Was in on Thursday evening 4/3/25 around 8 pm. Ordered biscuits and gravy. When order arrived. The gravy was barely room temperature. Not to mention the biscuits were flat and dry. I did tell the waiter that it was cold and was willing to send it back, but I know what happens when you send food back. I declined. He was kind enough to take 15% off my B&G (not to total bill). Me and some friends went after prom, first off the wait was long and that's okay! It's prom so i understand-what I don't understand is why are you allowing your workers to make out with people outside-and on top of that that person SMELLED of substances. A multitude of food products were forgotten from our table, our waitress was the only one sort of working while everyone else minus one other person were just sort of hanging out. The food was mid, and overall just not a good experience. Also i'm not being picky-I literally work in food so yes, this was awful. read more

Basic IHOP, and very clean... Our waitress was really attentive and cheerful (3 stars are for her service) ,... Loss of 2 stars are for this occurrence; when we arrived at the restaurant, it wasn't super busy, and there was no wait for a table. So I had to question why the young lady that seated us chose the table right next to the restrooms??...There were plenty of tables all around, so why try and seat us there? Personally, I felt it was because we were African American. Why? Because it was my family and 2 other African American women in the entire restaurant, and they were seated by the restrooms, too! Hmmmm? I asked politely to be moved to a table, not in smell distance to the restrooms. She obliged, but management should be aware of the "optics" this behavior creates for customers of color... It's not a good look for the establishment, and it's extremely insulting to the patrons who feel marginalized and disrespected. FYI... Every person who came in after us were Caucasians, and none were seated at that table, even though they were much busier when we were leaving than they were when we arrived. Awareness, good customer service, honesty, and respect are key elements to a good business. Read this review and move forward with mindfulness and awareness. read more

ihop is always a good place for breakfast. Their omlet varieties are best. Hash browns are pretty good. I wouldn't recend hot chocolate. Overall I love having breakfast here and their omletts and hash browns are a must try. read more

I always come here with my friends late at night to get some greasy, life-ending (or kidney-stone-giving), food. Never disappointed. Sometimes, you'll see your old friends there, but who cares. Even Charles Manson loved Ihop. The ONE actual complaint I have is, I feel SO bad for these waitresses. They seriously always seem so depressed, they get some rude-ass customers, and their managers take Ihop way too damn serious. I've seen them deal with both, sometimes in one visit. Be nice to your employees, and your customers will have a better experience. It's awkward sitting there after you've seen the lady who brought out your pancakes getting yelled at. She's probably just there to pay for her kid's college. Overall, the food is always what you expect from Ihop, but this location is almost abusive to the poor waitresses. read more

Service has been on a steady decline in our recent visits generally at the hostess station. Enjoyed listening to a minutes long debate between a server and the hostess regarding where our party of two should be sat. Then got to sit close enough to hear the server complain to the manager/owner about the "coachability" of the hostess. I genuinely don't care- I'm just hoping my overpriced burger makes it out. My daughter is fond of the place or I would definitely go somewhere else. read more

The QR code scan to pay over charged me. The manager insisted that the credit card company would "see" the issue and adjust the amount. That did not happen. I went into the store to collect a refund. The manager on duty refuse to help me and RUDELY dismissed me. Not only do I recommend NOT USING THE QR SCAN I also recommend AVOIDING IHOP ENTIRELY. There is a nice competitor across the street. Life is too short to put up with billing errors and lack of service and empathy. read more

Pretty pathetic. They don't even deserve one star. She was rude. The girl didn't get any of the order right the first time. My sisters food either "didn't get entered" or "didn't get made." The lady couldn't decide what she wanted to say. When a different waiter came in, she thanked her for "taking over her table." This is my second time eating here and absolutely hated it. Thank goodness this place trying to rebrand itself as a burger joint still serves it's delicious pancake menu. Even on a Sunday morning, the service was fast and friendly. Keep the pancake in IHOP. read more

Walked in and stood for about a minute with plenty of staff standing around before we were greeted. Not even greeted with a hello and the person didn't even stand in front of us but talked to our backs and the only thing said was "do you have face masks" and after we said no (mind you only staff and four customers at the front waiting we're wearing masks no other patrons were wearing ones even patrons not currently eating) they said we could not be served without masks. About 2 weeks ago we came in and didn't have masks I was pregnant and they didn't say anything. This time I had my newborn with me and they refused to serve us. Not only am I really upset but confused as to why all of the sudden they won't serve us when we had come here often. Not anymore. Very disappointed in this establishment. read more

i wanted something different. i ordered eggs benedict. it came out with something that looked like chopped beef or a distorted mushroom. that was far from ham, but I thought, i,m hungry. I asked and recieved my sauce. I tested the egg first, it was perfect. Muffin was wet,covered in pepper pieces, all different sizes, unevenly cooked. i ate the egg, few of the peppers and the sauce, i will not go back, till they get a different owner or cook. Came into IHOP tonight, I have absolutely no complaints towards the food or waitress'. My only complaint is the manager, Beverly I believe, makes me not want to come here again. Now I'm the past I've overlooked her yelling at the staff before but tonight was completely uncalled for. A young man who I presume was homeless came into the restaurant. He was seated just like any other guest. Now me and my boyfriend had just about finished our meals when he was being served food he ordered. Moments later we hear the manager down right screaming at a waitress because she purchased his meal. She and I quote said "don't you ever do that again". I'm sorry but the restaurant got their money from the meal considering it came out of her pocket. I praise her for her actions, while the rest of us just felt bad for the gentleman she took action and offered something to him. You can believe I will be striving to help others as she did. Helping should not be frowned upon and followed with harsh words. You go girl, thank you for doing something the rest of us obviously were to selfie do. If I could give this place zero stars I would. We went there years ago and had poor service and cold food but decided to go on a late night adventure and give them another try. It was a total disappointment. We arrive and wait to be seated. No one acknowledged us at all. Servers gave us ugly looks, manager liked at us and not a word, we watched as the kitchen yelled order up! But the servers would leave it sitting on the line getting cold while customers water on food. No one was pouring drinks, serving food. Only wiping tables and at the register. finally, the manager came to the podium and dryly said that the wait was about 25 minutes that he only had one server and one cook. But... we could clearly see him, two servers and two cooks. He said if you want to wait that is. He acted like we were a total burden to have even speak to. Rude, no service and I watched all the other customers looking miserable. We left and got amazing service at Waffle House on Hw 71. Will never eat at this IHOP again. read more

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. The food is decent sometimes and I work food service and try to be really really understanding, well apparently this place doesn't care about the customers at all. Not all the employees are this way actually only one is and it's a manager I believe. I've had three problems each in a row, and each time I've been more then understanding. orange juice isn't cheap and yes I did go through door dash, however I know this wasn't only door dashes fault. I've never left a single bad review anywhere but here.For three times in a row I have not gotten my orange juice which honestly the first time I was like hahah whoopsie and that was the first time I doordashed there. I told them and I spoke to my dasher and she explained she should have made sure it was there and took responsibility however she explained they never checked to see if they provided it with the order as well. I let it go because who cares? It's one time. then I called in my next order and they again didn't give me my orange juice I went back and got it. I do understand I should have checked and I know that which was why I wasn't mad however they should also check orders to make sure the customer has their order, like I do because like I said I work food service. and yes I worked with door dash as well. my third order was doordash again and again I Ordered an orange juice And again you guessed it I didn't get it.which again disappointed but not mad. I contacted door dash polietly of course was offered some things for free but declined because I don't want free stuff. Then I called ihop politely of course and was immediately redirected to a manager and explained to her the problem. she immediately cut me off and immediately she blamed door dash and her tone was just awful. she was saying it's not ihops responsibility but doordashes and I explained that no it's both places job to make sure the customer gets their food because that's a restaurants job. my complaint is not about my missing food but the awful customer service they no actually SHE in particular displayed. read more

Pathetic cold limp 30% cooked bacon, hash browns that might have seen ,but not been in a skillet. Swedish Crepes that were lukewarm. They did manage to correctly doe a couple over medium eggs though! My waitress was Makalya. She was horrible. She blamed one member at the table for her not getting her water. Then she continued to flirt with another person at my table. I continued to ask for a cup of coffee when I she did not bring it out. Finally she took our old coffee container from our table, we put a mark with syrup on the outside to make sure we didn't get the same one. She came back and the syrup was still on the outside so I asked her if this got cleaned out and she said she rinsed off the inside. Service was horrible the whole night. read more

This place has been my saving grace. They are open 24 hours 365. There have been several times I have needed to eat at unruly times and NO ONE was open except IHOP. I tell you, they have gotten a lot of money off of me. With those hours they will get a lot of customers doing that. Plus I love the food :) read more

Good breakfast but kind of like Denny's in that breakfast 24hours a day is what they do best and everything else is just ordinary. Always busy 24/7. I rarely eat pancakes but love their omelette selections. More than enough to eat. Not crazy about the wait or the service in general though they are usually very friendly, just slow.
