Had a longer break from work before my next shift this past Sunday and not much lunch money to work with. I haven't been to Cici's in a while, so I went around noon and checked it out. The dining area was crowded but clean. The food was very satisfying. Staff was friendly. I have a feeling I'll be stopping by at least once or twice a month from now on. Great value meal for sure! read more

The pizza here was a lot better than expected! It was delicious. In addition to a pizza buffet, It they have a soup and salad bar too, which is included in the price. Also a spaghetti sauce and Alfredo sauce section with elbow macaroni. The Staff is very friendly and they kept the tables cleared and clean as well as the buffet constantly stocked with pizza. It was a bit louder which is to be expected as it is a family place but i definitely recommend if you have a craving for pizza read more

Cheap pizza and games with fountain drinks - salad bar too and some pasta. This pretty much sums it up! It is clean and has a well stocked buffet during the big crowd hours. I've never had a bad experience. read more

Always loud, always crowded, and always fulfilling, this location always manages to hit the spot. The staff is typically friendly, inviting, and helpful and often times a manager is very near the buffet double checking to make sure the diners are satisfied with their choices. Packed with everyone's favorites from classic pepperoni to spinach Alfredo, Cici's never fails to have something everyone in my family loves. Granted, you may have to wait a few minutes before your favorite pie slides onto the buffet, but you can guarantee it's coming. If you don't want to wait simply request it be made and a sever will have it out to you before the hunger bug eats you from the inside out. In addition to the pizza diners can feast on a delicious salad from the salad bar featuring several choices of dressing and fresh toppings sure to please most patrons. Cheese sticks, cinnamon sticks, pastas, desert pizzas, brownies...Cici's offers a three course meal for a fairly affordable price. My family of five is right around the $50 mark and all of us are so full when we leave that walking back to the car is more of an uncomfortable waddle. Definitely stop for lunch AFTER you've done your shopping for the day. I took off one star simply because of the atmosphere. It's just too loud and packed for me and mine some days and more times than not the place seems a little on the disheveled side. read more

The staff and Food Buffet are always On point. I love the Environment and the Pizza Variety is great! And if they do not Have a Certain pizza out and possible to Create on the spot and Throw in the oven then that is Exactly what they Do! The ONLY less appealing Service I can think of is how Over Priced their Arcade Games are to play a single game. read more

Fantastic service and food. Today is April 9th, 2025 and I was treated very well by Eric and the manager! Clean, restaurant and great food!

We went here yesterday for the lunch buffet and it was great. Lots of pizza options available and they are not too doughy which we loved. There's a really good desert pizza, brownies and cinnamon rolls for desert too. The salad bar looks very fresh and appealing as well. The staff were super friendly - Rosario and Alberto. We will definitely go back. read more

I've never had a complain about the staff being rude. Salad bar is always clean, with plenty of fresh veggies to top the salad off with. Pizza is constantly brought out hot onto the buffet, and they even ask you while you're there if there's anything special they can make for you at no extra cost. My mother always requests a chicken alfredo pizza + pineapple. And they have always have it hot and ready within a few minutes. Desert is also very tasty. Buttered cinnamon rolls, brownies, and an apple crumble pizza. read more

The parking lot in front of Cicis is always super dirty. It is very disrespectful to the surrounding businesses. What kind of leadership doesnt even pick up in front of their store read more

Amazing cinnamon rolls!! My absolute favorite. Pizza is great too. Staff is nice. Building is well maintained.

I took some family members here for pizza. The service was great. The selections of pizza were many, and the staff worked hard to get us the selections that we wanted. Plastic gloves are located in the buffet area to help keep the spatulas and serving spoons clean in the buffet line. Tables were spaced out as well. Good pizza, good service, and good prices read more

For the price and options you can't beat it! Pizza is decent but for the price you can't complain! Feed a family of 4 under 30$

Came in tonight after getting a two hour wait time from every restaurant in town. Kind of bummed that I wasn't at Olive Garden, but the food here was freshly made as we walked in! Best of all, there was a young woman by I believe the name of Destiny who was assisting EVERYONE in the restaurant with a smile on her face. She went above and beyond to serve us. 10/10 would come in every Saturday night for the caring employees and food. The arcade was also a blast! read more

Good pizza, pasta, and dessert. You get a good selection for your money. The biggest downside to this place is how crowded it gets.

I had a wonderful experience. The food was great and so were the staff. I love how fresh everything was and the manager Judy really cares about her customers and her store i used to not be a fan but let me say that they have improved so much & its now one of my favorites. read more

We came an hour before closing and EVERYTHING was put up. That manager looked at us in shock as if she didn't expect us and told us that we could carry some food out. When you come to Cici's you come for a buffet not "carry out". I don't care how eager you are to leave it's your job to stay until the time posted on websites and on your door. Unbelievable. read more
