The crostini are golden, crisp, and heavily seasoned. Every bite has flavor. For context, my favorite style is New York. Thin, foldable, crisp on the bottom, soft in the middle. This pizza leans a different direction, and it works. The crust reminded me of the bottom of an English muffin. Crispy, slightly fluffy, a little yeasty, with semolina giving it structure. The cheese had a great pull, toppings stayed in place, and every bite held together. And then it hit me. Back to being a kid. That once a month night. Movie rental, pizza, something sweet. No arguing, no chaos. Just a rare kind of peace. Pizza box on your lap in the car, heat coming through the cardboard, sneaking a peek on the way home. Don't let families find out at the counter after they've already planned the visit around the stated rules. This isn't about safety, it's about basic honesty and communication. Sign a digital waiver and your account is good across all the locations across the US and four other countries. Lizzy was awesome at explaining how it works. If you race you get your race stars on paper and email after the race. We bought two races per person because those 12 laps go quickly. The kids learned on their first race and wanted to give it a go on their second race. In between races they played a few arcade games and snacked on a burger. Racer snacks. The location has plenty of room to sit, snack, and even a classroom in the back. The staff were friendly and safety oriented. Nobody crashed out or ran over anybody during our time there. Fastest times for best of the week are recorded on your score card. Another great alternative for beating the summer heat.

They don't hook up the lighting kits they charge you $1,000 for and if you have them install one they don't do it correctly and it will leak. When you call to have them send someone out to fix leaks, WHEN that person finally arrives it's plumbers tape and silicone fixes. Which means you have to clean their messy silicone before installing a correct o-ring or gasket that they left off like I did on the heater drain. You would be much better off buying a kit from a source online and having it delivered and hiring your own contractors, because you'll have to do that anyway, and save yourself about $25,000. I've never seen worse customer service in my life, especially from a company we just paid $32,000 Avoid this place like the plague

After paying for replacement glass, Galaxy scheduled an installation appointment... then no-showed and had to reschedule. At the second appointment, the technicians arrived but quickly discovered they had brought the wrong size glass. Frustrating, but mistakes happen. What is unacceptable, however, is what we discovered afterward. When they removed the front panel, more shards of glass fell out and were left scattered across our patio and lawn. This was extremely unsafe, especially since we have people walking in that area. I called Galaxy to report the issue and was told a manager would get back to me. The operations manager finally called, but offered no real solution... and to make matters worse, it sounds like our replacement glass hasn't even been ordered yet. Overall, the lack of communication, repeated mistakes, and disregard for safety have been very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Galaxy.
