She said it was a management decision. The special was 2 games for $9. Costly and Bowling World will not put you on a maintained lane if your not one of the regulars. I was actually told that only league and high school teams get oiled lanes. So for people wanting a fun activity to do in Ft. Smith look elsewhere. My only compliant is the system was not set up to accept multiple coupons in a single transaction.
