Arrived at 8:10pm where my son and grandchildren were already at the park. And tried to his niece to his pass so she could jump! What a cluster! I tried to buy a pass. They wouldn't sell one because their passes were only 90 minutes. I agreed to pay for the entire time. They said their computer system would not allow them to sell it. The hoops we had to jump through to add her to a membership was ridiculous. And every employee in the place worked harder to turn away money than they did to help me. Somebody needs to teach these kids something about customer service. Worst experience ever! read more

Wow! This place is impressive! We went for a free jump day on Easter and my kids had a blast. You can get a membership if you come often if not you pay per day or for 90 mins which can be very pricey per kid. Kids have free range of all the activites including basketball, dodgeball, climbing, and lots of trampolines and play areas. They have comfy leather couches and massage chairs for the parents and it is basically one big open room so it is easy to let your kids play and keep an eye on them. You do have to purchase their grippy jump socks to participate but they are only around $3. They also have free lockers/shoe areas and some concessions available along with party rooms on the side. Well here it goes.... The GOOD: Could be an excellent place with proper staffing and some minor updates. The price isn't terrible. The BAD: Not saying the place needs to be spotless but the equipment is dirty and needs to be wiped down periodically. The observation seats that are scattered throughout are all tattered. More staffing is essential and preferably ones that are in a uniform easily identified. The DIRTY: this place needs to be cleaned from the restrooms to the equipment. read more

I came with my two little girls to jump at this gym on 17Jul. I filled out the waivers and told the clerk I had a 2yo and 4yo that I was going to jump with; he charged me $83 for three jumpers and socks. I waited there for my friend to pay for his child. She was 2yo as well and the clerk told him that she was free. I then inquired why I had to pay for my 2yo, and he told me he made a mistake but couldn't refund me. I asked for the manager, told her the problem, and explained that I was not local, did not want a voucher for another jump at another time, and she would still not give me the refund even though the fault was completely on her and her staff. She acted like what I was asking for was out of this world, and all I was asking for was a simple refund due to their own error. She was very short, completely unhelpful, and unapologetic. read more

We have come to Defy a handful of times and have always had fun. My kids love it! I prefer to come during the week, instead of the weekends since it gets crowded on the weekends. I feel like it is less of a chance of someone bonking into someone when it is less crowded haha. They do have a lot of employees that are pretty on top of it to make sure no one is breaking any rules (such as double bouncing). There are lots of trampolines, a section where kids like to play dodgeball, soft foam area where kids can jump in, area to shoot hoops and more. My oldest especially likes the area with soft foam that has climbing areas over it. They offer day tickets, or you can buy punch cards or monthly memberships. There are three different memberships too, with some only allowing you to go certain times and days. They also do birthday parties here. Go get your jump on! read more

I have a membership here for myself and my son, so we come often. everytime we visit, it seems like only minors are employed here. Today, one employee was sitting with his girlfriend, (not an employee) on a couch with a blanket on them both. All other employees were chillin behind the counter talking And laughing amongst themselves. we've been coming here long enough to know where staff is supposed to be posted up observing and correcting the kids playing. Every position was unmanned. My son was hurt twice today by other, older kids breaking the rules. Both injuries would have been avoided had an employee been present to correct or remove the big kids that were bullying the smaller ones And repeatedmoly breaking the rules that are in place to ensure everyone's safety. Took my kids here for the first time today and they love it. Very clean. Lots of fun areas for the kids to explore. Great spot for kids to get out energy. they have a summer pass for a family of 4 very reasonably priced. We were here around 10 am and it wasn't very busy at 11 started to get quite busy. Staff was great and able to manage the crowd very well and was very nice/considerate. I will be back with my littles and would recommend! read more

What a great place to have a birthday! The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. Brenda was our staff member tonight and this girl was running around and helping left and right!! I'm not used to anyone being so helpful so it was nice! Great attitude and super quick! That girl deserves a raise! The room we had was great and already set up for the party. The kids showed up and were ready to go! GET THE WAIVERS SIGNED BEFORE HAND if you're having a party. Or just coming. It's easier that way. The jump time was fun the kids all loved it. It was a little hard to keep track of 12 kids but somehow they were all corralled into the room. Would we do it again? YES! But maybe have guests arrive 15 min earlier to get situated with the shoes socks and waivers :) Only downside were the times available because of rush hour. And 45 min with the room time, I wish they'd round it to an hour. read more

This is NOT the right place for high pressure sales. If the kids behind the counter are expected to pressure people into buying their monthly payment plan then it's the management s fault. But my wife quickly told the girl she was not interested today... The sales girl quickly went to the dark side. Very rude and very short with her. She charged us for our session and then asked if we had trampoline socks. We said no. And then had to get ring up again... Positive she did that on purpose. High Rise is a lot of fun for all ages. Individual prices are fair, they're never too crowded to have fun and there's plenty of activities if you get bored with just straight jumping easily. They have a ninja course if you or your younger ones are looking for something a little more physically challenging. My young cousins love this place and it's a cheap way to spend some of their insane energy. Tips: -If you're not fond of young children, they have times later in the evening where only 13+ up are allowed -Beware of the edges of the trampolines on the main floor. Man, I don't know... if you want to keep kids coming there and support from families, you probably need to have staff that can regulate some of these junior high kids that ruin it for everyone. I watched this nightmare of a kid hit a 5-6 year old with the dodge ball, got him out, knocked the kids glasses off, then felt like hitting him AGAIN as hard as he could while he was down. As soon as the older kid got grazed, I told him he was out. He picked up the ball, about 3 feet away from me, aimed directly at my stomach, and took his defeat out on my stomach, while refusing to leave the area. Look, it's a game. I'm a grown woman, I can take it, but a little kid? Pelting him while he's down? Not ok. And omg the f bombs he and his crew were using around these little children.. I heard the f word more times than I can count, around small kids. And no, these older kids had no parents there. They were dropped off. After pulling a "Karen" and telling the staff that this kid is the definition of a bully, I could see that they've had issues with him before, but they didn't do anything. Him and his classless girlfriend acted like this was their place, and these teenage staff members seemed honestly intimidated. I on the other hand, am not. Another dad came and told me this kid is always causing problems. Why would I want my small child playing anywhere near someone who hit a small child with glasses TWICE, hit me in the stomach just to shut me up, and then cussed the entire time while denying he did anything? Something ain't right.. staff needs to handle this instead of placating this guy. He's got issues written all over him and basically, he's a bully that pouts if he doesn't get his way. Today was my 1st time trying out Defy. I came with husband, my 16 month old and 2 and half year old. I purchased Groupon tickets online for my husband and I because I thought their policy was children under 2 get in free. WRONG you have to purchase a full price ticket from them to qualify your kid 2 and under. But nobody said that to us until the Vern the guy had already applied our groupons to the kids ‍ why I have no I idea! We could have just bought one day pass from them but instead had to by two! So basically I bought Groupons for no reason because they applied them to a 16 month old and 2 and half year old.... meanwhile the guy was hassling me for a membership I told he No a couple times and he kept hassling and wanting me to explain why I wouldn't buy a membership. When I would tell him why we didn't want to buy a membership it was like that answer wasn't good enough and he kept explaining the membership.. my husband had to step in because he could tell I was getting frustrated and all I wanted was to get checked in and move on. NEXT you have to have their special socks! We came with our own non slip socks he said they weren't good enough and we had to buy theirs. Customer service was terrible we felt very annoyed and it seemed like the guy didn't care and was just trying to make the sale. He rolled his eyes at us for no buying a membership and was completely rude!! It was our first time with very small kids we just wanted so see if this is something we would want to do again. Honestly I don't know if we will go back. The trampolines were great but the customer service really effected our mood and our children are to little to get the full experience. At the end of the day we paid for two groupons $26, then two day passes $34, and 4 pairs of socks $12= $72!! For two adults and two kids 2 and under!! read more

There are little options for pricing being that they only offer hourly time slots. 30 min would be fine for a lower cost to jump, but that's not available. There is not much to do in NWA so I am thrilled this place opened. My kids LOVE this place and it's always their first choice of things to do. They would rather jump than go to Fast Lane and you spend way less here! Kids have so much energy! I would say an hour is more than enough. I wish this place was a bit bigger. I've been to bigger jump places where they can separate the younger kids from older kids more effectively. Shoes and socks come off if you plan to jump. I feel like with older kids above 12 yrs a one time experience is enough and then they become disinterested. My kids are all under 6 so they never get tired of it. Staff is always super nice and they do a great job of monitoring and helping the kids in diff jump areas. read more
