The pass is actually an all day pass. Which means we could have come in the morning and then left and then come back again. I LOVE THIS. My daughter still takes several naps, so it is good to know we can go home and nap and eat and then come back! The playground has something for all children. It has infants-7ish I would say. They are divided by sections but at the same time everything is connected so your one year old and your 5 year old are playing in the same place, still in their age appropriate sections. My daughter had a lot of fun in the 0-3 year old section. She tried to explore around but she always found herself back to the 0-3 year old section. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. They are always going around cleaning which making everything really nice for the children and the parents. My only thing is that the play area is a sock only section but then the workers walk in the play area with their shoes...so that's kind of funny but whatever. It costs $8 for a day pass and then you can get $20 play pass for 3 plays which I think is really nice! I believe they have a month subscription but I am not sure. For the adults there is tables and a coffee/cafe bar which is really nice. If you are coming for a party I think that have two party rooms, but I know for sure there is one. Can't wait to come back!

It was so nice having them play in these areas without getting overrun by bigger kids! You could easily spend all day in this museum because there are endless activities and things to see. The museum is very clean, well organized, and spacious. I can't wait to bring my daughter back in future years so she can enjoy even more aspects of the museum!

It is pricey, so be ready. The only thing that I think is reasonable priced is the food. everything else you'll be paying for and you'll pay quite a chunk. But that is part of it, sooooo, I guess that is the way it is. Bowling is fun, esp. when it is cosmic. Arcade is expensive, but that is how it has always been, so why change now. The employees are young and maybe need some more training in customer service. They remind me of the people who work at a McDonald's = they don't really want to be there, but it is a pay check, so they are there. No really friendly, but not mean either. If they could get a better paying job elsewhere, that is where they would be. Instead they are here and they'll make the best of it. So, fine customer service, but certainly not great. This is true of the bowling, games, food, and laser tag employees (I interacted with all of them). Last note: the place was fairly very clean overall. Even the bowling shoes smelled good. Bathrooms very clean. Games are not as greasy as Chuck E Cheese. I do recommend this place a fun night out. Just know what to expect and it will be a fun time for all.

In my opinion, the food quality has declined while prices have increased significantly. The menu no longer offers much variety or value. It also appeared to me that there were far fewer customers than during our previous visits, though that's only my personal observation. Unless CEC improves its value, food quality, and customer service, this was the last visit for my family, and I don't expect future generations of our family to continue the tradition

The ladies at the front counter are very rude. And when spoken to they reply with a roll of the eyes or a head shake. If you own a business, you need to have a happy face at the front. You're the first person they see and the last person you see you should be welcoming,?warm and friendly. After all, they are spending money in your establishment! The clientele is clearly not expected to behave in a family environment. There's a lot of cussing and screaming from adolescent teenagers that dress like animals. All businesses have the right to refuse service so I wish they would learn to refuse service that isn't good for business! Music selection is poor. Bathrooms were dirty, and there was a girl in the bathroom vaping. There was a stabbing between two young teenage boys. Clearly not a safe place to be. Apparently from what I understand also birthday parties are not really well thought out. They've booked too many parties at one time in the evening so there's no other place for families to sit if they're not there for the party. You have to pay $2dollars per small drink per guest, which is clearly expensive. Most kids that are skating will not drink just one drink and of course they don't keep up with their drinks either. A package with free refills would be nice or something that you are spending $100 on drinks. It's NOT an adult bar!
