I'm giving Fast Lane Entertainment one star because it's not the same place anymore. The main reason I came here was for the go karts, and getting rid of them completely ruined the experience for me. Without the go karts, it feels like just another average arcade with nothing special to offer. Prices are still high, but the attractions are fewer and less exciting. This place is like a hopped up Chuck E Cheese. If you have kids, they'll like the place. You'll be paying for stuff all over the place, but for what it is, they do good. Bowling was fine and fun. It is good for what it is. I saw a review that said it "is like a hopped up Chuck E Cheese." That is a good take. Kids will love it, but they are not spending the money. It is pricey, so be ready. The only thing that I think is reasonable priced is the food. everything else you'll be paying for and you'll pay quite a chunk. But that is part of it, sooooo, I guess that is the way it is. Bowling is fun, esp. when it is cosmic. Arcade is expensive, but that is how it has always been, so why change now. The employees are young and maybe need some more training in customer service. They remind me of the people who work at a McDonald's = they don't really want to be there, but it is a pay check, so they are there. No really friendly, but not mean either. If they could get a better paying job elsewhere, that is where they would be. Instead they are here and they'll make the best of it. So, fine customer service, but certainly not great. This is true of the bowling, games, food, and laser tag employees (I interacted with all of them). Last note: the place was fairly very clean overall. Even the bowling shoes smelled good. Bathrooms very clean. Games are not as greasy as Chuck E Cheese. I do recommend this place a fun night out. Just know what to expect and it will be a fun time for all. read more

First time here with 4 kiddos, ages 11,9,7 and 5. Roughly 20 minute drive for us. Ordered meals for us all and it was fairly expensive for the quality. Nachos were not great, burgers dry, chicken tenders over cooked ‍ waitress gave us the cold shoulder when serving our food even. Went to get cards to play and got the most expensive cards because any smaller cards in value hardly gave any games. 4 cards at $100 a piece and it lasted them maybe an hour. Throughout our time I asked two employees for help and both were irritated and rude. For spending over $500, less than average game playing and the lack of help from the workers, I wouldn't say it was worth it. Kids did enjoy themselves though, I did too. read more

Keep in mind we paid for 30min $45 and they were like no we can't refund you since you threw the last ball when the board was down like ok? I get that but doesn't mean u have to keep all my money when I only played 8min. So annoyed and will never come back ever again.! Birthday parties are WAY overpriced and crowded. There are SO many lanes and staff keeps sandwiching the party in with random people. Called to make reservation and they said we didn't need one. We show up to get a lane and now we need a reservation. We had 12 people bowling in two lanes. We asked before we started can we buy more time and the answer was yes! Come back and we can add more time and even the scoreboard said come ask for more time. I am here with a school group. The place is bigger than I thought. It has a lot of games and activities. Little known fact is I at one time managed a bowling alley. To me their lanes were about average. I do not know their waxing schedule but the lanes seemed pretty slow. However with a bunch of kids using it the wax can get dirty and worn down quickly. The house bowling balls are in pretty good shape. All the staff I talked to were friendly. The games are expensive. A 30 dollar card goes very fast. The games were 1.25 and more, each. The laser tag area is fun... the virtual reality game was shut down for the school event. Be prepared for the place being loud. It's clean. The eating area was kept clean. I did not eat anything but I was told the pizza was horrible. Now who would have thought that? They have fountain drinks and machines. Overall it's a fun place just pricey. read more

I highly recommend this location for a day of fun with the family. We went on a Tuesday around lunch time and it wasn't crowded at all. The food at the restaurant has lots of Options and the food was good. The kids meal comes with 100 tickets which is nice for the kids to pick their own meal. They have a indoor playground inside and you can get a pass for it & a kids meals for $8. It's a pretty sweet deal! There is a arcade, bowling, restaurant, kids play area, and roller coasters. The arcade was great, didn't try the food but the bowling lanes were a joke! we tried two separate lanes because the pins kept either falling over or not coming down. had to ask for help three different times and on the third request they put us on a different lane and on the very first ball down the lane, the pins didn't come back down. So we just decided to give up and ask for a refund. They said they could refund the game but not the shoes, so make sure you pay with your credit card in case you have to dispute charges! read more

I have been here a few times to bowl, so that is what my review will be about. Both times were really fun and was during the "neon light" bowling... or whatever you call that haha. Loud music, neon lights, fun movies/video clips playing, etc. - it makes it a fun experience all around. Prices seem to be reasonable, there are different prices for different days/times - they are listed on their website. Customer service has been decent each time I've gone. Last time I went I ordered a ice cream while I bowled and it was just alright... which is weird coming from me because I love ice cream. I honestly probably wouldn't order food again and I'd just stick to the entertainment. We went on a Sunday night. Didn't know what to expect and it was amazing. My 11 year old boy had a great time as did my husband and I.

The playland is definitely worth the $6.99. My almost 5 year old can run and play for hours. On the other hand the young people working need a lot of work on their customer service skills. The bathrooms are disgusting. There's not enough staff and it's a Saturday night. For a place that has been open for this long they should be better equipped for a busy weekend crowd. The meal we received had no cookie and no 100 ticket slip and I returned the fries and they did bring out fresh. They said they ran out of cookies... this place really needs some revision. read more

Came here for a birthday party, went to go order a strawberry margarita and it tasted like a smoothie I could barely even taste the alcohol. When I went to ask for some more and it was an additional $5. I shouldn't have had to pay when they made it weak to begin with. The go cart area is now open. In regard to the food, think about it, its a bowling alley/arcade. The pizza is decent if you are hungry. I've seen a few huge plates of french fries pass by that look good. I wasn't too impressed with the hamburger, might have been good but had that chargrilled taste. And a piece of advice-if you go on a Friday or Saturday night...it is very busy so be prepared to wait up to an hour or two for a lane to bowl. None of the kids working there really care, I counted 9 employees standing up at the front for a long long time just talking to eachother. However we had to wait for the VR (virtual reality) game because the girl running Laser Tag was also running the VR one. When we finally got her to come over after waiting atleast 15 minutes, she got my husband and daughter set up and then she left. My husbands game never worked, however she was over at the laser tag and unable to help. She finally came over after the game was done and it was too late. We weren't going to wait around for another 20 minutes, we just got a refund and left. Why on earth would you have just ONE employee running two very busy areas on a SATURDAY??? That is poor management if I've ever seen it. None of the employees we encountered ever smiled or asked if we needed help. The kid running the ticket/prize area looked very unhappy to be there. Fast Lane has an excellent arcade, bowling alley, laser tag room (2 levels and pirate-themed!), and drag race carts. I have been to several places similar to this, so I am disappointed by the slow speed of the go-carts and very, very long lines. Also, groups are only given 5 minutes in the laser tag--not quite what I had wished for. A good place for a birthday, but not really a good passing-fancy kind of place. read more

Our party included about 16 people - the six older kids went off to play video games & ride go carts while the adults and a couple of kids bowled. We bought 20 games from the outset, but had to go back up to the counter twice when our games kept disappearing. Worst experience I've ever had here! It started when we got there and tried to get a lane. Shift change must have just happened. The cashier told us to wait while he counted his drawer which took about 10 minutes. When we did finally get a lane we pushed the service button thinking we would order pizza & drinks. 42 min after pushing the button and multiple staff members walking by, oblivious to the fact I was trying to get something from them, someone finally asked if they could get us anything. I go to the snack stand to buy a drink and wait 15min. Kid is begging to play a few games before we leave. So we go to a machine to refill a card that we had purchased on a previous trip. Doesn't work. Move over to the 2nd machine, doesn't work. Wait in line for the third machine, it finally works. While the kiddo is playing games we notice not only are half the games flashing red bc they are out of order, but the ones that are working have the prices raised higher than usual. the kid plays a couple games and I notice the machines are shorting us tickets! My wife is furious at this point and goes up to the front host stand and asks to speak with the manager. The young lady at the host stand was polite and promptly called for the manager. Wife stands there for ten minutes...no manager. We used what was left on our card & took the kiddo into the prize shop so we could leave. It reeked like an elephant had taken a dump in there several days ago. Beyond disappointed in this place now!!! read more
