I luv this place! (Except for 1 bad dining experience several years ago). The 3 for Me is an excellent deal and you receive a lot for the price....Beverage, Appetizer, and an Entree. This is the second poor review I have written about this place and it has to do with the 'give a care' attitude of the hourly staff. The first review was sent privately so maybe the manager could address the issue but this second is a review for the rest of the Yelp community to be informed when making a late night dining choice. The food and special infused drink options ares good but may not be available starting at 8:45pm. The staff does not feel it is their duty to provide ALL of what Chipotle has to offer when they decide to start the closing checklist before the posted closing hour of 10pm. I am a leader who brings in about 15 customers starting at 8:45pm - 9pm and we like to dine at various places after a tough workout. We eat together, visit, and get out of the place before 10pm. One of our families has the app and ordered on the way 15 minutes before arriving. After waiting 10 minutes at the pick up area, they inquired about the order and the staff had not even checked the tickets, so they said "you're gonna have to wait because I got to make it." When I picked up my order and went to get one of the 4 infused tea/water options, all 4 were empty. I informed the staff and one member looked me straight in the eye and said with a monotone, who cares kinda way "....ok...." and went back to cleaning up for closing. This Chipotle evening staff does not care. When they run out of anything (food, drink, chips) they offer on the menu, they will not make more if it's within 1.5 hours of closing. I would hope the francise owner would address this problem but I don't have high hopes. (ambiance) As far as the dining area goes, it's not horrible but they don't wipe the eating areas clean between customers, at least in the evening when we are there, so we have to get napkins and do it ourselves. Bottom line, I'll still go here if I must because the group just accepts the lack of care in the staff and likes whatever they have left. I will be moving our workout hours back to try the new Blazin' Burrito and if they have the same quality of food with a staff that wants to be there serving customers, then we will give them the business. read more

In Ft. Smith on business and Chili's was close to my hotel and grabbed dinner alone. I ordered chips and salsa with a local brew. Chili's chips are to my liking, very thin and crispy. The salsa must have been made in New York City. Don't care for their salsa. The local beer, Lost 40 Honey Love, was quite nice. It's a Bock, full bodied beer sweetened with Arkansas honey. I ordered a 6 oz filet with fries and Mac and Cheese. The steak was perfectly cooked to order and nicely seasoned. However, the steak had too much gristle. The fries along with the Mac and Cheese were OK, but nothing to get excited over which pretty much sums up the dinner. It was OK and it served it's purpose. You know what you can't get at Chili's? Chili! I love their chili, but our server said that they took it off the menu. I'm heartbroke. We stopped in for lunch on a Thursday, fighting through the dreadful Rogers avenue traffic. Pro tip: use the side street off Phoenix and come in on Boston. We both got the 3 for Me. It includes your drink, soup or salad and the entree with sides. My wife got the 6 oz sirloin and absolutely loved it. Perfectly cooked, juicy and full of flavor I got the Big QP (only $10.99!). The burger was juicy and delicious. Since I couldn't get chili as a side, I tried the baked potato soup. I would definetly get that again! This is a great location to catch a good sit down meal that doesn't taste. It seems like fast food, but it's pretty quick. They offer a public setting for those alcoholic drinks. For those who don't drink alcohol, Chris plenty of places to sit that are far away from the bar. Service is quick and efficient, friendly and helpful and the location is clean and convenient. I have been here many times and the food is delicious! The staff is friendly and I love this place. Their burgers are great. The chicken fajitas are delicious. The pasta is amazing. The chips and salsa is super good. The cheddar bites are good. The enchilada soup is good. The skillet cookie with ice cream is amazing On the other hand, I am HORRIFIED if I pay attention to how dirty the walls and "white" window sills are if you get seated next to one of them it is absolutely disgusting and it needs a thorough deep cleaning. It's like when stuff gets spilled down the walls they don't bother to clean that part off. It's very nasty and I try not to think about it when I'm there. Lol read more

I've gotten hair in my food here three times now and I just can't do it anymore. That really sucks because the wait staff is always really nice and this is literally one of my best friend's favorite place to eat. Honestly don't understand how someone can love a chain so much when we have such awesome local places but whatever- thank you, I guess? Hair in my food is an excellent excuse to push my friend to eat elsewhere, at least. I don't know who you are back there, but every time it's been a black hair the length of my finger, and my friend has gray hair, my kid is blonde, and I'm borderline ginger, so it's definitely not from anyone I've been there with. On a whim for a beer and nachos we took a left into Chili's. For starters the hostess didn't seem happy with her job or perhaps was having a bad day. Sat at the bar in a booth waiter seemed rush and talked a mile a minute. But hey we were there for the food not company. Ordered the nachos as the menu reads "classic nachos" shredded cheese, black beans, jalapeños, skillet queso with beef. Served with pico & sour cream. Sounds good right? Ordered them. What we were expecting and what we had received was a fail. We essentially received a couple of individual chips topped with the toppings? Not exactly what we had expected. Our food was great the service was friendly. My Queso Burger was just right with the Queso on the side instead, and the Mushroom burger was excellent. Horrible. We sent back the squishy chicken strips. My med. rare steak was med. and the 2 med. steak were rare. Sent them back and they didn't even fire them. First off I don't appreciate the Server Allan taking the salt and pepper shakers away from us after my nephew who I remind you is 2 was playing with them. I understand Covid and crap but if your that concerned about Covid why are they out and not using individual packets? But I work in restaurant and the containers are suppose to be washed once if not MORE than once a week. They can be wiped down and washed. It's not like he was licking them or anything. He was rude. He said " can I see those." And then told the hostess to hold them up there by them. Like really? And then we waited 10-15 minutes for our drinks. The service sucked. The restaurant was clean, and servers were friendly and efficient considering it was Father's Day and they were busy. My steak was delicious. My daughter got the Cajun pasta with chicken. My son got the Cajun pasta with shrimp. Both of their food was COLD; as if it came straight from the refrigerator. My son, being a teen boy, at his in record time anyway. My daughter only ate a small amount. The waitress did offer to replace it, but my daughter did not want anything else. After the waitress walked away, my daughter pointed out the chicken was slimy. Was in today (10/18/2016) for lunch. Came after the rush. No waiting for a seat. Duane, my server came and took my drink order. Came back and explained that the bar was out of my choice but he recommended a suitable alternative. After bringing my beer he took my order and returned promptly with my chili "because I had been understanding about the beer issue". He apparently did this on his own since when the other server brought my food there was another bowl of chili on it. I had the fajitas (shrimp and prime rib). More than enough to eat and was very good. Good quality/quantity for what I paid. Duane checked on me a couple of times and brought me another beer. He was very professional and personable. Talking to him he's apparently been with Chili's for a number of years and is very passionate about it, he was even encouraging another patron to consider applying for a job there. Overall excellent. Duane is an asset.. The only negative was when the hostess Maureen, greeted me, I asked to be seated in an area away from any other patrons with children. I asked politely but got a rather curt "Well we ARE a family restaurant, but there aren't many children in this time of day" (I counted at least a half a dozen leaving as I ate). I don't think it was an unreasonable request and her only response I would think should have been, "yes sir, I will do my best". read more

I'm giving 2 stars because the to-go service area is great, but otherwise, I won't be back, and here's why: I've frequented the Fort Smith Chili's location (eating in the restaurant, this does not include their to-go) three times in the last 2 months, and each time has been worse than the last. Each visit we've been seated in an area that's about to be cleaned or is being cleaned, with chairs and tables moved loudly across the floor, floor-food being cleaned up while we're trying to eat, and 2-3 employees loudly laughing and talking. One even bumped into our server while he was trying to pour water, causing it to spill over our food. Instead of taking action, the server gasped, laughed, and said he'd get a towel. I declined and asked for the food to be removed from my ticket; it was inedible. It wasn't and we had to call over a manager, who took his sweet time in a restaurant that was almost empty. Another visit seated us in an area that was full of families, and a terrible mess on the floor -- it happens, I'm aware. However, after the families left, the servers began verbally trashing them and saying how nasty the kids were, how cheap the parents were, and more. The clean up took forever and was very loud. As a former server, I would have never made it public; I would have vented to my shift manager, and gone on with my day, but never in front of customers. The food was too salty and the service was lacking. This was the last time I ate in the restaurant. I will say the only good service in this location has been the to-go service. In and out, super nice cashier/employee, and always tells us to have a great night! I don't foresee coming back to this location anytime soon, if at all. read more

Our Chili's is HOT and I mean blazin'! You can always expect great food, a great staff, and friendly atmosphere when you walk in the door! At all restaurants you have a wait-person taking care of your party, but at our Chili's-- we have always had several employees asking if we needed anything! They may be waiting on other tables, but the staff seems to find the time to "wait" on everyone! We love the attention and the service! The staff are always up-beat, friendly, happy, and seem to really enjoy what they're doing. Make it your next destination and you won't regret it!!! We have been to many Chili's restaurants, over the years while traveling, and the food has always been good....but...FORT SMITH, AR IS OUR FAV! You Guys are Great! Keep up the good work!!! read more
