I ALWAYS use the app so that the process will be quick and easy. I have no problem at other McDonald's. After waiting for 10 min in the drive through (I only ordered a medium fry), i was able to pull out and park. I went inside, and heard from a woman at the counter that she had been trying to get someone's attention for help, but nobody ever comes to the register. We saw someone walk by, an older African American gentleman in a dress shirt and slacks, and he looked directly at me after I said, "excuse me". Then he turned and walked behind the wall (it blocks the view of the kitchen). I finally had to leave empty-handed, again, because I had an appointment. I had lots of time beforehand to make a 5 min stop at McDonald's, but i wound up being late to the hospital, and had to come without food for my kiddo! Stay away from this one, guys!

As we do not have KFC where we live, it becomes a point of anxiety for my children if we pass by and do not stop! Lol The first thing that annoys me in KFC is the thousand questions they ask you after you order. Do you want combo 1? Yes, please. Do you want to add salad? No thanks, just the combo; would you like to change your mash potato for fries? Nooo! I just want combo 1!!!! The other thing that annoys me is the floors. They are never clean; I wonder if they fry the chicken between the tables or if people drop the chicken in the floor so frequently. Regardless, they should be more careful with the cleaning.

I get through the maze of a drive through- I say I want the 8 piece family meal deal, however I wanted to know if I could get 4 drumsticks instead of the thigh or breast, they repeated that it is as is, and that it's dark meat only, however, drumsticks are dark meat... the person over the intercom continued to make snappy snarky remarks and used a condescending tone. So, I entered the facility, completely unprepared to enter any establishment as I was in PAJAMAS!! When I go in I asked who was the person on the intercom, I'm met with the nastiest, wanna-be-down and ghetto ass white girl. Shaking her head at me and talking bout she got a black baby daddy and shes from New York I told her IDGAF, drumsticks are dark meat and you don't gotta put an act on for black people to service them, totally racist.. and IDGAF who or what yall gotta say about that...anyway... I still order my food as the situation was de-escalated. When I received the food I paid for the chicken was burnt and old asf (had a weird taste) we were missing mashed potatoes and a piece of chicken only receiving 7 instead of 8, the corn had no juice very dry and out dated looking, and the bag had many randomly paired condiments, none of which were requested. I'm currently waiting to take this shit back up there once my kids finishing eating what was salvageable. They either gonna make it right or give me my money, fuck todays customer service.
