They were also doing a trivia night that we did not participate in but had fun listening to. The bad: Food and drink service got extremely slow when they were on the busier side. Also, the employee at the front was extremely rude to our party, even saying "What did I say?" at one point when we were trying to confirm the price. That one was a bit shocking for me, and the main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars. I'd still visit again, but I'd certainly be ready for anything during the initial setup and payment.

The only thing that just killed it for me is that people were smoking in the arcade area. When you have a medical condition that promotes pain when you are around smoke it really sucks. BUT anyway!! Every time I threw the ball I checked and there wasn't a single oil spot on the ball. No pattern, no trace, nothing. I asked the woman at the counter how often they oil and she told me for league and high school games they oil the lanes. But for open bowling they don't oil as often. She said it was a management decision. The special was 2 games for $9. Costly and Bowling World will not put you on a maintained lane if your not one of the regulars. I was actually told that only league and high school teams get oiled lanes. So for people wanting a fun activity to do in Ft. Smith look elsewhere. Bowling World is a terrible business and truthfully I hope they close soon. Also the arcade and pool area are empty. The entire place was dirty and disappointing. Shoes looked about 20 years old. Seriously go elsewhere.

The blonde lady in the front is always nice. She told me which table was ours. The table was set up nicely. No one came to ask about our drink or if we wanted pizza so I walked up to the concession stand. The girl that was working behind the counter was a new girl that looked young and had the personality of a rock. Anytime I had a questions about drinks or food she seemed annoyed. I asked for the drinks for my kids bc they where very thirsty from skating it took them 10-15 min. to get my drinks out there. I walked up there 2 times thinking they had forgotten about us. The pizza that was brought to us still had the price tag that was bought either at sams or Walmart of $6.98 . We bought it for $13. Wow! This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had ! If you are thinking about throwing your child a birthday party DO NOT go here you will regret it like I did!
