Pro Tip: Make sure to visit Midland Bowl's website and subscribe to receive $5 off your next purchase. I signed up an hour before arriving otherwise the price would have been $15 a person. My only compliant is the system was not set up to accept multiple coupons in a single transaction. Therefore, everyone in our group had to pay separately in order to use the coupon, this process took about 20 minutes.

Every time I threw the ball I checked and there wasn't a single oil spot on the ball. No pattern, no trace, nothing. I asked the woman at the counter how often they oil and she told me for league and high school games they oil the lanes. But for open bowling they don't oil as often. She said it was a management decision. The special was 2 games for $9. Costly and Bowling World will not put you on a maintained lane if your not one of the regulars. I was actually told that only league and high school teams get oiled lanes. So for people wanting a fun activity to do in Ft. Smith look elsewhere. Bowling World is a terrible business and truthfully I hope they close soon. Also the arcade and pool area are empty. The entire place was dirty and disappointing. Shoes looked about 20 years old. Seriously go elsewhere.

After a day of swimming and go-cart racing, they wanted to end the day with bowling for two separate parties or families but it did not happen due to lights going out as soon they sat down to play. They waited for an hour but no electricity so wanted a refund but none was given. The worker (Lisa) who acted like a manager, was rude, slamming a phone and other things around when she was told a refund was wanted- two separate refunds because it was paid separately for two separate parties ($70 each) but she said she could ONLY give gift certificates then she was trying to combine the $140 gift card then she got more violent with the phone and other things when she was told it would have to be separate. So today 6/26, I came back with the one party with the gift certificate. We were treated very courteously and very well by both Lukas and Collin. They let us know Lisa was just a worker there and was too lazy to reimburse the money. Then the one party who was already on their way back to South Dakota, called in and asked for reimbursement. Collin let them know if they came in and if he's on shift he would happily give the reimbursement. So with all that being said, I am torn in giving a four star and five star for this review. It depends on who's working here but if this rude worker (Lisa) was still here today I would give the one star and would not recommend this place but thanks to Lukas and Collin it will not.

We got a lane right next to six teenagers who acted like it was their first time out without parents. Obnoxious is the nicest way this old fella of 37 can put it. More than once the pins didn't reset properly and all the balls in the building (the ones we could find) seemed to be the heaviest they had. Fine by me, but kind of made it frustrating for my kids. BUT, the kids had a good time and didn't seem to pay any attention to the overwhelmingly loud and chaotic atmosphere. Also, they didn't have to pay so there's that. Glad we got it out of our system, but that was the first and last time we'll stop in. Seemed kind of exclusive too, not very welcoming to "outsiders"; like every lane was a league and we weren't members. No big deal though, you live you learn.

She was very nice and even checked on us. The service was excellent and location was clean. Fast Lanes uses an up to date bumper system that goes up for young children but then goes down when adults play on the same lane. I have never used a lane like this and I loved it!

They are very nice folks and explained everything we needed to know when we got there to reserve 2 lanes. You don't even pay until afterward. And they absolutely could be charging more money. It's insanely cheap, which makes sense why I always see the parking lot packed on weekends. They have some arcade games too! Our big group of 20 had a blast. My favorite part is the snack bar! The food is so delicious and nostalgic! Seriously one of Muskogee's best burgers. The appetizer sampler is everything you could dream of fried to perfection. I'm going to make a serious effort to go more often. Very thankful that we have somewhere so fun to hangout.

The guy trying to fix it was running like crazy trying to fix the problem. He finally got it fixed after waiting for an hour only to have it break again. I understand this. What I don't understand is. When we gave up and we're leaving I expected them to tell us not to worry about it. What I didn't expect was to be charged for the five frames. When I questioned this the boy said he wasn't the owner and only did what he was told. I calmly told him we couldn't even finish and waited an hour for their defective equipment. At that point the older manager guy told me I was being rude by questioning his employee when I responded that it wasn't rude to question being charged for non complete service. He told me I was being rude to him. I never raised my voice. And could care less about the money. Since when is it rude to request not being charged for crap service? I am going in Monday to speak with the owner. The sports world has a nice facility and they've been there for years. And yes we have gone there but the attitude of the manager was atrocious.
