It felt super understaffed -- long waits just to get a drink or order food, and it kind of kills the momentum when you're trying to enjoy the night. That said, I still really like the environment. So just needing to eat we spot this barbque sign and pull in. Were a bit nervous since it was in a bowling lane but I have to say that this was some of the finest barbque I've ever eaten! Brisket was crazy tender and the sauce was excellent! The guy running the place was very kind and attentive even though we were literally the only people there. If I'm ever back in that area I will definitely be going back!
