My dad and I love to go to IHOP on the weekend mornings, went about a week ago and their schedule on the front door said they would be open at 6. It did not open until 6:30. We come again next week having the same problem, we knock on the door and they let us in but telling us that their not going to be able to serve us for another 20 minutes because the cook just got their at 6:20. This terrible customer service and the manager acted if she just didn't care. This has happened twice in the last week. First, I want to preface this by saying, not all IHOPs are equal. Our server was excellent. But as soon as I saw half the chairs missing feet and making them lopsided, that should have been my signal to leave. But we stayed. Poor choice on my part. The place appeared dirty. Like using the same dirty rag all day to clean the tables, dirty. Wife ordered eggs benedict. Never, and I mean never order eggs benedict here. They came out hard boiled and when we complained, the chef had the stupidity to make the server go back out to tell us the eggs were just cooked well done. 6 people at the table, 3 eating pancakes...one small tiny thing of syrup. Pancakes were done wrong. You could just tell some millennial was at the cooking station, half stoned with no idea how to cook. If there is another IHOP in the area...go there...or go to the Diner in the same area. Server was shocked that we wanted as many coffee refills as we did, until she finally left the pot. Excellent service and food! My family and I (we are a group of eight) have been eating here at least once a month for the last year, and I think there has been only one mistake on our order (which was promptly corrected). The food is hot, delicious and plentiful. I've eaten at other IHOPs and have felt cheated on my pancake size, but not at this location, the pancakes are always the perfect size to fill up my belly. That is why we don't mind driving out of our way to come to this specific IHOP. Additionally, the servers are delightful and courteous. I wish all establishments treated their customers the same way. The server, Ruby, gave us the wrong drinks when we asked for refills. Because of corona they can't leave anything on the tables so when I asked for GRAPE jelly I was given blackberry. My toast was burnt. The waitress had another table of young Hispanic men (which my husband and I are not) that she was clearly more interested in serving. She walked past us multiple times and would stand and talk to that table while we were waiting for items we had asked for. After we were done eating we had to wait for 15 minutes to get our check because she was no where to be found on the dining floor and neither was anyone else it was as if they had all taken a break at the same time. It was only 8:00 so it's not like they were getting ready to close or it was prime dinner time and were extremely busy there were maybe four table all together. As county workers my husband and I have been out for days with the recent snow storm plowing and clearing roads with hardly any sleep and all we wanted was a hot meal at the end of a LONG work week trying to help make it possible for people to get out to restaurants and businesses. As an IHOP pancake lover, I was interested in their new IHOb burgers and if their entrance into this super-competitive space was credible. As I walked in, a sign immediately advertised all-natural and Black Angus burgers. Not something one does as an accommodation. The seven offerings were all interesting, and seemed to touch all the burger-lover bases. I ordered the Jalapeño Kick burger with onion rings as the side. When it came I immediately noticed the premium bun that looked strong enough to hold things together. The burger was nicely equipped and balanced, with the right amount of bacon and jalapeño kick. IHOP is on the fast track and doing this right! The onion rings were fresh, meaty and crunchy. It took longer to get as the staff needs to get used to the increased non-breakfast business, but it was well worth the slightly longer wait. My check with a drink and onion rings was under $12. Hard to beat that for a burger of this quality. read more

I-Hop is just that I hop. The food was good, service was good. I wish I could remember our servers name, she was okay nothing fancy stood out about her. I got chicken fingers and fries, and the BF got a spicy chicken sandwich which he enjoyed. We will keep coming back to this location because it is closer to home. read more

I have been to this location a couple of times...but I think this will be my last. It seems the staff is just not observant about their guests. I have had to wait before to be seated and served. Last night, I came in with my wife for a quick dessert while we were waiting to pick up our kids from an event. Long story short, we got seated in about a minute, even though there was not a lot of people in the restaurant to begin with. Second, we never got a follow up: no server. There were servers walking around, but after close to 10 minutes...with me walking around to find someone...we got up and left the restaurant. Lately I went there 2 times and both times when you first walk in...you are met with the overwhelming smell of mildew/Mold. We decided to stay because we had not eaten breakfast. I used to come there often but I will not be back again.. This place need to be closed and overhauled. The service was absolutely atrocious, from taking over 30 minutes to take drink orders, to our waitress leaving the restaurant before giving us our checks. There were less than 5 other tables in the entire restaurant, but our service was still so horrendous. Can I give NO F*cking stars please ? Worst service ever. I came in at 11:30pm on Sunday with my boyfriend. Upon arriving , we got seated quickly. While looking at our menus , 10 mins passed by ... And I hear forks and knives on plates. I look around and BOTH tables that came 15 mins after us, were EATING already. I got heated. & loudly said "excuse me. I need someone here right now." & Juan walked pasted us, along w the older lady. I said "excuse me , I came in here before 2 tables , where's my food ?" He shrugs & says "that's the way the food goes." So I guess the food must go everywhere but not my table. I said "I've been here 30 mins and no food & everyone else is eating, are u kidding me?" & he shrugs and walks away. SO F*UCKING RUDE. u don't need a degree to simply say sorry for f*cking up my order , & u will check on it immediately. But he chose to walk away. & the old lady; not doing a dam thing just sits there running her lips. I cannot live without them. I have eggs inside of my body at all times. (Not in my ovaries - I mean, in my stomach.) It's IHOP...everyone goes in knowing what to expect. Needed a quick bite after a long drive in an unfamiliar area, so went with a recognizable restaurant. They lost a star from me right off the bat, but it was the only star they lost. They were virtually empty and yet we stood at the hostess station for 10 minutes before anyone decided to greet us. Then the hostess and the actual person who walks you to your table had a 5min discussion, some related to us, but mostly not! Then to top it off they argued for 2 min over where they should seat us! THE PLACE WAS EMPTY!!! Finally we were seated, I was about to leave, but my hubby has more patience than I, so we took the table that was preferred. After that, it was smooth sailing with a sweet waitress and food that came out fast. It was dinner time but we opted for breakfast and I ate something entirely to fattening but delicious. Ive rarely had bad experiences with the food here, this review is going to be more oriented around the service of the wait staff. I have rarely had bad experiences with the service at this location, but ine particular instance made me never want to return. When my girlfriend and i had arrived we were greeted by a very disinterested waitress by the name of Catina. It was late night, and the restaurant was almost entirely empty. We were sat and the only visibly dirty table in the restaurant and were not asked for our drink order until about ten minutes had passed. Catina gave us our drinks and we asked if we could move to a table that was clean. She seemed very annoyed and disinterested and told us to go to another table, pointing at no table in particular. We moved our drinks and sat at a table that someone had actually bothered cleaning and did not see her again for some time when we were finally able to place our order. The food came out relatively quick, but when Catina ran it to our table she essentially threw it down and walked away, still seemingly annoyed. We did not recieve refills unless we asked, even though she had walked past our table 5 times (we counted) clearly seeing the empty glasses on the edge of the table. When our meals were done we placed our enpty plates towards the end of the table in hopes that Catina would take our plates and give us our check. Again, she walked past us a few times until we flagged her down and asked for our check. All the while, she greeted the two other tables that had been sat long after us, got them refills, and delivered their meals sooner than ours. She also didnt seem angry when talking to the other tables. We finally got our check and were able to leave after about 2 hours, not by our own choice, mind you. I decided to give this place one more chance and had kristina as our server. She gave stellar service, the detail of which i will not go into for the sake of keeping this review a bit shorter. I spent the same amount of money on food durimg both trips, but tipped vastly different. Catina recieved a tip of 39 cents, kristina recieved $10. All in all, i would give the first experience described zero stars, but my service with kristina 5 stars. read more

ALWAYS ask for your receipt!! We ordered take-out on the phone and the lady taking our order told us to ask for them by name when I arrived. The amount first presented to me was $32.72 then it went to $34.72. I at first thought I heard wrong, it just seemed a little high for 2 meals and a side of hash browns. She was having "issues with the computer" and said something was wrong with it, when she finally got it working I handed over 2) $10 bills and put the rest on my credit card. I was handed the credit card transaction receipt it was for $15.00 (first red flag). I should have said something then, but I signed it figuring ok a few cents is fine. I then asked for my receipt because the price was high and I wanted to check everything. I was then finally offered my receipt for the $15.00 c/c transaction. I asked for an itemized receipt and was handed the kitchen receipt. I then had to ask for the receipt with the prices on it (she was looking all around patting down her pockets). My bill was actually only $29.72. I brought it to her attention and she looked up the order and said "it shows you received 2 orange juices" -according to the menu price orange juices are $2.99 each which doesn't add up to what I was charged - I did not once order or mention orange juices- she took my order and handed me my food- there was no beverages involved. She then proceeded to give me $5.00 back - which I still needed .28 cents back. She wasn't understanding how she owed me more money. EXTREMELY SKETCHY, so I called her out on it, asked for a manager. The manager wasn't as helpful as I would have hoped and I felt that I was a burden but I did receive my appropriate change back and I had to ask to be compensated for my cold food that was waiting while I was dealing with this. How many other customers are being charged extra and not paying attention or asking for their receipts! I will never return to this restaurant again! read more
