I have been here are few times. It's conveniently located at the Pinnacle Mall. But overall I would rather go to any other theater than Malco. Their prices are high, they don't have any discounts except senior (no military or student like others), their rewards program and app are mediocre and hardly work, and they have regular seating and not recliners (except maybe in the Imax theater?). Also the staff is never very kind or helpful and seem annoyed or bored. Everytime I have been there is a line to the door to buy tickets and only 1 ticket window open. Wish we had better options for theaters in NWA! read more

I expected more from this movie theater. Seats were very old and cramped together, popcorn was just okay, and the workers seemed annoyed and bored. I can say that it was clean, which was a positive. I thought the Pinnacle movie theater would be higher quality, but it fell short. It definitely needs a lot of upgrades. read more

This was a very nice theater. It is conveniently located off the promenade where you can find plenty of places to eat before your flick. The theater itself was clean. Bathrooms were immaculate and the popcorn was fresh. The theater wasn't too cold and the movie volume was set correctly so our ears weren't bleeding. We caught the third Deadpool movie and it was a great experience being back in a theater finally after Covid. read more

It was too loud and the theater room I was in was at least 5 degrees colder than the hall, making it about 65 degrees. Was it the movie I was watching? After Death? I actually walked out, verbally said why and pointed out I would be posting on my phone. I didn't bother to ask for my money back. Lived here for almost 2 decades and frequented this theater. Our kids are grown now. Three of them went to see R rated Deadpool. Oldest is almost 20 in college, middle one is 18 and freshman in college and the youngest is 17 and sr in high school. They were turned away because they "looked young" by a young man who wasn't very nice. They refunded their tickets but refused to refund the $40 in food. The kids didn't know any better and left. I looked at their policy and it says "under 17" for R-rate need an adult. There was no-one under 17 but apparently if they "look young" they don't care. Gotta love it. Drive a car, check. Join the military, check. See an R-rated movie at Malco after being age-profiled, denied with extreme prejudice! read more

Came here to watch Jurassic Dominion. Overall, we were able to watch the movie, but the lobby seemed outdated compared to its next door businesses. No reclining seats here if you are particular about seating. No alcohol options and they ran out of tea (I don't drink soda). The women's bathroom was also in the middle of renovations. The staff is friendly and wonderful. I just feel that the facility needs the update. read more

Only constructed recently, this theatre still has that "new cinema" smell and does not have the sticky floors and ripped seats older ones get after a few years. There is an abundance of good parking and plenty to do nearby including shopping and several restaurants. Prices are, as you would expect, high. $8.50 for a first run movie. I skipped the concession stand, but the lines did seem to be moving right along, so I suspect the larceny there was minimal. Inside each theatre (there are 12), the seats are comfortable with plenty of cushioning. The seating is steep enough so you're not blocked by the tall guy in front of you but not too steep that you would be worried about climbing them in the dark. Built in cupholders on each arm. The usual local advertisers then previews then the movie. It started on time. The lighting was good and the sound was maybe a little bit too loud, but that could just be my advanced age. *wink* If the movie I want to see is playing here, I'd stop by and see it. read more

After getting enjoying the reclining seats at other theatres, it's hard to come here and sit in the stiff chairs. I hope they remodel and add reclining seats in the future. This theatre is usually busy due to the location near the mall. It's not my go to theatre, but it's not bad. Walk around and check out the shops if you're waiting for a movie, but don't go to the movie late, because there's no assigned seating here. read more

Theater was freezing cold, I don't think they were running the heat at all. They had a very loud movie in the next theater that was drowning out the more quiet movie that I was watching. I had to get a staff member to turn off the main lights in the theater because the movie was playing with the lights on. There were quite a few people in the theater for this movie. And still no reclining seats, even though other theaters added them. This is why I prefer movies at home. read more

I've been to this Malco a few times and it's a pretty decent experience every time. The workers are kind and the popcorn is yummy and buttery, just the way I like it. The prices for the movies are pretty reasonably priced. I'm hopeful that they will redo the seats to the recliners soon because it does make me go to other Malcos knowing that they have nicer seats. Great movie theatre located at Pinnacle Hills Promenade. This is an outdoor mall. There is a lot of parking all around the mall and right by the theatre. You have to walk a little ways to get to the theatre from the nearest parking area, but it isn't too bad. Customer service has always been fine here, nothing fancy, but normal, good customer service. There are 12 stadium seating screens here. They usually have the most popular or anticipated movies showing. Overall, every time I've come it has been a clean and nice theatre to come to! read more

Great theater, great location. Seating is comfortable. The sound is great and you don't hear sounds from other movies. As with the other reviewers, I would go to this theater and stay away from the other Rogers Malco. My only complaints is the soap in the restroom smells of toilet-an icky faux apple smell. Please of please get new soap and two, they should offer a refill only line at the concession. It is not right to miss part of the movie because you have to wait in line behind others who just got there only to refill what you have already purchased. read more

Because it's in such a nice outdoor shopping center, I was expecting this Malco cinema to be a little more high end. The ticket prices are moderate though, so I wasn't disappointed to find a standard, run of the mill movie experience here. I bought my tickets on Fandango as usual, but instead of receiving a scannable code on my phone, I was instructed to visit the lobby kiosk. No problem. I scanned my card and the movie tickets for me and my friends were literally shooting out of the kiosk onto the floor. I had to get on the ground and dig one ticket out from underneath the kiosk. That was not great and I couldn't help thinking of how annoyed I'd be if I was older and/or had mobility issues. The movie we chose was pretty full on a Saturday afternoon and in one of the slightly smaller theaters. It was clean and a little older, the seats tilted back a lot more than some other theaters I visit but it was still comfortable enough. Sound system and picture quality was good. I'd return. I also noticed they have a party room for birthdays, which may be of note to those interested in celebrating here. read more

We go to a Sunday matinee today, buy our two tickets THEN are informed they have a new policy that they need to search my purse. When I said that's really not ok with me and it feels like an invasion of my privacy- they tell me that I won't be allowed in if I don't submit to a search. (But I'm already in the building and they've already taken my money for tickets.) The teenage boy at the ticket counter tells me when I disagree with what they are doing and voice my concern about it not being right, he says "it's for everyone's safety." There are so many reasons why them doing this is WRONG. One of the biggest ones being- what imbecile decided that their best line of defense against an assumed woman carrying a gun is the underage child selling tickets at the ticket counter seeing it in her purse? What exactly is this kid, someone's teenage son, supposed to be tasked to do about it IF there was an incident with a weapon? Are these people just insane? read more

There are 2 movie theatres in Rogers, and they each show different films (since both are owned by Malco). If the movie I want to see is NOT at this theatre? I just wait until it comes out on DVD because the other Malco is icky. I've also been known to drive to Fayetteville to see a movie if I can't see them at this theatre, but that's a rarity. This Malco is FANTASTIC. It's clean, and brand new, and AMAZING. The lines move quickly, employees are friendly and efficient, and it's always clean. read more

This review is for Malco Pinnacle Hills 12. This is my "go to" theater in Rogers. The seats are comfortable and the rise between rows is high enough for me to see over the tallest persons head (I'm five feet tall) and there are cup holders on each arm. The theater is still clean and the staff us usually friendly. The concession stand is the usual and expensive but what would a movie be without popcorn? If a film is not showing at this Malco then I will drive to the one in Fayetteville as the other Malco in Rogers is not a pleasant experience. read more

Great theater. Comfy seats! Yummy popcorn. We went to see incredibles 2 today and it was such a great experience. We've been here before so we knew what to expect. We went for a matinee and the prices weren't to bad but I would have thought in the summer they'd be cheaper? Oh well. You walk in and there's a beautiful fountain inside. Small arcade to your right. The cafe? To your left; is it a coffee are? Not really sure. And of course the glorious popcorn up front. Hashtag WIN. They also have a dippin dots type of machine towards the front. Staff is always nice and helpful! Bathrooms are clean and we didn't step in anything sticky while taking our seats. Win win. read more

Typical movie theater in NWA. A little sticky, and I'd agree with Ashley Q. about not having any organization for larger/more popular movies. It is what it is, and it's a movie theater run by fairly young staff. It could be better, but it was not bad. Concessions prices didn't seem to be horrible. I recommend buying your ticket online. There is a kiosk for online tickets and as nearly 100 people stood outside waiting for a ticket, my family and I walked straight up to machine, swiped the Credit Card used to purchase tickets, and were in the theater before the closest person to a human ticket sales person when we approached the theater. read more

When it comes to a large movie release they still don't have any idea how to manage the crowd. My family and I went to see finding dory. We arrived at 1pm for the 130 showing which was sold out understandable so we got tickets for the 225 showing. When they took our tickets behind the box office they said they were cleaning still just start a line by the wall so we went by the the theater where our movie would be & the movie was still showing so we just sat on the benches soon others started to show up when the other movie let out everyone created a line like we were told then a manager came up & told us we all had to move back behind the ticket booth. If you like being interrupted by officers with guns during your movie, then this is the place for you. Tonight my entire movie experience was ruined twice. Evidently, Malco thinks it is a matter of public safety that patrons have their feet proped on the chairs in front of them. I was interrupted 20 minutes into the movie by an officer with a GUN to remove my feet from the unoccupied chair and row in front of me. Not only did that interrupt the movie that I paid good money to see, it made me feel uncomfortable and intimidated for the entire movie. Again, an hour into the movie the officer came back to intimidate another patron a few chairs down from me about his feet (again on a chair in an unoccupied row). If you don't want people to 'dirty' the backs of plastic chairs, why don't you try a friendly reminder on the screen BEFORE the movie begins? read more

The theater is quite nice and clean. I have stopped going to the movies completely because Malco does not enforce no texting in their theaters and the flashlights in my eyes has ruined going to the movies for me. If you don't mind lights flashed randomly in your eyes all through a movie then this is the place for you. If you do mind, then I cannot recommend Malco to you, seriously stay away because you won't enjoy your movie. The concessions as everywhere are overpriced so I always planned ahead and did something on my own. read more
