I used to eat here regularly when I lived in Houma and had great service. I moved to Thibodaux and now make a stop in every few months when I'm in Houma for lunch on business. I'll usually order at the drive through and take my lunch all the way home with me, dreaming about it all the way. But the last two times I've done this my order has been messed up in weird ways! Last time, I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and got a bun with lettuce, tomato, pickles and no chicken patty. This time I ordered the club and got the chicken salad sandwich with provolone cheese on it. WTF!! I love you, Chick-fil-a. Why don't you love me back?? read more

Basically my home away from home. I love this place! Best fast food place around hands down. Awesome service and they're so fast. One time I forgot my credit card and I felt so bad when I got to the window, and told them I'd be right back but the manager said he knows I go there all the time and he covered my meal for me! SO SWEET. Love this place, only bad thing I can say is why do we only have one for all of Houma?! We at least need another one in Thibodaux come on guys ;) read more
